Choso is ready. He's done his research. He's come prepared. Armed with new knowledge and bolstered by fresh confidence, he wants nothing more than to show you what he's learned and put the memory of your most recent amorous encounter behind you both. That's why he flashes you a clever grin as he pulls out not one, but two condoms to set on your bedside table.
"Ooh, someone's been thinking ahead!" You praise him, taking notice. "Always good to have a backup."
"I didn't want a repeat of last time," he recalls, one bashfull hand rubbing the back of his neck. "So, I did some reading up on my own this time."
"Impressive!" You coo.
With a coy smile, he slides on the first condom, watching as you give your hips a little wiggle of anticipation. Ready to impress, he reaches for the second.
"Wait, Cho, what are you doing...?"
"I told you," he smirks. "I don't want a repeat of last time, so I'll be wearing two. They call it 'double bagging.'"
"Oh...Cho, that's not ummm..." you squirm, trying to find the right words.
"What's wrong?"
"That's actually not the best idea, despite what some people might think. They're actually more likely to rip or come off..." your voice trails away watching as his face falls. "It's not your fault, though!" You hasten to reassure him. "The internet is full of misinformation. I'd love to hear what else you've learned!" Face brightening, Choso scooches forward eargerly for his chance at redemption.
"Let's see..." he recollects. "Size isn't as big a deal as people make it."
"Good! I'm glad you understand that," you encourage.
"Oh! And communication is really important!"
"Absolutely! You can always be open and honest with me, Cho!"
"I know," he says. "That's why I haven't been faking any of my orgasms!"
"Oh, wow I-" It's all you can do not to burst out laughing. "I figured as much."
"Speaking of fake, I never realized porn could be so misleading!"
"Yeah...unfortunately it's full of misconceptions and myths," you agree.
"Yeah! Like the g-spot!"
"Oh. Actually, that one's real," you can't help but laugh this time. "It's just really hard to find. We'll work on it."
"Ughhh!" He cries in frustration, falling back against the bed. "How does anyone figure this all out?!"
"Time and patience. Lots of practice," you say with a wink. "And you don't have to rely on the internet alone. You can always come to me with questions, you know."
"There is something I wanted to ask you!" He remembers, sitting up. "What's a MILF?"
"A MILF?!" You repeat in surprise.
"Yeah! I keep getting these advertisements. Whatever it is, there are dozens in our area!"

Hi!!
I really love your works and writing on cod! I really enjoy reading it! ❤
Can I request Konig, Nikolai, Rudy and Alejandro reacting to reader speaking to their native tongue?
Take all the time you need! ❤🐱
Hello, I'm glad I can write something people can enjoy! And of course you can, even if I'm not sure I understood this ask perfectly! I wrote it as reader speaking the native language of the lads with them, so I hope that's okay! If you wanted reader simply speaking their own native language, please let me know! Thank you for the request, this one was very fun to write for!
Alejandro, Rodolfo, Nikolai and König with an S/O who Speaks Their Language with Them
Alejandro: He’d definitely be surprised if it comes out of nowhere, but he’s anything but mad. He can speak English fluently, has no problems whatsoever with it, but if he can speak Spanish then he definitely won’t mind either. If you’re a beginner and it’s evident by how you stutter in Spanish, then he’ll be patient with you. He’ll speak slowly and clearly so you can follow while also getting a good feel for the intonations the language has. However, when he just wants to tease you a bit then he’ll speak the way he’d usually speak while also not shutting up either. Alejandro can be eloquent in Spanish if he tries, but he barely ever does, only when he wants to confuse you with words you’d likely only hear from people who are 100 years old. The more you look like you’re in despair, the more it cracks him up. He will apologize afterwards, though, and give you a kiss on the cheek. If your Spanish is already pretty good, however, and you just wanted to surprise him, then congratulations, he’s likely going to speak a whole lot more Spanish with you than before. Just because it’s a popular language doesn’t mean everyone speaks it, so when he wants to tell you something for your ears only while there are people around, he’ll say it in Spanish. It’s comfortable for him, getting to speak his mother tongue with you. He thinks in Spanish, so it’s a whole lot easier for him as well. Tells a lot more jokes in Spanish too, even though they’re some of the worst ones the language has to offer. While they may not be Ghost-level lame, they’re something else still. Come up with your own and he’ll be so proud of you, rewarding you with more awful puns he came up with. He’s just happy he gets to share his language with you.
Rodolfo: As soon as you come up to him somewhat timidly and strike up a conversation in Spanish he’ll be a bit surprised, but absolutely smitten. Since it’s obvious you’re still learning he’ll try to use “nicer” Spanish on you, so more words that aren’t just exclusive to his dialect, or Las Almas in general. Very supportive, he would never judge you for making grammar mistakes while speaking, taking a while to remember a word or mispronouncing something, it’s part of learning a language, after all. Might nudge you in the right direction or correct you gently, but he’d never mean it in a bad way, he just wants to help you. He’ll speak clearly to you, slowly as well, so you can learn from him. It’s not often he gets carried away, but sometimes hearing you speak Spanish is just so cute that he might chuckle a bit or be a bit more excited than usual. A very patient teacher, who can appreciate you trying to learn something new. Now, if your Spanish is already pretty good then he does like holding a conversation with you in Spanish every once in a while. It’s just nice to turn your brain off without having to translate every other word into another language since he, too, thinks in his native tongue. Soft petnames from time to time, or maybe just mixing English and Spanish together when he can’t think of the word immediately as well. Somehow, as soon as he knows you speak Spanish, he’ll believe you’ve taken an interest in the corresponding culture, so he’ll teach you more about Mexico if he can. Teaches you how to cook the food, the customs, what the people are like in general. While he may not be as connected to his culture as Alejandro, he does like talking about it from time to time.
Nikolai: The second you greet him with a cheerful privet he knows you’re in for something. You should have expected such from him as well, though. It’s a gamble with him, he’ll either speak more quickly than he usually does just to mess with you or he’ll hold a prim and proper conversation with you and it all depends on how playful he’s feeling that day. Overall, he’s pretty chill about it, though. You wanna know how to pronounce something? You wanna know what gender a noun has? What his neighbor was yelling about again? He’s got your back. You can ask him the most embarrassing questions a million times, he won’t mind. Besides, if you want to then you can come to Russia and experience everything there first hand. Nikolai knows all the good places in Russia that are suitable for someone who’s not usually there, so you won’t have to worry about anything either. If you want to hold a whole conversation about how tortoises have survived for millions of years, then you can. Besides, hearing you botch the pronunciation from time to time is just the most precious thing there is. Will smile a bit when you pronounce something incorrectly, but won’t ever outright mock you for it. As mentioned before, he just thinks it’s cute. And when you know Russian very well, then he still won’t speak it too often. Nikolai knows eight languages, he doesn’t always think in Russian, usually in English since that’s what most of his closest friends speak with him. If you really insist on speaking Russian with him, he will, but won’t think too much of it. Many people know the language, Russia is a big country, after all. If you want to, then you can spend some holidays there and he’ll show you around since there likely isn’t a better guide in the whole country than him. But he will not make a big fuss out of it.
König: German isn’t a very popular language due to its grammar, so you can imagine his surprise when you walked up to him with the most adorable Grüß Gott he’s ever heard. He could just squish you then and there, but he refrains from doing so and instead focuses on trying to have a meaningful conversation with you. Doesn’t matter if it’s good, doesn’t matter if you’re just asking him how he’s doing, a conversation is a conversation and you’re learning. Besides, you learning German, especially if it’s just because of him, does move him just a bit. Might not always initiate a conversation in German with you because what if you’re not in the mood? But you can always just talk to him in German, he doesn’t mind it at all. Though, he might not be the best person to learn German from since he uses regional words that people his age use. While he does try to speak high German with you, he does not really care much for it, so his dialect slips in every once in a while. But hey, at the very least you get to learn his dialect. As soon as he hears you call someone Hawara he becomes oddly proud of himself, thinking he’s doing well as a teacher even if he barely does anything. He loves Austria, so if you really want to see it, he’s more than happy to take you home, show you Vienna, Styria and Lower Austria and make you try some good old Brettljause. If you already know German, then chances are you’ll only know high German, which is alright too, but please know that from time to time, König will speak his dialect with you, which you might not always understand. He barks quite a bit when he speaks too, making it a bit harder to understand him as well. However, he’s always more than happy to play translator for you and teach you words no one uses anymore, such as hal. Austrian words are a must know for you, therefore you’ll learn fairly early on what a Seidl or an Erdapfl is.

