While this particular scene didn't happen in the fic, there are certain elements that make this fanart unequivocally DFAFM-coded :> If you've read it, I'm sure you can recognise them straight away ;)

I think that since Aziraphale came up with the name of the cottage, Crowley took it upon himself to hang the plaque. And sure, he could've just miracled it into place, but why would he do that when he could use the excuse to have his strong angel lift him in his arms while he nailed the plaque above the door? Task complete, hammer tossed safely on the ground, it's time to express some tender affection to his precious darling <3

i’ve always found it peculiar how during meeting the chargers cutscene the game just assumes your character automatically understands what krem is talking about when he mentions binding (though, granted, it’s all very unsubtle). like, this is a roleplaying game. what if i want to play a character who just doesn’t get it

Idk but the way they’re framing Dark Cacao rn with the whole “a bunch of people broke in tried to my steal my (fake) treasure and called me a fake immortal” backstory for Mystic Flour combined with the whole yin/yang symbolism in that one frame from the trailer and the fact that she still seems to want what’s best for cookiekind added onto the fact that Dark Choco (a character about second chances and forgiveness) is showing up in BY book 4…. Idk makes me think that maybe she’s getting redeemed or something.

Not a serious theory or anything, I’m totally wrong but it’s fun to think about. The beast updates actually being about the 5 heroes Friendship is Magic-ing their way into helping the beasts like come to terms with their situation and learn to coexist with the two halves of their soul jam.

Maybe that could be what the “Awakened” states are- becoming the whole soul jam light thingy. Or maybe just accepting their place as a half. Like I said, not a serious prediction it’s just fun to think about.

Senators' info is pretty easy to find, since you've got two for every state (even DC and other non-state people have someone they can call!) but sometimes it's a little tricky remembering who your representative is, especially now with the district lines having changed up. So check your address here and then call their office — I've found more luck getting hold of an actual person at their local offices rather than the DC one, fwiw.

You can take part in the survey whether or not you've had covid. They are looking for both. Recently, it was announced that they had a shortage of responses from people who who haven't had covid, but I don't know if that's still an issue. In any case, they are still looking for about 8,000 more participants.

i’m not trying to he rude but actually it’s very good that a whole generation doesn’t know about him and you shouldn’t be spreading his story in the first place as no one benefits from this being brought to awareness. You have a lot of followers and if this post gets many rbs and blows up it’s just going to be what he wants. Every person likes a movie or a book, it doesn’t mean it has to be associated with their name, especially not if the person did despicable things. as you said, his legacy should burn in hell

Hey I edited out his name because I agree with parts of your statement. I was debating including his name in the original post, and I regret that I did. So I've removed his name and the names of his Youtube channels. I apologize for including it in the first place, you're right that it just feeds into what he would have wanted.

I do think the story is important to share though because it's really a cautionary tale of not ignoring content that promotes violence in fandom spaces, and not brushing fanatical people online off as just 'weird kids.' Just because the phandom is close-knit doesn't mean everyone here is a great person (which is a trap that I think is easy to fall into). Always exercise a level of caution online, and take an active stance on reporting content that genuinely promotes real serious violence or violent crimes, even if it's by your favorite creators.

Not saying that people should witch hunt dogpile the kid who draws edgy fanart, but if someone's out here fantasizing about genuine real life violence, then you know that can't be ignored.

Some ramblings about the concept of bloody tears below…

Someone was wondering about Tonari crying blood in the OP on Reddit some time ago and tbh it always made me wonder, I’d just get distracted by how pretty that 1 second was lol. This is interesting tho, I guess it acts as a fake death knell. It’s arguably the only thing that was 100% lie the opening, if that was the intended symbolism. It might not be, idk 🤔 If anyone is more familiar with the symbolism I’d love to hear your thoughts. Or who knows, maybe they just did it cuz it looked beautiful. And damn if my girl doesn’t look beautiful 😔

Then there’s Giorno, who, due to childhood trauma, is incapable of crying. He trembles instead. It’s not a detail that’s crazy important to the overall story, but it does shed some light on more emotional scenes where he begins to shake. That said, there’s a scene towards the end of the arc where his stand gets hit over the eye and shatters. I always thought it’d be cool for the scene if his eyes went read and he “cried blood” à la Castlevania. He technically does this in other stand battles, sustaining an injury around his eye in one fight, and having streaks of blood fall from his forehead and down his cheeks in another; but the final battle comes directly after he knows how many of his friends have died . It woulda been neat little detail, but maybe Araki didn’t want to overuse it after having done something similar twice. Still a cool thought tho!

Actually I can’t believe I forgot about Fushi also “crying blood” on Jananda towards the beginning of the tournament. While I think his tears can fall under this explanation, I think he more closely falls under the same explanation as Giorno. Both the idea that he can’t cry due to normal means, but also the fact that he’s thinking about Gugu while this happens, so he really is overwhelmed with emotion tbh.
