What art program / brushes do you use?
i use clip studio paint and my brush is one i made from combining a bunch of other brush settings i liked over the years. it is free for anyone to download if they send me a link to a steam profile or psn account with an achievement showing they have completed the house in fata morgana

different anon - you mentioned that sometimes you’ll reject a prompt if you don’t think you’ll be able to do it well. as someone who’s been impressed with how you translate lots of different characters into your own aesthetic, i was wondering what particular designs/qualities you think don’t mesh with your style/would be hard to capture?
oh a bunch of stuff, i don't have much experience drawing furries or complicated armor/cybernetics, stuff like that. also i don't draw a lot of guys of course.

Different anon but how often do you look at Vgen and if you don't accept a commission request do you cancel it? Relatively new to Vgen and don't know how that all works on the artist side. Sent a few things over there and a message or two on Twitter but I don't want to be a bother.
I have not checked my requests yet I will soon. If I am not interested I will reject it (nothing personal when this happens often times its just something not to my taste or something I don't think i'd be able to draw well).
If I am interested but am not able to work on it at the moment I will waitlist it and you should receive a notification about that.
When I'm ready to start work on something you should receive a notification and be able to pay. There's no real time limit on that I'll just wait til payment is received its only fair given how slow I am at responding lol. If it's been a few months with no payment Ill just close the request.
After payment is received you will get your drawing in 2 months or you can get a refund through vgen. (can sometimes go over this time limit if it's one of the options where I send you a sketch for approval before working on the finished piece and a lot of revisions are requested).
