[Before Lucifer becomes mortal]
Lucifer having finally found some form of peace in his punishment finds himself angering his father, God again. By looking after his daughter Charlie, Lucifer finds himself actually liking the kingdom he presides over and soon takes up managerial positions. After his wife leaves, Lucifer falls once again, mourning his loss and shutting himself away. But after seeing Charlie's distraught face he picks himself up and becomes the father she needs.
After centuries, he is at peace.
That is until a summoning from Heaven forces him out of his comfort zone to face the man who tore the halo from his head. God.
God cannot risk Lucifer staging an uprising now he is taking his role in hell more seriously and most importantly - he cannot allow Lucifer's punishment to become a paradise. To combat this, he shoves Lucifer and his daughter into the over world with nothing. No home, no house and no support.
God must figure out how to make Lucifer a recluse again. While Lucifer struggles making sure Charlie is safe and a roof is placed above her head.

Charlie scares Lucifer half to death by running off after arriving in the over world to explore. While Charlie makes new friends, a frazzled Lucifer runs across New Orleans trying to find her. The radio host sure has something to say about this albino man's fathering skills after making sure she was safe.