Better than me - Charles Leclerc x Reader P9
Plot: You are a rookie in your first f1 season, adding to the ever-growing amount of Brits performing in the grid
Credit to countingstars-17 for the GIF
Tumblr media
Once you'd woken up and were told you wouldn't be able to race until Silverstone you were devastated.
You cried and cried until your mum pulled up your team principle phoned you and explained their was no way they were replacing you yet. You still had your seat.
You were still in the hospital by the time Hungary had come around and were forced to watch it on your iPad being told of by the nurses every time you got to excited.
Lando, Charles and Alex all had done special helmets for you being close to you. And they'd actually all attempted to call you and visit you. They'd gotten a few fleeting texts from you but that was about general stuff but as far as they were told you were refusing to have visitors which upset them all.
By the time Monza came two weeks later, you were so down in the dumps and even though you were out the hospital you couldn't bring yourself to go to the paddock.
And because of the long distance travel you also didn't attend Montreal. You watched at home with your parents who were just as worried about your mental health as they were with your physical health.
When Physio started with your personal trainer you were so demotivated and cried to him almost every day. But he was there for you the whole time, and he really shouldn't have been as it was private between the two of you, but whenever he was called to Germany to the Audi HQ he would tell Alex how you were doing, which in turn led Alex to tell the grid what was going on.
Monaco was the first race you attended even though a lot of people were apprehensive with you coming because of your injuries. But it was Monaco and you felt ready to see everyone.
You walked through the paddock and all the fans were shocked to see you there.
Strangely they were all super respectful, not crowding or touching you in places that may hurt and didn't stick around for long. It was a nice feeling being back in the paddock but almost felt like something was missing. You weren't going to be on track or racing.
"Y/N?" a voice behind you calls that you know all to well.
"Lan?" you smile and open your arms slowly, he comes closer to you tears in his eyes as he looks over you.
"I- I'm sorry its all my fault" he cries looking over you before carefully wrapping his arms around you. He yaps some more about how it was his fault and how he shouldn't be racing today it should be you and you had to literally stop him from talking.
"Lan, its fine. I'm not upset. I'm glad you are okay. It happens in racing and hey I'll be back racing in Silverstone hopefully" you grinned and you guys spoke for a while until he was needed else where. He really didn't want to leave but you'd practically forced him too.
Then Alex and Lily came, demanding why you didn't let them come see you and why you'd been living under a rock all this time.
"I'm sorry guys, but I was just really down with not being able to do much and you know it was hard after the accident coming to terms with everything. I was embarrassed and didn't want to see anyone" you'd explained and Lily tried to look furious but turned to thankful yet worried older sister in seconds, pulling you into a light hug in order not to hurt you while Alex rubbed your shoulder.
You all had a really heartfelt moment that was caught by some media teams, Alex and Lily dragged you back to the Audi garage and made sure you had a comfortable seat, everyone was really happy to see you again and you ended up being bombarded with questions.
You spent some time with the reserve driver who was happy to be filling in for you but knew this wasn't a free seat to take as he knew you'd be back and he knew Audi would want you back.
And afterwards you spend time watching free practice. It was always fun in Monaco and it was supposed to be your first year as a driver here, you'd yet to drive the historic track and you knew 2027 might be better for you but ... you couldn't help but feel that sinking sensation in the pit of your stomach.
You had what Amy Santiago had FOMOAW - Fear of Missing Out at Work.
The day was ending up and you were taking a slow walk back to the car where you parents were waiting to take you back to the hotel. Walking was still a little difficult and painful but you knew the more you moved in little increments the quicker you'd be back to racing.
"Y/N?" some shouts from behind you but it seems shocked and more like a question. You stand still for a second, trying to correlate that voice and of course it was Charles Leclerc.
"Hello Charlie" you say softly.
The accident had put a lot into perspective for you. Silly pettiness from you would have potentially cost Charles ever being able to understand you had forgiven him, if things had taken a turn for the worst in the hospital. And in fact you'd forgiven him a very long time ago but you didn't want to show that in fear of getting hurt again.
"Oh my gosh, you are here!" he says carefully looking over at you.
"Yeah, I'm here" you smile looking at him. He looked a little rough, not a bad rough but like all his usual pristine self-care had depleted.
"Look , i need to say this before you run away or leave I need to get it off my chest!" he lets out in a breath and you cant help but giggle a little.
"I'm not going too-" you start but he steps closer to interrupt you.
"Please just let me ... i need to explain my, what i did it was not right and I am sorry. I - i shouldn't have believed stupid stupid whispers around the paddock, and I shouldn't have let Ferrari make a complaint against you. I really like you. You are an incredible driver and I think you are going to come so far in the sport... i mean you already have its amazing but ... fuck I'm getting of track. What I'm trying to say is I'm sorry and can we please start over again as friends and can you forgive me for all those cruel things i said" he asks looking over your expression which was one of concentration hanging off every word he was telling you.
"Charlie... look i forgave you a long time ago. I knew you didn't mean it, you were just heated with the races. Like we all are... and you know Ferrari wouldn't have listened to you on a matter like this... so i no longer hold a grudge for any of it. Okay?" you smile and he looks shocked.
"So I am forgiven?" he asks and you nod, moving closer and placing a kiss on his cheek.
"Forgiven ... IF" you start with a smirk making him frown and his puppy eyes come out in worry.
"You buy me dinner. I'm starving and I'm not racing right now so I'm craving a really greasy pizza or cheeseburger" you smile and he nods.
"I- I can do dinner" he smiles and you nod walking away with a big grin on your face.
Charles was in shock, to the point he remained there until Carlos found him just staring into the abyss and he told him all about what had just happened.
And for you, well ...
The world, despite you not racing, felt righted.
For now.

I'm Glad Miri is Annoying
Minor spoilers for Spy x Family and Buddy Daddies I guess idk
I don't know if people legitimately forgot this or what, but Anya is not your average child. And believe it or not, the majority of children who classify as "your average child" have more flaws than simply getting a big head when things are going their way. They're stubborn to a fault at times, they tend to be selfish at the benefit of no one other than themselves, and you feel the frustration radiating off of whoever is their guardian.
I'm glad that Buddy Daddies pulls no punches when depicting how chaotic life becomes once a 4 year old girl with a clear lack of disciplinary figures or actual parents comes waltzing in like a hurricane. I also loved when Sweetness and Lightning didn't paint Tsumugi as a child that was any easier to care for after the death of her mom, and that Kouhei (her dad) genuinely struggled to handle her on his own.
Beyond that though, the biggest problem I see floating around is that people for some reason expect a story about childrearing to not actually be about childrearing?? And that's not me saying that's the case with everyone, but it certainly seems like a lot of people have solidified Spy x Family as a standard of the sorts in their mind when it comes to depictions of found family dynamics, childcare, and adoption. That would be fine if people kept in mind that not every standard set by Spy x Family is realistic, both in the plot of a different series and irl. And that's not entirely the fault of the readers/watchers, it simply became one of the recently most popular titles to explore those themes in a way that balances out with other aspects of the story.
But that's just it: Spy x Family is not solely about a man, woman, little girl, and dog slowly developing into a family. It's about their impact on a war torn world and them realizing that this fake family they put together for the sole purpose of continuing their roles in preventing another war is becoming real. This was a situation that everyone (aside from Bond) initially saw as a way of escaping unlikely situations or reaching their goals. The focal point of the story from day 1 has been about these oblivious adults coming to understand that they're already a family, even though they don't exactly see it as such yet.
Meanwhile, Buddy Daddies is not about any of that, they're in a modernized world that one could easily imagine existing right now. These two hitmen are not in an unfavorable situation, they did not swipe Miri off the streets for personal gain, and they weren't really ever denying how quickly they grew attached to her. Kazuki took Miri under his wing the moment they locked eyes and she started talking about cake and her "papa," the guy is literally enamoured by her just from that. And Rei constantly asked Kazuki in the beginning if he was sure about sending Miri back to her mom, because he may not know everything about his partner, but it's clear as day to him that he really doesn't want to let her go. And as I said earlier, it hardly takes any time for Miri to wrap Rei around her little fingers either. The anime is 4 episodes in and they easily settled into the idea of being a family, heck, she already has her own room.
This is getting long and I'm starting to lose my point here because I'm not in a good area to focus in right now, so I'll end with this: Do not go into Buddy Daddies expecting an idealized version of a fake family turned real, because that's not what PA Works is doing here at all.

