I LOVE when the Gems have special episode specific outfits.
There may be more, these are the ones I've seen so far rewatching the series/off the top of my head. Pearl has a fair few, maybe the most of them all. Conversely Lapis only has one (sad because I love her), as does Peri.

Today (April 2nd, 2019 was original post date) is the 5 year anniversary of Crack the Paragon!
It’s both wild to think how much I’ve accomplished on this story since then and also intensely frustrating, lol, since I still have so much more story to tell but am a ridiculously slow writer.
