i think the funniest joke hal and i came up with in gemstuck was like. when dave and karkat fuse they talk to each other out loud constantly. like if you heard them talking through the wall it would sound like somebody in the middle of a puppet show doing both voices but the conversation sounds unfinished at certain points. but if youre straight up watching them youd feel like youre losing your mind theyre just pacing back and forth and getting so fucking pressed about nothing because half the fucking discussion is taking place in their head

• Previously Pink Diamond (HIC)
• Got the hell out of Dodge after Caliborn did his whole ‘hostile takeover’ bullshit and pulled a Pink Diamond/Rose Quartz
• Hid out on various planets over the decades, was usually tracked and had to GTFO before the planet was fucking bombed
•Finally found her way over to Earth, the guardians (bro, mom, nanna, poppop) show up under the guise of setting up shit for the 'rebellion’ but then they get caught up with some stuff (getting caught for war crimes and shit) so she’s cool to just fuck around on Earth for the time being
• Time skip 15-17 years and karkat and dave find her fucking around and wrecking havoc on some poor island she’s set up for herself
•they manage to pacify her but they have NO fucking clue who she really is and meenahs like 'cool. Time to use this to my advantage so I can murder red diamond and take back my empire :)’
• she convinces them not to tell the alphas about her and becomes pretty good friends with them. Also convinces them to bring her spare parts and scrap metal for a 'project’ (death ray. It’s a fucking death ray.)

• their relationship is meant to parallel how Lord English manipulated the condesce
• her pearl is aranea! Left over from Meenah
• tries her best to be helpful and benevolent, but because she doesn't really understand consequences and nuance she's not. Super great at her job

•Used to be a technician/programmer on homeworld
•basically builds the teams weapons and tech shit, just like entrapta…
• super fond of earth! Goes out of her way to interact with humans and their stuff, much to Dirk and Jane’s chagrin
•habit of eating shit that isn’t food because ‘thats what makes it more fun’
• less of a mom and more fun aunt to the betas
• she likes fusing with most everyone, but she secretly thinks her fusion with Dirk is the best (rad skater broski, plus it helps Dirk take the stick lodged up his ass out for a while)
•very good fighter. Incredibly agile, fighting style is a mix of jazz and hip hop
•uhhh I don’t plan on changing her most recent outfit chronologically speaking because it’s kind of a running joke about how often people get poofed in this au and it would be a fucking nightmare to change outfits every goddamn time but here are some previous reforms