I just wanted to say I am so enamoured with Binary Insurgence! I eat up everything, every little crumb, you drop about it and the entire idea is so interesting to me! I'm so in love with stories and worlds like this! I'm also curious to know about the relationship between Sun and Moon, if it's alright to ask. How was it before the fire compared to after? Does their relationship begin to mend (because I'm certain over the years it deteriorated) when y/n comes back into the picture? If any of this is too spoilery or you just haven't fleshed it out yet then you don't have to answer! I'm just super curious about the boys and how you see their dynamic/relationship. I just look forward to seeing how their bond has grown and/or broken and how it may be mended over time.
AHH im glad you like it so much!! Im happy to talk about what i've got, but you are right not everything is fully fleshed out. I have points i wanna get to but while im brainstorming and planning i make up a lot of stuff as i go and then go over it again later to see if i like it or can connect stuff in any way. I have 3 chapters for Arc 1 fully summarized as of now! (Which probably doesn't seem like a lot but i like my chapters long, so it's quite a bit actually).
I wanna say, too, that i'm planning for the first story to be more in the perspective of the reader, so most things about Sun and Moon's personal thoughts and feelings are gonna be more implied than said. I might have some switching points of view, i'm not sure, but i haven't found a place i'd do it or think it's relevant. The sequel is gonna be more from their perspective since it'll mostly be about them.
NOW! I see Sun and Moon as brothers, so they really treat each other in a way that's like that. Before the fire they get along pretty well. Most instances of issue would be when Moon blocks out Sun when he fronts, or just mutual panic over the fact Moon lost his shit w/ the virus. They'll have their disagreements about things (i havent planned specifics yet) but generally they're chill. Sun just worries about Moon hurting people, but Moon worries too. With the way the virus functions in this AU it's hard for Sun to fully fault Moon for what he does, especially because he's also affected by it but not nearly as bad. (I'm gonna explain this more in another ask i have).
Plus, even before the virus they were always glitch/bug-ridden because technicians fucked up their programming continuously after removing them from the theater to work in the daycare. So they had to kinda navigate through that together, glitches and errors on both ends (though not deadly). They hate P&S bc of this, obviously. Hardware fixes suck but they fucking HATE software examinations.
Later on though some issues come into play whenever Sun starts getting worse by being further exposed to the virus (it gets worse for him when they eclipse) because it presents itself in Sun differently than it does Moon. He gets snappier and angrier at times (that comic i made that's captioned "well someones snappy") and while they both understand he doesnt mean the shit he does it's still not great. And nobody's gonna just let themselves be talked to like a dog even if the reason it's happening is because of something the other person can't really help. They're still relatively fine at this point, though.
It's at the end when shit goes really bad, because this part of the story does end badly. I won't spoil specifics but after the fire Sun loses his shit. He starts trying to put the blame on Moon for everything (the virus enhancing his already bad habits/fucking with his line of thinking) out of grief and anger. That carries over into the apocalypse and he just gets worse in general. He gets irrational.
It's a long period of time though, so he eventually also manages it, in his own way. But! I did say before in an ask that in the sequel he's "not evil, persay, but he's a fucking nut". He damns Moon to an hourglass to just fucking get rid of him about 100~ years before they meet you again (he fully thinks he's in the right for this (and he also just hates him) and the only reason he really even stayed around after that was to make sure Moon didn't get out again). He's not a bad-intentioned individual, but he's off the fucking wall at many times bc of the virus having made him worse. He's stubborn as all hell to an infuriating degree, he's irrational, hard-headed, reckless, and while a good bit of his old, kinder self is still pretty prevalent he can be downright fucking mean if provoked. Again, worse than before, and it doesn't take much these days! I always imagined him to have more dramatic, snappy, diva aspects to his personality (even before Help Wanted 2 came out) bc hes so theatrical and intense, so basically take a Sun that's like that, crank it up to 100 and put him in a Bad Situation. That's what Round 2 Sun is like at his worst. He's not a complete lost cause though, and he's far from dumb when he does stuff, just clouded by his own judgement. He doesn't think anything's wrong with him (or does he?).
Moon doesn't really hate him like Sun hates Moon, because although he knows that what happened (the ending of the first story) is technically both of their faults he just feels guilt. They do fight a lot, though. Most of it is Moon trying his best to tell Sun that he's basically full of shit and not seeing things right after Sun starts something, but Sun's at the point where he's gotta learn by consequence. Part of the reason he's so bad is bc 1: hes been infected by the virus for so long now and 2: in his grief, anger, and resentment he's learned to live with it rather than fighting it.
But the sequel is gonna be a feel-good story! Falling in love w/ the reader all over again, i want things to get cleared up - or at least some kind of middle ground between Sun and Moon - the whole sha-bang.

My review of Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver
Tumblr media
Overall I'll give it a generous 4/5 stars and I'm excited to see where this series takes up but I do have some gripes with it
Also lots of stuff from Orlando's AITP X-Men Monday interview pops up so check it out as we may have some hidden clues on what's next
Spoilers below
Overall a good set up issue with some fun moments. Some of my fears were exaggerated but some of those expected fears did mean I didn't enjoy the issue as much as I hoped. However I'm fault happy overall and keen for the rest of the series
The good-
- a series with the twins as coleads has been long overdue. I'm so happy to see it finally happen. Fun fact this is the first marvel series to be headlines by a sibling duo.- for the most part the twins dynamic and fight felt like a proper sibling fight. You could feel the weight of their long history and the multitude of things left unsaid and resentments.
- it's nice to see Wanda being the one clearly at fault for a fight between them for a change
- while the twins are little orange I appriciate the commitment to showcasing the twins as visible people of colour. It was long needed. I do think they (and Luna and Tommy should be more visibly brown). I also am enjoying the art and the use of the vibrant colours in general.
- I like the mystery being set up with why the twins are being targeted and the twist that while Magneto did write the letter he wasn't the one who sent it. I'm not as curious at the letter contents as I thought I would be. It seems he's being cruel because he's a dick to Pietro but let's see. I also really am excited to know why it's both twins and the combination of them together that has the giver upset. Lore and power upgrade for born twins? I hope so. Wanda being a universal threat is a given so I am way more curious about what they'll do with Pietro
- I think it was a good move to make a joke about is or isn't Magneto the bio dad at the start and shoot it down. I would love for the retcon to be undone I just don't think it has a place in this story about the bond between the twins. Magneto doesn't need to overshadow the series more than he has already for what it's worth I do think the comics are leading up to a Magnet fam reunion with most of its members appearing in major comics this year.
- it being acknowledged that Magneto was cruel to Pietro, killed him and treated the twins unequally. I have gripes with this I'll set out below but given how biased Orlando is towards Magneto this was good to see.
- the Luna, Tommy and Monet cameos made me so happy! I'm glad Orlando seems fond of Luna and I hope she and Monet join Tommy in helping Pietro. Even if the ladies are just cameos it's still a nice touch.- I liked the contrast where the fuming twins lash out with their powers. Wanda destroys her shop and Pietro is ranting but checking up on loved ones while he does so. They are each others ying and Yang.
- we're lucky the Wizard is a drama queen cause his snipers seem pretty competent and if they'd used regular bullets this series would be automatically over lol. I do also think the Wizards team called Pietro to upset him. Futher and not Wanda to ensure the twins wouldn't be able to contact each other.
The bad
- the writing for Wanda was better than Pietro. This feels more like a Wanda series so far but it's early days so let's see. Even though Wanda is the one initially in the wrong she seems to be treated more sympathetic by the narrative and of course she has more page time than her brother.
- Pietro's past appearances in SW made me a bit unsure about how Orlando will write Pietro, his takes in the comic themselves are quite superficially though he talks about Pietro very passionately in Interviews. Nothing really changed that opinion here.
- we didn't get enough of the twins interacting and this is supposed to be a series about their relationship. It would have been nice to have a little more of them getting along so the fight felt more impactful. An infinity comic with the two might have been a good idea.- I hate the Pietro fears Wanda thing Orlando introduced as well as the Pietro manipulated Wanda for HoM. I don't think Steve actually read that comic because Wanda herself in that comic said all her brother was doing was protecting her cause the X-Men and Avengers wanted to kill her and Magneto was willing to let them. Having Wanda say this was off-putting. Had it been purely in angry it would be somewhat forgivable but Orlando has expressed this sentiment in his other SW books
- Orlando's insistence on the adopted family angle and portraying Magneto as a complicated but good man who took the twins in with Wanda as the worshipful daddies girl and the victim blaming as Pietro was cold to him. That man was abusive to both his children. He would let them die for his cause and had abandoned them multiple times. Wanda pre retcon had many an issue and gripe with him. The twins are justified in their issues with him and no one should have to forgive their abusers. Magneto is a fascinating character and I loved the pre retcon dynamic with the twins as it was so tragic and full of irony and it only really works if theyre blood related. This painting of them as a happy chosen family is detrimental to all characters involved.

(Kind of shy since I've got a history of misreading stuff/getting details mixed up in my head so worried I might have misunderstood and end up bothering you) May I ask for headcanons for Kojiro with an aspec fem!s/o who's uncomfy with kissing? Like, in theory it's nice and maybe she might try it someday to see what the fuss is but in present the idea of actually doing it feels just awful in a way she's not sure how to word. Instead, she prefers just hugging and holding hands, stuff like that.
You didn't bother me or misread anything at all, but I understand the anxiety around requesting people for stories or head canons and stuff. I mostly write for male or enby readers but it was my fault for not including it in my pinned post.
Don't worry though! I'm so glad you requested, and I love Kojiro. This idea is really cute! I tried alternating between she/they pronouns, I hope that's okay.
Tumblr media
Kojiro absolutely understands what aspec is because of high school and he talked to people, he was Mr. Popular
100% loves to hang out with his s/o no matter what because she's fun to hang around
He's a very physical person, but had never kissed anyone before and was content with not doing that anytime in the future
Talking to him probably ended really happily
"Kojiro, I have something to tell you... I- I'm so sorry I haven't told you anything further."
"What is it sea star? Are you okay? Did you get hurt? Did something happen?!" Already panicking.
"You know how Ikkaku was talking about how couples kiss and stuff the other day? Well... I don't... I don't think I want too!"
"Oh. That's perfectly okay!" Kojiro grinned and reached his hands out to his s/o
He ABSOLUTELY adores holding hands, hugging, and cuddling. A very touchy feely person who always wants to feel close to those he cares about.
Not a second thought about the whole kissing thing, after they mention it then it doesn't matter to him anymore
If anyone in Shiki teases them whether out of ignorance, or true maliciousness the training Ikkaku does with him suddenly pays off
If his friends try to play a drinking game with him and his s/o he will politely decline because a drinking game means Ikakku will be drunk and he often falls under peer pressure
If the time comes in the far, far, far future that she wants to try and share a kiss with him
OH boy
Kojiro will make it the most romantic thing on the planet
Flowers, candles
All the things she enjoys will be there
He'll even ask Isou for advice on how to romance people
(It doesn't go well at all)
But he'll try so hard to make you comfortable and happy, if the verdict is that they don't like it then he's fine with that
As long as he's with them it doesn't matter what they do

