stuffed animals are a blessing
I went to the fair today which was super fun but obviously super overwhelming at the same time. I won a colorful little monkey at the “guess my weight” game, and dude... that little guy is so soft and he definitely bought me some time staying there. I was started to get that point of “we gotta leave now or I’m gonna get mean” sensory overload, but I genuinely felt much better walking around with him in my arms. just having something soft and colorful to hold on to made me feel strangely safe.
fuck people who think stuffed animals are childish cause they work wonders for my adult self and I don’t care if people don’t get it 💁🏼♀️
