Hmm I think the sams fandom has a little problem recognizing that how much you care for someone and how much you hurt someone are not directly linked. You can hurt people you care about, it doesn't make the hurt Better or more okay, but it's possible and can be messy and grey rather than black and white. Moon lashing out at his living family doesn't mean he cares about them any less, Ruin going through with his plan doesn't mean he's randomly lying about liking Solar, SF didn't pull the idea that Eclipse cared in his own messed up way out of nowhere even though Eclipse was their #1 problem, etc etc

oh god i’d heard about the “i won’t commission artists who undercharge for their art” post and now it’s making its rounds on my dash.
please understand that this concept does not actually help anyone. the sensible thing to do if an artist is undercharging is to tip them for what you think their work it worth, and be sure to let them know that. even if this doesn’t cause them to actually change their base prices, at least YOU’RE paying for what it’s worth, and THEY’RE getting business instead of nothing.
by essentially boycotting artists who are already unsure of the value of their own work (and are thus underpricing) you’re not sending any positive message. no one is going to up their commission prices when nobody is buying them. the only thing the artist gets out of it is that people don’t want to buy their art for some reason, and people who’s products aren’t selling aren’t going to say “oh i guess it was because i wasn’t charging enough, i’ll pump up the prices!”
if you want to support a commission artist, please do it by actually SUPPORTING THEM WITH COMMISSIONS rather than by choosing to take your business elsewhere because their prices were too low.

Yes. Even if Eclipse denies it, Moon STILL see's him as his own judging by the last video they met.
They've been calling him their brother. Earth see's him as a brother. From what I can tell, this is Earth's way of coping with Eclipse's death from before. She didn't talk to him as much as she thought she could. She realized sometime after his death that his threats were empty and he was trying to get them to bring out Moon. She may have not witnessed it but you can tell just by how she's talked to him now, it's been weighing on her mind for a while. Even worse after she watched him die by Lunar. You can tell how excited she was when he actually asked for therapy.
Moon STILL called him his Son. Lunar STILL see's him as his stubborn brother.

Happy pride, my only goal this month is to not let you forget for a fucking second that this website is transphobic and horrible down to its core. Don’t give them money, make an absolute stink about the fact that their CEO personally permabanned a trans woman, leaked all her sideblogs, then chased her to Twitter to pursue a personal vendetta. Remember that this is not a safe place for the queer community, and that has nothing to do with us, the queer members of the userbase, and everything to do with the continuing actions of Tumblr’s staff.