Hero Critic Y/n of the Daily Post says number two hero Dynamite is "not interesting enough" to write about
It's a splashy headline from your interview with your longtime friend and colleague Shawn Collins, and you roll your eyes when you read the tweet. "That's not even what the interview is focused on. You're misleading your audience." You scolded over the phone, even though you're trying to quell the rush of anxiety in the pit of your stomach.
"It's not my fault Dynamite's fan base is so easily exploited. My editor said it would get views." You don't bother hiding your eye roll, not like he could see it anyway. "Besides, the interview was on your opinions of Japan's top heroes, and the only time you mentioned him was to say that. He's the number two hero, I have to point out the irony."
You scoff, but you're glad Shawn couldn't see the blush on your cheeks. Well, you think dryly, it's not like I could've put on the record why I really don't write about him.
"Still, you didn't have to insinuate that I thought Dynamite was uninteresting. That's not what I said."
It wasn't because you didn't see his flaws, didn't think he wasn't a hot-headed jackass, but you didn’t like feeling misrepresented. Because at the end of the day, no matter his downfalls, you felt nothing but adoration for the hero.
Well, adoration and a little bit horny, but either way, despite your reputation as a merciless hero critic, you didn't want any criticism about the number two hero to be published with your name attached. And you couldn't write praise about him either, not when you built your career on criticizing the hero industry.
"Well, people will see that when they watch the interview."
If they even bother, you think irritably. You could tell no matter what you said, he didn’t and wouldn't care enough about your qualms with the headline to change it. "Whatever. You're welcome for the interview." You said, and picked at your takeout.
"You still coming tomorrow?"
You sigh. You weren't entirely sure you wanted to get dressed up to go to the office party tomorrow, but you figured it'd be better than not going and being anti social. "Yeah, at eight, right?"
"I can pick you up, it's on my way." He offered.
"Better not, if I have a ride I'll just get too messed up."
He laughed on the other end. "That's true. Though, last time was fun."
You flushed a deep red in embarrassment, recalling the night you and Shawn had gone out, had the time of your lives, only to throw up on yourself when you were still ten blocks from your house. "Shut up. It wasn't fun for me."
He laughed again. "Yeah, helping you clean vomit from your hair wasn't the best way to end the night."
You glared. "I'll see you tomorrow." You hung up, but not before you heard his laugh on the other end.
You pulled away, looking at the tweet on your feed, groaning audibly in frustration, hoping the explosive hero wouldn't see the article, or at least the headline.
—————————————————
"Oi, Bakugo, did you see what that journalist said about you?" Denki said, approaching the bar with his phone raised.
Katsuki grunted, annoyed at his friend's obnoxious behavior. "I don't care what some extra has to say about me. Should be fucking grateful I'm so good at my job."
"Well, you may be good at it, but apparently, you're not very interesting." Mina said with a smirk a few seats down, having already seen the interview.
That caught Katsuki’s attention. A lot of words had been lobbed at him throughout his nearly ten year career, but uninteresting wasn't one of them. He was quiet as he took the phone from Denki, reading the headline. There it was in black and white, some journalist did think he was uninteresting. He wasn't sure why it pissed him off, that word, more than any of the other things he'd been called. No, he knew exactly why it pissed him off.
"S'not fuckin' true. What an idiot. Can't believe he gets paid to write garbage like this."
"Well, it was the woman who got interviewed that said it." Kirishima corrected. Katsuki grunted.
"Who'd care to interview some idiot with this opinion?"
"Don't take it so personally, Bakugo," Kirishima said with an easy smile, clapping him on the shoulder. Katsuki made a face. "She burns all of us way more than she does you."
"Yeah, that stuff kinda hurts sometimes. I'd take uninteresting over incompetent." Denki said with a sigh.
Mina laughed. "Except everything she writes about you is true."
The two proceeded to bicker, but Bakugo was still pouting, swirling the amber liquor in his glass before finishing it off. "Whatever. If I ever see that damn journalist I'll chew her head off." He grumbled.
Kirishima let out a nervous laugh. "Watch what you say in public, Bakugo. Some people don't know when you're joking."
He was about to say he wasn't joking, that he would confront the extra who thought she was better than him, when Sero on his other side held up a picture of a woman.
"Well, this is her, if you're curious. I'd leave her alone if I were you, though. She may be a hero critic, but she has a pretty big following."
When he zeroed in on your face, it only took him a second to remember where he knew you from. His crimson eyes narrowed.
Interesting.
—————————————————
You took a sip of wine as you turned from the bar, surveying the ballroom, windows dressed in heavy golden curtains, adding a touch of extravagance that was too overstated for the office party. Though, you couldn’t turn your nose down at the open bar. Even though the event was to wine and dine Japan’s heroes, you were still surprised by how many pro heroes were here. You thought you’d even spotted Red Riot’s fiery hair on your way over to the bar, probably the highest-ranking hero here.
“You know, standing over here with that look on your face isn’t going to convince any of the guests that you’re not some hero-hating bitch.”
You slid a narrowed look over to Shawn, who was leaning against the bar with a smirk. “I don’t have a face.” You shrugged. “Unless I’m looking at you, that is.”
He grinned. “Ouch.”
“You’ll get over it.” You look into your wine glass, then back at him. “Cara couldn’t make it?”
He shrugged. “She’s got some deadline on a commission. She had crazy eyes when I left, I just let her do her thing.”
Nodding, you raise your glass. “She’ll do great.”
He smiled, and he clinked his glass against yours. “Of course, she will. I’m only a reporter, someone’s gotta pay the bills.”
You rolled your eyes, grinning and taking a swig. “Can’t say you’re wrong about that.”
He moved away from the bar, and you followed. It was probably not a great idea to lurk near the bar the whole night.
After painfully dry conversation with some coworkers, you and Shawn broke off, standing at a table and, as discreetly as possible, you shoved every hors d'oeuvres in sight into your mouth. “Skip dinner?” Shawn asked, brow raised as you inhaled your sixth cheese cube and ham combo.
You shrugged. “Had a salad. Should’ve known it wouldn’t be enough. I just didn’t wanna look bloated in this friggin’ dress.” You ended the sentence on a bitter note.
He pat you consolably on the back. “I’ll flag down any waiters I see.”
“How long do you think we have to stay before it’s okay to leave?” You wondered after a beat. Office parties weren’t really your thing. It was awkward, toeing the line of the you at the office and the you outside the office. You didn’t want people think that you were stiff, but one glass of wine too much and you’d end up fodder for workplace gossip.
Shawn laughed beside you. “You’ve been here less than an hour. At least put some mileage on that dress.”
You sighed, looking down at the navy evening dress. You suppose he had a point; it was expensive. “Fine, but then let’s make it interesting.”
He raised his brow. “Yeah? What do you propose?”
You glanced over the sea of coworkers and heroes mingling. “Well, it seems like Jessica is on her fourth glass of wine, and since she already barely has a filter, I’ll bet you twenty bucks she asks at least one hero for their autograph.”
Shawn laughed at that. “Make it thirty and I’ll bet she asks within the next fifteen minutes.”
You grinned, opening your mouth to agree, when your eyes zeroed in on a hulking figure walking in your direction, crimson eyes narrowed. Your stomach dropped as Dynamite, the number two hero, approached you.
—————————————————
“I’ll owe you one.” Kirishima offers on the other end of the phone.
Bakugo grunts. “You already owe me. Why can’t you take Sparky?”
He’s in his living room, just returned from patrol, and he’s ready to shower and hit the hay. He couldn’t care less about some party Kirishima wanted to take him to. Kirishima had told him about the event weeks ago, but Bakugo had avoided giving him a response.
“Denki doesn’t know how to behave at events like that.”
Bakugo smirked, a little smug about it, even if he was annoyed that it made him Kirishima’s next best option. “You think I’m any better?”
Kirishima sighed. “C’mon, Bakugo, it’s open bar. Besides, your reputation could use it.”
Bakugo made another noise in the back of his throat, irritated because Kirishima wasn’t wrong. It had been months since he made a public appearance, and last time he was recorded calling the chief of police an incompetent jackass. He wasn’t wrong, but still.
“Fine. But I’m only stayin’ ‘til nine.”
And that’s how he ended up at the party. He’d made himself comfortable at the bar after shaking a few hands and enduring half an hour of semi-polite conversation. He swirled the whiskey around his glass, trying not to pay attention to the sideway glances and whispered comments about him being there. He should’ve just stayed home.
He was on his third glass when he finally turned from the bar, scanning the room for Kirishima. Instead of finding his red haired friend, his eyes zeroed in on you. You stood across the room, face illuminated with a smile.
He had to admit, you wore the dress well. Even though the cut was modest and a darker color, his eyes traced over your curves. The way you spoke with the man next to you, with the easy expression on your face, he could tell the two of you were close, and it stirred something in Bakugo he couldn’t quite name.
Well, even if you were hot, you had no fucking taste, he thought bitterly, downing the rest of his whiskey. He left the glass at the bar, realizing a second too late that his feet were taking him across the room to you, the liquid courage encouraging him to confront you without a second thought.
—————————————————
You were frozen, staring up at him. His mouth was set in a sneer, and there was a quiet rage in his expression that, while familiar because of his fame as the hot-headed hero, had never been directed at you.
“Don’t think I’m interesting, huh?” He asked, challenge in his eyes.
You hoped your cheeks wouldn’t give away your embarrassment. God, this is exactly what you didn’t want to happen. Well, not that you’d prepared to come face-to-face with him, but now there was no doubt that the interview was taken in exactly the way you hadn’t wanted. You shot a glare at Shawn.
Luckily, Shawn had the good sense to feel a little guilty. “Sorry, man, I was the one who published the interview. My editor made the choice of the headline, but I was the one who put it to print.”
Dynamite’s gaze didn’t even flicker in Shawn’s direction, and you felt the heat of his stare, wishing you could melt into a puddle. “She’s still the one who made the comment.”
“Did you watch the interview, by chance?” When the hero didn’t answer, Shawn continued. “Well, if you had, you’d have realized Y/n said it was uninteresting to write about you. Discourse on the controversial number two hero is an oversaturated market. Surely, you’re aware of that.”
Now he does look at Shawn, a renewed anger flashing in his eyes. You moved to step between the two, hoping to de-escalate the situation.
“Bakugo,” You recognized Red Riot’s voice before you looked over, the hero smiling even though you could tell it was strained. You imagine this wasn’t the first time he’s had to pull Dynamite away from unnecessary conflict before he could make a fool of himself. “Just enjoy the party, no need to stir things up.”
“Hmph.” The number two hero looked angrier than ever, but you guessed by the blush coloring the tops of his ears that even he knew when to be embarrassed. “Whatever. Said I’d only stay until nine, anyway.” And he was turning on his heel, heading toward the exit.
You weren’t sure what possessed you, but you found yourself following him. Maybe you had drank one too many glasses of wine.
He was fast, though, and once you reached the lobby, you had to call out to him before he left the building. “Dynamite, please wait—” you cut off when he stopped, surprised he actually listened to you. Still, you’d take the opportunity to clear the air. “I’m sorry the headline offended you. I did try to convince Shawn to change it, but he’d set his mind to it.” His back was still to you, and you found you almost preferred that. His gaze was too heavy, like you might collapse under the weight of it.
“It’s just funny you’d say something like that, is all.” He was quiet, but you weren’t fool enough to believe he had calmed down. Not yet, anyway.
You feel your cheeks heating up. “Well, as you may recall from what Shawn said—”
“I don’t care what that extra said.” He interjected, turning to face you.
—————————————————
“Well, I didn’t say anything bad about you. I never do.” You’re avoiding his gaze. He can tell you’re nervous, which gives him a sick sense of satisfaction. He can’t deny though, that the way red dusts your cheeks makes him feel oddly protective of you. And he’s pretty sure he wants to keep making you blush like that.
“Is there a way I can make it up to you?”
He’s shocked by the offer, gaze snapping from the way you play with your hands to your face. It’s not in his nature to be trusting, but recalling your last meeting, he’s inclined to give you the benefit of the doubt. He raises a brow, keeping his mouth stiff as he asks. “What’d you have in mind?” The way your eyes widen tell him you were shocked he conceded so quickly. To be fair, he was a little surprised by his behavior, too.
“I—I uh, have tickets. To the game tomorrow night. Great seats, VIP access. Could probably even get you a meeting with the team.”
He wants to roll his eyes. He could get that, and more, easily. He doesn’t care about some stupid game. He was surprised he still didn't want to disappoint you by rejecting it flat out, but he’s realizing quickly that he can’t count on his usually demanding personality when it comes to you, and decides to go with it. He steps closer to you, pride flaring when you suck in a breath, looking up at him through your lashes, nerves, and something else, swimming in your eyes. “I gotta better idea. Dinner, tomorrow night.”
—————————————————
You start listing off the first thing that comes to mind, offering the tickets Shawn had given you in exchange for the interview. You’re watching his expression, hoping he’d be sated by the offer, but you see none. You’re not really sure why it’s important to you that you stay in good standing with him, it’s not like you owed him or anything. He’s a hero, he did what heroes do. He wasn’t the only sexy hero, either, and it wasn’t like you gave a free pass to him, or anyone, just because of a pretty face. And yet, whenever you look into those shadowed red eyes of his, you can’t help but want to please him.
Though, he is quite pretty, you passively think as you search his face for a sign to what he was thinking. You couldn’t recall the last time he’d been photographed in a suit, and seeing him in person was doing something to your brain, but you also had to admit he looked much handsomer the last time you two came face-to-face.
Half a second after you finish thirsting after the hero you register what he said, and then it became nearly impossible to form a coherent thought. Dinner? That was it?
You couldn’t deny the idea didn’t send a thrill through you, but you doubted he had the intentions that dark part of you hoped for. What could he gain from going to dinner with you, though? Did he really care to fix his reputation that much? You couldn’t believe he went to such lengths to sway the perception of the reporters and bloggers who had not-so-forgiving opinions about him, but you could hardly let yourself believe the alternative.
You should refuse. You couldn’t be sure how being seen at dinner with one of Japan’s top heroes would affect your career. Was it a chance you wanted to take? You really shouldn’t.
But you found yourself agreeing before your sense of better judgement could stop you. “Okay. Name the time and place.”
He smirked, and your chest clenched at the mischief in his expression. “I’ll pick you up at eight tomorrow. You’re still at your old place, right?”
You take your bottom lip in your mouth, nodding lightly. Did he really remember where you lived? After all this time? But before you can question him, you hear footsteps echoing in the lobby, signaling the entrance of one, no, two people.
You turn to see Red Riot, followed by Shawn, heading toward you. You look back at the man before you, all humor from before gone from his face. “Tomorrow then, Dynamite.”
His eyes slide back to you, and the corner of his mouth quirks up, so slight you almost miss it. “I’m takin’ you to dinner, doll, might as well call me by my name.”
“Oi, Bakugo.” Red Riot claps his friend on the shoulder. “Everything okay here?”
You almost miss the wink he sends you, face turned enough you were sure neither of the other men caught the gesture, renewing the fading blush in your face. You were hopeful the makeup you wore covered at least a little bit of the red in your cheeks. “Yeah, we worked it out.” His tone and expression were back to being as grumpy as ever, and he turned, heading for the door. “I’m gonna call a cab, Shitty Hair. If you’re not out when it gets here, I’m leaving your ass.”
You shot a sympathetic look at the other hero. You didn’t want to imagine how difficult it was to be close to someone like him. He shot you an equally sympathetic smile. “Sorry for him. His bark is worse than his bite.”
You think of his especially destructive quirk, laughing a little. “I’m sure you could understand my disbelief in that sentiment.”
After exchanging more or less polite farewells, he followed after his friend, leaving you and Shawn alone in the lobby.
“Are you actually okay? I know that guy’s hard to deal with.” You look over at Shawn, his features colored with mild but genuine concern.
You shrug, though you’re not sure if you should tell him about your plans with the explosive hero. “Yeah, we worked it out.”
He raises a brow. “What’d you do? Promise to write a raving review about his hero efforts?” He laughs.
You chew on your lip again. “No. But you should be a little more apologetic. You’re the jackass who got me in that position.” You poke him accusingly in the chest with a finger. “Gonna take more than a couple tickets to get me to forgive you for that one. He’s not exactly an easy man to placate.”
He sighs. “Yeah, you’re right. Though, I will say the interview did get more than fifteen thousand views in the first twenty-four hours. Hot button topics are hot button topics for a reason.”
You shoot him a dry look. “Don’t sound too sorry.”
He laughed. “C’mon. Rejoin the party, I’ll buy you a drink.” He jokes, and you roll your eyes, but smile, following him back inside.
—————————————————
Later, Katsuki is showered and in bed, eyes lazily scrolling through your articles. He couldn’t help but feel smug about the way you wrote, tongue sharp and unforgiving in your perspective of his colleagues. He even found he agreed with your criticisms, though, only where it concerned your opinions on individual heroes. He couldn’t say he fully understood where the vendetta against the hero industry came from, but he was curious to find out.
When he fell asleep, he dreamed of explosions, cries for help, and a hand reaching out for him.

