Baker's Kitchen Collection

Hello everyone!

I present to you my new collection which is a kitchen set! I wanted to create a kitchen for a baker sim because lately I'm into making sourdough bread. For this kitchen my inspiration came from farmhouse, mediterranean and french country kitchens. I wanted to make it a little rustic but not too much and I added swatches which could be used for a more luxurious house as well.

I wanted to make more items but if I say that I struggled with the counters it doesn't even cover the half of it. So next month I'm going to make possibly a beautiful oven to go with this kitchen (what is a baker without an oven) and a lot of baker-themed clutter similar to those few which are included in this set. This is my first early access collection since I'd been working on this so much. I'm really grateful if you support me and if you wouldn't like to, this collection and all of the others from now on will become available for free to download after 1 month of early access. I hope you'll like this one and feel free to leave feedback!

Having an orange cat is almost the same thing as having a toddler and I'll take no retorts on that

Here's proof - my cat, Gregory, Greg for short, is orange. A 2yo orang boi

Today the glass door in my shower broke in a thousand pieces and I had to scoop it all out to throw away. All the glass is in paperboxes and buckets on our yard waiting to be thrown away. Right beside a couple buckets of WATER since we were in water shortage alert here.

My aforementioned Gregory decided he wanted the water on the buckets. And climbed on them. Right beside the easily 10kg of glass he curiously sniffed.

Took him away. My dad covered the glass bucket. Warned Greg not to climb on them again bc he is incredibly good at UNDERSTANDING me

He is, however, incredibly BAD at OBEYING me.

Thankfully it only took me a "I've TOLD YOU already, GET. DOWN" for him to waddle down and stare at me like the golden child he is with his "I'm only down bc i want to and i'll go back when you're not looking mom" eyes.

I'm also Brazilian and if I might add:

The National Missionary Joint (JMN - Junta de Missões Nacionais) is sending 100 volunteers to Rio Grande do Sul on next SATURDAY - if you're from Brazil, you can sign up here; they're in need of HEALTH professionals, including psychologists (besides everything, lots of children stranded from their families and are in need of care and company until finding their families) and anyone willing to do heavy work to help cleaning and carrying materials; also in need of DONATIONS (non perishable food and everything OP said)

Lots of churches are raising funds to send to fellow churches in Rio Grande do Sul to buy basic needs materials and help out unsheltered people

In Rio de Janeiro, there's a church collecting all types of donations in Campo Grande this week; it'll be sent to shelters, churches, volunteer teams in Rio Grande do Sul.

I know there's a lot of *situations* involving Christians and christianity and all of that for ages, but A LOT of the volunteers going are christian, they're doing A LOT of social work, a lot of rescuings. So please if you know and TRUST a church near you, look out if they're doing something to help out.

As for the JMN I said above, they do an insane amount of volunteer work for YEARS now, with drug addicts, homeless people, women in risk situations and children, so they ARE reliable. If you want to help but doesn't know a reliable church near you, you can trust them. If you're willing to donate, you can find them here.

Beware of your donations. PLEASE tie up shoes together so they don't get lost and volunteers waste their time looking for a left foot. IDENTIFY the clothing in bags/packages (i.e. "female wear"; "children's wear from ages such and such"). If you can't buy non perishable food or water to send, try and send money to RELIABLE organizations, whatever they might be. I've pointed out churches and christians initiatives bc that's what I'm most aware of, but go for what you trust.

And honestly, pray. Pray if you can donate, pray if you can't. Pray for us, bc right now isn't time to make questions about theological matters, but to give it up to God who has all the power, believing it'll be okay, however "okay" looks like.

And if you're brazilian and/or lives in Rio Grande do Sul, my prayers are with you. You can hit me up on my DMs to talk, to vent, to cry, to ask for news, idk, I'm here and I'm avaiable, I'll help however I can.

hey guys! I know that this blog isn't about anything other than the celebrities and characters that I write for and read about, but I need to ask for some little help right now...

as some of you already know, I'm from Brazil, and a state from my country is announced to be in public disaster. it's been raining A LOT (more than usual) for days without stopping, and the force of it is causing dams to brake, all of them, which is causing extreme floods

right now, we have at least 10 WHOLE cities under complete water, at least 100 d3aths, more than 200 hurt, and we lost count on the missing people

more than 7 bridges broke, which is preventing people from evacuating, despite government requests. many are without water, electricity, internet, and food

the entire country is mobilizing, firefighters and soldiers from all states are going there to help, people are sending money to NGOs of anything that can help, or sending basic products (non-perishable food, clothing, etc.) to military posts across the country, but despite all this, I just wanted to ask you to pray for us and send positive energy! we really need it right now

we have never been through anything like this since Brazil is a country that is less likely to experience disasters like that, which is making everything more difficult, as we were not prepared...

FOR THOSE THAT ARE BRAZILIAN!: starting tomorrow, all post offices in SP and PR will receive donations of basic items for FREE and will take them to Rio Grande do Sul!!! if you can't send money, but can send some clothes, non-perishable food or hygiene itens, please check which post office in your city will do this work!!!!

1) Stay inside. Even if your city is okay, there's more rain coming, and you could end up stuck somewhere with nowhere else to go. Only leave for necessary things or if you need to evacuate.

2) If you need to evacuate and have pets, get dogs and cats on a leash or a travel box. You can also carry cats on large boxes or pillow cases to be safe. Small pets, try to carry with you, preferably in a proper box so you don't risk them escaping somehow. If you have farm animals, don't lock them in anywhere, open all doors and let them loose, they have a better chance of surviving this way.

3) Again, if you need to evacuate, worry only about getting your documents and medicine. If your area might be asked to evacuate next, already get those things in a bag close to your door for if you need to leave in a hurry. But only worry about the essentials.

4) Get a radio. Yes, the small ones that are battery powered. Yes, those. No matter where you are, there are huge risks of power blackouts and you might not have access to the TV or your phone. The radio is how you'll have access to the news if shit happens.

And most importantly: stay safe and keep watching the news!