ruling queens of númenor - headcanons and opinions:
tar-ancalimë: I think she made it very hard for any future ruling queens by being, well, an immeasurably difficult person. and people understood it was because of her shitty upbringing! - but it didn't make her easier to deal with and many felt she didn't even try to move past it... from a governing point of view, it was assumed by some that she'd begin prioritising women in political circles, but oddly enough she didn't? she made it pretty obvious what she thought of men, but she expected the women she interacted with to have the same opinions as her on the subject, and when that wasn't feasible she showed them even greater contempt than their counterparts of the other sex. and as queen... she wasn't a very bad ruler but made it way too obvious that many of her decisions were fuelled by spite, usually towards her late father and husband. in her life however, she was pitied as much as hated, though that pity didn't last for future generations.
tar-telperien: I feel like there would have been considerable mistrust towards her initially because of how tar-ancalimë was remembered, but she ended up being one of númenor's best loved rulers. she was a very fortunate mixture of majestic and warm, her one major fault being that she could be terribly stubborn at times, but somehow people were willing to forgive that. and yes, she never had a romantic liaison in her life, aside maybe from an infatuation or two when she was very young... also I think she had several younger brothers and very good relationships with them. there would have been a lot of space for conflict there because there was no precedence in númenor's history for a daughter with male siblings inheriting the sceptre, but ultimately relationships in her family were surprisingly healthy given what the former generations were like. there may have been some slight jealousy on the part of one or more of them, but they knew the law was fair and didn't let it show... also in a weird flashback to her sindarin ancestors, she had silver hair, hence her name
tar-vanimeldë: I don't really have too much to say about her... I feel she's been given something of a short shrift by the narrative, though otoh it's still more than we have for some other kings... much ink has been spilled about how odd the ratio of kings to queens is in númenor if we consider that the law was absolute primogeniture from ancalimë on. I believe jrrt just didn't think it through well enough, however it certainly encourages one to conclude that there was a bunch of eldest princesses that something happened to; my personal theory being that the fact a woman could turn down the sceptre without even a nominal coronation meant that it was very easy for someone to force her to decline... that said - I don't think vanimeldë was ever interested in ruling and I believe it was her more ambitious husband who helped her through that initial precariousness. she can't have been too glad once she realised he had basically usurped her (because people don't just steal the rule from under their sons without any iffy behaviour before that - or did hallacar invent some weird justification for the latter?), but I don't think she felt she could do anything about it.
tar-miriel: first of all, i kind of like that one version in which she marries pharazon of her own will. I'm not sure what that version goes on to say, but as I imagine it - first she agreed that they be co-rulers; her position was precarious enough, she believed it would be good for politics and she liked and trusted him. but he went on to steal the throne from under her and she never learned if that was what he had been planning to do from the beginning. the rest is history and her personal tragedy. what happened with sauron was not her fault, but she would lie awake at night and blame herself... interestingly enough, the faithful never did and around half of them believed she was forced into the marriage anyway... I have a lot more to say about her, in fact, enough that I think I'll make a separate post, but for now I'll only add that I personally headcanon that while tar-palantir stayed faithful to the end, despite the failure of all his plans, miriel chafed. her father understood that no one could force the númenoreans to change against their will (I mean I guess Eru presumably could? but obviously he wouldn't, because free will), but she didn't and felt betrayed... I think that she had to regain faith before the end, because otherwise it's too bitter a tale, to live through terror without knowing there is good one can rely on. the tale is bitter anyhow, but she did not die in despair.

Sloppy seconds byler aren’t endgame angels with a nightmare is a fool a 25+ year old women with fantasies about teen boys being gay how’s that any different to men’s fantasies about lesbians?
Y’all are so caught up in you’re echo chambers you can’t see it and it’s gonna crash and burn so badly it’s not the byler show either it’s stranger things
Omg I feel so honored to get my first real hate ask!
There's so many things to unpack here, so I think Im gonna go one by one.
First of all, I assume you either ship Mleven or at least you despise byler, but my last post was only tagged as byler so there was no reason for you to see it unless you were stalking the byler tag, which in that case I'm glad you're such a dedicated fan!
Second of all, I'm assuming you're the same anon who has been sending around other anon asks the past couple of weeks always mentioned the words "sloppy seconds". Now, I know nothing about you or about your life enough to tell you what you should or shouldn't do, but I think I'd should let you know how disgusting of a term that is, and what it implies. I'm assuming if you like Mileleven you like Mike too, since he's one half of the ship. That's why it's shocking to me how you seem so adamant of thinking of him as nothing but El's leftovers, as if he wasn't his own person with his self worth! Also, someone's worth doesn't lessen just because they've already been kissed or touched by someone else. That's a sad outlook on life, and I'm not telling you to be mean, but because I think you'll live happier if you leave such toxic mentalities behind. They really do no good to someone's self esteem.
About the women fantasies about gay men, please notice how most people in this tag are underage people of all genders. This is not a sexual fantasy, as these characters aren't even portrayed sexually in the show to begin with. This is people who want to see good stories about themselves being written, and I think that's a really valid thing to wish for. Even if you've seen a couple weirdos out there on the internet, that's not the case for almost the whole of the fanbase. There's creepy people everywhere in every fandom. Also may I add that if you prefer Mike and El (which is completely valid if you do, you're allowed to have your preferences!) they are the same age as Mike and Will. Wouldn't you be predatory as well if you ship them? No you wouldn't, because they're kids and their relationship has never been sexual. Just like with Will and Mike. Assuming that every gay romance is automatically sexual is a very homophobic mindset ingrained in our society. If you really see gay people this way, probably you've been conditioned by society to do so, in that case it's not your fault but it's never too late to educate yourself. You'll be happier, seriously.
Finally, I wouldn't say an echo chamber is a ship community that has more Billions of wievs on TikTok that the other ship and surpasses it on every other platform, and that has general audience filmmakers and professional writers say themselves that they also understand how it's set up to happen in the final season. But again, it is not my job to convince you and you're not forced to change your mind. We will all have to wait until the final season to see who was actually right, only the Duffer brothers know what will happen.
Finally, Stranger Things is obviously not the byler show. However, one of the most important rules of storytelling is writing personal arcs and relationships for the characters to serve as subplots to the main story, so that the characters become full fleshed and realistic. The fact that you can relate to fictional characters, even though you've probably never time travelled done magic, lived in a post apocalyptic time or wathever you wanna imagine, is because you relate to their personal stories. A story isn't good without personal arcs, every professional writer you ask will tell you this. So yes, relationships are an episode aspect of stranger things that people can discuss if they want to. And the byler tag, or any other ship tags exists precisely to focus on those relationships. It doesn't mean that people don't like any other aspects of the show.
Anyways, I hope you enjoyed my little rant anon. I wish you have a great day!

rolling up bc i just read the most recent chapter of ascendant and we’re FIGHTING mags!!!
as always, jegulus is breaking my fucking heart. regulus is truly so soft in both ecliptic and ascendant; i feel like the war has made so many characters angry and hard but regulus remains so kind and empathetic. him telling james it’s okay to grieve lily and harry while he grieves his own relationship with james??? that was sick and you know it!!! even if we see moments that show how much james loves regulus i can understand why regulus struggles to see it. it’s hard to measure up to memories of the dead and lily is always remembered by everyone in an almost reverent way. meanwhile regulus thinks of himself with such extreme loathing even while james thinks the world of him. and it’s hard to blame james for struggling to openly show his love for regulus when he’s been hurt so many times. these boys need a seminar on communication i fucking swear.
sirius black, my darling, you simply never can catch a break. it kills me that just a few chapters ago sirius was thinking about how regulus very well may self-destruct in the name of atonement and disdain for himself. meanwhile, sirius keeps proving how willing HE is to self-destruct for the people he loves. he really would burn the world to the ground to keep regulus and james safe. he has a chance to be freed from his bond but he’d still rather be subjected to it than risk his brother and (ex-)best friend. I also just genuinely adore his relationships with evan and barty. They may have been regulus’ friends first but they’ve become sirius’ people in such a distinct and fascinating way. regulus may have brought them together but their friendship stands on its own now.
and remus! i’m glad that mary is getting through to him. dumbledore is clearly hiding things from remus and it always felt like dumbledore relied on remus’ gratitude as a reliable weapon in controlling him. his friendship with mary has me in a fucking chokehold; she’s the smartest one out of all these bitches 😤 which, by the way, you’re torturing me with the marylily because i LOVE those girls. i absolutely adore her distrustful nature and hostility towards dumbledore; she KNOWS she’s being used and manipulated. remus really needs to listen to her and start piecing out the parts of the story that don’t make sense. mary seems to be almost running out of grace for remus and his unwillingness to look past what’s right in front of him. can’t even say i blame her; it’s gotta be hard to be the only one seeing past the bullshit colored glasses.
anyways!!! love you and your fic as always mags!!! you said you didn’t mind my asks so i’m back with a vengeance!!!
MORGAN HI!! hello!!
(we're FIGHTING?? oh no. okay 🗡️ i'm prepared.)
i feel like i should be apologizing for jegulus over and over in this fic because they are truly. messes omfg. i keep trying to push them together and have them just be happy, but so far it has not worked 😔. we will see, morgan, but i have faith that all of it will work out
saying that as if i don't know exactly what happens. i'm subject to the whims of my characters i CAN'T HELP IT
listen if there's anything i'm going to make a gryffindor it's self sacrificing. i think to me sirius is a character who is incredibly resilient, and definitely loyal to a fault. sometimes i struggle with ecliptic/ascendant/etc. sirius' particular brand of self-sacrificing, because it feels a little contradictory to what we know his relationship was like with regulus in canon
but i think a lot of it goes into his belief in what is "good" and "bad" in his eyes. james to him really represents the "good" in the world, even though it's very reductive of what james is actually like, and sirius has an intense need to protect that. he had this really intense need to protect regulus as a kid because he was "good" and then regulus was "bad" because he was like their parents, and then he's "good" again when sirius learns he's died betraying voldemort. and this is obviously a really reductive view of the world, but in my head it's why sirius is so stubborn and willing to put himself in harm's way, since he's one of the "bad" ones.
(also, i think barty and evan are really interesting for this reason too, because sirius has no idea where to place them in his little boxes.)
and mary <3 oh my beloved. mary is. absolutely done with everything and i truly can't blame her because dumbledore works hard to make sure nobody in that organization has a proper conversation. but dw, the two of them will get there eventually.
(also marylily i love them but they make my heart hurt.)

Fast Pass Spoilers: A review of chapter 216
I don't plan on reviewing every chapter but this one may have been my favorite. I honestly really like Thanatos now.
Tumblr media
I really love that Rachel is giving Hades flaws, portraying him as emotionally distant and abusive. I'm glad she's making him purposefully unlikable. So far he's just been a "perfect man" in the eyes of the fandom
It's a flaw that I'm glad he has, and I'm glad that other characters are saying what I've been thinking: Hades is a bad boss. He exploits his workers, treats them unfairly, and doesn't listen to their critique. It makes sense that he's seen as unapproachable. He's quiet, has a temper, and has high standards for his employees. I went through the subreddit and alot of people are justifying what Hades did as "well it was Kronos, Hades would never do that" to that I say 🖕. Kronos did rip into him, but Hades did unjustifiably attack Thanatos. I know he didn't ask to be given a child, and didn't know Than saw him as a father figure, but to say that stuff to him....ouch :/ This is why communication is important kids.
We see often how Hades mistreated Thanatos throughout the comic, so I'm wondering if there may be some underlying problems he has with him since he doesn't seem to rip into other employees like he has with Thanatos (I'm honestly thinking he's just a jerk tho) and I don't understand why he's called lazy, since it's not really shown. And the God of death rlly can't be lazy or nothing will die.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Also I'm glad being emotionally distant isn't being glamorized. Or the idea that it's cool to have a boyfriend that's a dick to everyone but you. I see alot of people lately praising themselves or others because they don't talk to others much, hide their emotions, and just generally act distant in order to seem cool or superior to emotional people. Or fandom girls thinking characters like Hades are cool because even though he treats everyone like crap, he's nice to Persephone and Hecate. That's toxic. Yes, I am scolding middle school me rn.
I'm glad we got more insight on why Thanatos acted the way he did. While I don't think his actions are morally reprehensible, the comic is going in that direction. I like the dive into his character and that he has legit motives instead of just not stanning persades. It makes sense that he sees Hades the way he does, and I like that Nyx is canonically not a good parent instead of it just being speculation. Thanatos has alot of issues and he keeps being put in unhealthy situations. Some by and not by fault of his own. This comic made me really like Thanatos, and gave me more faith in Hades' character development (now that he has something to develop) hopefully he can teach young audiences that special treatment is not okay and if your bf is a dick to everyone but you, run away.
Tumblr media
Also idc what Daphne says, Thanatos has every right to be upset with Hades for favoring Persephone. But that's another rant rant another day.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I hope Thanatos gets the help he needs and maybe Haded can own up to what he did and maybe they can have a good relationship going forward.

(mainly text) Reviewing the prior four generations of the planetary legacy
I've been thinking about the things I'm glad happened, and the things I'd do differently, now that I'm over halfway through my planned eight generations. I know this won't interest everyone (it may only interest me, come to think of it) (yeah you know what, this is the definition of self-indulgence) so--below.
Tumblr media
Generation Saturn
I would have made this a lot less story-ish if I had it to do over, mainly because it was shit as a story. But I was coming from Wordpress where, up until the last 4-5 years when everyone began to drift away, at least, there really was something of a TS3 community, where people interacted a lot with each other's posts, and the focus was more text than screenshots. It wasn't perfect--I must stress that--but it was entirely free of some of the things that make Tumblr so obnoxious. If there was drama, I remained oblivious to it.
To go from that, to the near-zero feedback I got on Tumblr initially, was like being plunged into an ice bath. The only reasons I kept going at all back then were @happy-lemon and @autonomousllama, who were kind to me, made me laugh, and liked some of the posts I did.
I did get discouraged and rush through the latter half of this generation, because I also learned that I am not a fan of Into the Future. It's fine--not everything is for everybody. At least I finally played it and found that out for myself.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Generation Uranus
The big mistake here was rushing Yuri into marriage when his first love didn't work out. Sims will marry anyone you tell them to, but it doesn't mean they'll have a happy union. And I did want to finally try out Midnight Hollow, sure; but why I thought it would be a good idea to move the pink-haired elfin lady from Dragon Valley there is a mystery.
I should never have given Enya a fairy potion to drink, either. It was cute for 5 minutes and then it was, why's the teenager up at 2 a.m.? Oh, because her room has the only audio equipment and Enya has 24/7 dance fever now.
Otherwise, I have to be honest: This was the most fun generation to play after Velma's. I love World Adventures and I got a kick out of Yuri, even when he was being a dipshit. Maybe especially then.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Generation Neptune
I mean, we know, right? The heir should have been Wendalyn. But it wasn't 100% my fault--the 64-bit version of the game being broken with respect to water, that was going to make this generation boring no matter who the heir was. If you cannot dive/swim/snorkel/perform any directed action in the ocean, you're left with fishing. 😴😴😴
Tumblr media
I did at least get Velma out of it. It's funny--some Sims you know right away are going to be the heir. I knew it'd be Velma when she was a toddler. I loved Vivienne, too, but she was destined for a supporting role, and she turned out to be perfect for it.
Tumblr media
Generation Mercury
My massive regret here is, I never and I mean never, ever, ever should have moved Velma out of Elmira City. She was happy as hell there and the saves weren't even getting glitchy; I just thought Aurora Skies would be ✨more wholesome for children✨ and wanted to bring up the next generation there.
It was such a mistake and it wrecked my enthusiasm completely. Putting Velma in Aurora Skies was like putting Enya in Midnight Hollow, like, why do I do this stupid shit? "Oh, the contrast will be so--" boring, self! It will be boring.
It also broke some of the Sims I took along for the ride. Neither Marco nor Ian had a mean bone in their bodies in Elmira City, but suddenly in Aurora Skies all either of them ever did was Berate Ignorance. (Neither of them was a genius or irresistible, either, though that was probably obvious already.)
Finally, I will never know if perhaps Devon would've been less into Vivienne had I left him in Elmira City, where he had not yet met her, and possibly never would have. Sparks were not flying between him and Velma, though, and that was true even in Elmira City. And I was furious, because generally, sparks flew between everyone and Velma.
Another regret: sending Undine to boarding school as a child. That stupid Aurora Skies house had a backyard I filled with every bit of playground equipment I could possibly pack into it, and then none of it ever got used except, I think Velma and Devon did woohoo in the tree house once, or... I'm pretty sure Velma banged somebody there, anyway. 🤭 It would have been so unlike her not to.

by continuing from this point on you understand that it is your fault if you see any opinions that you do not agree with and that make you mad. you will not take it out on me or anyone else who enjoys/agrees with them, and you especially will not do anything illegal/dangerous to them or myself.

PARTY WITH THE THREE ARCHONS!
Zhongli sits alone on the balcony, waiting for a certain someone to arrive. He has all the decors up; a cup of red punch in his hand, the full bowl sitting on a table inside on a table, where two other certain people were, surrounded by others.    There Ei sat at a table, also drinking the punch in her hand, only searching through the crowd for them. They hadnt arrived, had they? Were they going to? They had to, they'd promised to! Of course, if they didnt keep to their word, she'd be dissapointed, but everything happens for a reason, doesn't it?    Across the room, a certain bard fixed his lyre for his performance. Venti was going to sing a special poem he had written just for them, but what point was there in reading it if they didn't even show up?
Running through the dark streets of Sumeru City, you continously twisted and turned corners. The people who owned the place had ever so graciously loaned it for a costume party, saying that is was on the Greater Lord and Lesser Lord's behalf, even if it really wasn't.    The rainwater sloshed against your shoes, splashing against your socks and top. You had to cover your face, or else youd break into the house looking like you crawled out of a lagoon!    You finally made the last turn, approaching a large mansion-like building, similar to the Dawn Winery in Mondstat. Looking up, you made eye contact with Zhongli, whose eyes slightly lit up upon meeting yours. He then remembered how hard it was raining, only being sheltered by the cover above the balcony allowing him to forget for a while.    He went downstairs, albeit quickly, and opened the door for you, greeting you with a smile plastered on his face.    "Ah Y/N, so glad you're here. I thought you may have gotten lost as Sumeru is quite large." He said, grabbing your hand gently and leading you inside.    "Yeah, almost did! All those twists and turns really did mess me up a bit, but I made it here nonetheless!" You replied, smiling.    "You're soaking wet, come come, let's get you settled—" He said before being cut off by a unexpected voice coming from behind you.    "Y/N! There you are! I thought you wouldnt make it in time for my performance!" Venti whined, grabbing your hand from Zhongli's, interlocking it with his and holding it up to his chest, dramatic and comical tears threatening to spill from his puppy eyes.    "Wow, cant have faith in me, huh?" You said, giggling at the theatre he was putting on already, not noticing Zhongli's slight glare at Venti, clenching his hand into a fist before exhaling and putting it on his side.    Unfortunately, Venti did notice and gave Zhongli a condescending smirk. This only irked him more, exactly what the shorter man wanted.    "I'm going to go talk to Ei now, dont want her to feel left out!" You said, removing your hands from Venti's, making him frown.    "Awww do you have to gooo?" He said, but you had already headed towards the table she was seated at.    "I dont know what you're up to, but I know that you're going to purposely make it annoy me, so take some advice from your elders... Don't."
"Hey Ei! Hope you didnt think I forgot about you!" You said as you took at seat next to her.    "Ah, greetings Y/N. It's a pleasure to see you again." She replied, looking at you and giving the smallest smile ever.    "Its nice to see you too! What have you been up too?"    "..." She looked away, nervous, which was odd for the Electro Archon. She was always so confident, what could she possibly be doing to make her embarrassed?    "Ei?"    "....I.. err... nothing much. What have you been up to? We havent.. seen eachother... properly.. in a while." She said, directing the focus back onto you. Weird. Maybe something's bothering her, but if she doesnt want to tell me, I wont pry. It's her decision to tell me, not my choice to pressure her into doing so.    "Nothing much actually. Just running around and doing commissions and looking around Sumeru now that I have the chance to." You answered her.    She looked back up at and said in a soft tone, "I'm sorry for... making you deal with.. my problems.. it wasnt very responsible of me and I should've thought more about what you had on your plate before I shoved my issues onto you.. I truly am sorry."    The apology shocked you — you hadnt expected it, even if you did technically deserve it. She seemed genuine and nervous, you couldnt just leave her without a response, now could you?    "It's okay, I know–"    "No, it's not okay!" She suddenly cut you off.    "Its not okay for me to just land my problems on to handle when you were already dealing with so much! You didn't - and still dont - deserve that! You needed a chance to rest, yet I dropped a trainwreck of problems on you because I was too weak to deal with them myself! I not only mistreated you, but also all my subjects, and they are what make me a leader! It is not okay!" She said sternly, putting her hands on your shoulders.    "It is not your place to deal with other's problems because you should be your top priority, not anyone or anything else."    "I– uhm.." You didnt know how to respond to that. She was right, of course, but you never really thought too much about it. Youd been juggling all these problems that werent your own and it felt like they were. You needed to be reminded of that, and that's exactly what Ei did. She reminded you that you are also important.

The newest chapter is so good! I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to tell you my thoughts, but I definitely didn’t have enough room in my brain to give this fic the attention it deserves! (My car is out of commission from my accident and I had just gotten it at the end of summer)
I love the idea that Steve was always going to forgive Eddie, he just wanted to be sure that Eddie knew what was going on now. I feel like Steve is so loyal to everyone but himself. If Eddie had done something that was clearly malicious, I don’t see Steve forgiving him, but since this was an odd situation that Steve can blame himself for most of it, then he had already convinced himself that Eddie was forgiven and it was all Steve’s fault. Totally understand where Robin was coming from when she told Eddie that Steve was going to forgive him, she was just making sure Eddie knew what he did wasn’t okay.
I love that Jeff didn’t tell Eddie that he’d talked to Steve, I totally think Eddie should be completely out of the loop on that one.
I can’t wait to see where you take this! I know you said there would be more conflict, so now my brain is trying to figure out what the catalyst for it is going to be. Will Steve be holding on to more of a grudge than he expected? Will Eddie be expecting Steve’s behavior to go back to what it was before the fight, and if it doesn’t, will he just assume that Steve is still mad at him, even if Steve isn’t? Will Robin accidentally push them to another fight? Will Eddie be too hard on himself? There are just so many options!
I’m so glad that you like my messages and I’m not bothering you! I missed sending messages to my favorite fic writers on here, and then I remembered that I can just start doing that again! 💖💖
Nah, man, no worries! Though your messages are much appreciated, you're never obligated to send them within a certain amount of time or at all! Life happens. I'm sorry about your car, I hope insurance is at least somewhat helpful??
I do think if Eddie had seemed genuinely uncaring of how Steve was feeling (or was outright mean about it), then Steve wouldn't have been willing to give him a second chance. But, as I mentioned in answering your last message, I do think Steve feels the need to hear people out when they apologize, because he remembers being in that position. He knows that Nancy didn't have to give him the time of day again after what he and his friends said about her, Jonathan didn't have to let the nasty things Steve said about his family go, Robin didn't have to look twice at him and see that he'd become more than that annoying guy in her class
Regardless of how true these things are (or what other circumstances may have been surrounding them), he feels them, and he isn't going to shut someone else out if it really seems like they're trying (and there is so much potential for hurt in there, and one day I'm gonna crack into it, but not in this fic!)
There are many options for how things could go wrong 👀 I considered a couple of different paths, but in the end I don't have the heart (or the patience) for much drawn-out angst, so I promise it's nothing too dramatic. A couple of people have actually guessed at part of what's wrong, and everyone will get to see that tomorrow! (Since I actually finished the fic, I can update a bit faster now!)
Never bothering me, I love having the opportunity to think about what I'm doing from different angles, or from the point of view of characters I hadn't considered (I also love having the opportunity to just talk about Steve headcanons). I'm glad you got to a place where you've been able to start sending messages like you enjoy doing!

i love seeing your long tags they make me so happy. and YOU SHOULD DO THE ALBUMS THING. IF NOBODY ELSE GOT YOU I GOT YOU. GIVE DREW HIS REPUTATION ERA
THANK YOU SOSOSO MUCH!!! I'm so glad people like my tags, sometimes I worry I'm too long-winded, or that I get too off-topic, so it's nice hearing that people like my train of thoughts! ALSO THE ALBUM THING!!!!! I WILL!!! IN FACT I SHALL DO IT RIGHT HERE! under the cut! talking abt taylor swift songs and lyrics and blorbos, if that's not your vibe feel free to scroll <3 /genuine, not sarcastic or shady or anything!!! I'll just see you around later, blondie isn't for everyone! So, pokeani specific characters as taylor swift eras/albums! Long. Like, really long even for me, this is just a pure infodump. Reblogs/comments with further discussion ENCOURAGED!!!!! I love talking to you guys lol, feel free to open this to your own favorite artists too. Kind of a random selection of characters.
OKAY LET'S GO!!! First off, I think that Dawn has always had a 1989 vibe to me. 1989 is sonically one of my lesser favorites honestly, but I think it's intriguing because it's this super poppy, mainstream hit after hit album but it's also just so deeply... unsure, in some ways. You've got shake it off and blank space, pop hits but also hits that are very acutely self-deprecating in the way that they try to come off as unbothered. It's parody but at her own expense, making fun of her own image and portrayal. Dawn is very bright and cheery but is also this very self-unsure, nervous individual in my interpretation of her and I think that parallels nicely. We open with welcome to new york, which makes me think of Dawn's contest debut! Dawn was very intentional in becoming a coordinator, rather than May who kind of stumbled into it. "Everybody here wanted something more" just makes me think of her ambition. So: Dawn, 1989. Big debut into her profession (pop debut, contests), very self-aware but tries to brush it off, but still a very bright and fun person.
Gary: does monologue song count LMAO. Joking, I think Red. Upbeat and loud and self-assured at first (22, I knew you were trouble), but you dive down deep and see that the seemingly shallow pool is actually a huge ocean of a character/album that will stand long beyond its time and cement itself as a fan favorite. I think Holy Ground really fits him, though I cannot for the life of me explain why. However, the cockiness /affectionate of I Bet You Think About Me fits him SO WELL!!! Also. "I'll be summer sun for you, forever".
Misty: Debut. Classic, the OG, might burn your house down, unhinged teenage girl energy. Hates that STUPID OLD PICKUP TRUCK YOU NEVER LET HER DRIVE. She's energetic, loud, and a trailblazer for all the albums and pokegirls to come. Starting off with a BANG and a banjo. Not much else to say, just pure iconic energy (but with a soft side!!! secretly a HUGE romantic).
Drew: Okay, a weird one. I almost went Evermore (introspective to almost a fault, way too in his own head, a dreamer in his own way and a timeless romantic) but ultimately I think my interpretation of Drew is just SO reputation. Cold on the outside, but the most romantic, soft interior once you get to know him. Drew also is a famous coordinator and has his own fan club (in canon, consisting of moms who have merch of him for... some reason, which. shoutout to the discord friends that have dubbed it the milf club- or was that my fault???? that might have been a taylorism [me taylor lol, not swift taylor]) BUT ANYWAYS Rep explores themes of finding love in crowed places which I tend to lean into in contestshipping fics and ideas, themes of avoiding fame and finding that balance of letting people in versus shutting them out. Also, you either love him or hate him, I've noticed, much like reputation. He comes off a bit offputting at first and people tend to write him off as annoying before they get to know him (cough, first tracks of rep are not at all indicative of rep as a whole BUT FUCKING SLAP ONCE YOU GET THE VIBES!) Also because I will defend both of them until death.
May: I was stuck between a LOT for my favorite girlie. I know you have her as lover which is SO PERFECT but i think anime may specifically feels very fearless/speak now. I went with Fearless, but it could go either way with a brief shoutout to Red who almost made it. Fearless is kind of in her own little world, lost in thought, a dreamer who is still figuring it all out. But like May, Fearless has some spunk, too! I think specifically Tell Me Why reminds me a LOT of May and Harley's rivalry. "You took a swing, I took it hard, and down here from the ground I see who you are". Minus the romantic part of it, it reminds me SO SO SO much of Harley's supportive act and then turning on her, back and forth. Fearless is naive, and so is May. "And I know that you see what you're doing to me- tell me why!" I think ultimately though, Fearless is finding her way. Fearless is in new territory, making her own path as a dreamer and an optimist. Also, just entirely nostalgic. I saw Fearless in concert as a kid and May has always been my favorite, just very nostalgic for me for both of them.
Iris: Speak Now! Spunky. A little outta pocket. Would probably call you out for marrying a shitty person in the middle of your own damn wedding. Purple. I still don't have an amazing grasp on Iris, but Speak Now is THAT BITCH who SPEAKS HER MIND whether it's THE TIME FOR IT OR NOT and I think that feels very Iris to me in the best way. Iris is not afraid, she's here to be heard, but she's also just. soft. baby. friend.
Paul: Okay, weird one here. Paul has... issues. Problems. I think that in an ideal world we get a paul redemption and he was written a bit differently, and I think that Paul could have his Midnights era, very retrospective and kind of looking at things that went wrong in the past and figuring out how to move on from that. Not an album or Taylor, technically, but Renegade by Big Red Machine ft. TS fits, I think. "Are you really gonna talk about timing in times like these? Let all your damage damage me? Carry your baggage up my street?" The ultimate song of 'hey, maybe deal with your issues please so I can make you the blorbo I want you to be'. /joking but also not really. Quite literally, "is it insensitive of me to say, get your shit together so I can love you?"
Tracey: Folklore. Soft, gentle, would comfort me while I'm crying at 2 am, would bake cookies with me. Simple as that. "When I felt like I was an old cardigan under someone's bed, you put me on and said I was your favorite". I stand by Folklore and Evermore being the albums for people who think they don't like Taylor Swift btw, random side note. I think also, Tracey has this bright imagery with his art, and so does Folklore. Folklore is a very imagery-driven album in its lyrics. It's evocative- I think the biggest examples of this are Invisible String, Illicit Affairs, and Hoax. I'll just close my eyes to those songs and let my mind wander off... which, admittedly, also happens during some orange islands/johto episodes and most of the diancie movie, but you know what I mean lol. They're still a GREAT vibe.
