USAmericans sounds as stupid as Brazilamericans or CanadAmericans. The United States of America is the only one of 35 countries in North and South America that has America in the name of the country. No one thinks you're refering to South Americans from Chile or Paraguay or North Americans from Canada or Barbados when you say Americans. They think "Oh, like the citizens of the United States of America."

yankee pelotudo who never talked with other regions doesn't know latinos call ourselves americans too because we're part of the americas, and we use "estadounidense" to refer to people in USA and "americano" to everyone in the americas, gringo troglodita doesn't know "USAmerican" was coined by latinos who we're tired of USA-centrism and to say "stop talking like we're not american too". ignorant yank doesn't know the americas are seen as one continent by many latinos even if culturally, so for us "America" refer to the union of North and South.

The poll was exactly to show how many cultural discussions are ignored or misscontructed because people have USA-centric views on things. And if you're not a yankee then gotta work on your us centrism.

SO ‘THE FULL MOON’ JUST DROPPED…HOW ARE WE HANGING IN GANG?

I find it really interesting that when Blitz was doing his Stolas impression, he referred to himself as ‘Blitzy’, even though Stolas hasn’t called him Blitzy since that date at Ozzie’s.

Such a good detail to show that Blitz really hasn’t been picking up on the shift in Stolas’ behaviour.

One thing I think some people are leaving out of Stolas’s reaction is that he is STILL WEARING THE BANDAGE from the Striker encounter, a traumatic moment in Stolas’s life where someone hired to kill him pretty much said the same thing as Blitz. The bandage was a deliberate visual choice to remind us of that. It’s been MONTHS and he is STILL physically healing from that incident, much less emotionally healing. To have the person you love, who you just declared feelings for, SCREAMING the same things at you as the person who tried to kill you, who injured you so badly, you as a previously assumed invulnerable person are still recovering from it months later? That would make ANYONE shut down.

Frankly, I am PROUD of Stolas for sending Blitz away. A person, who put up with 17+ years of verbal and physical abuse, not to mention his father’s before that, who just sucked it up and let it happen, who JUST went through a traumatic experience, having the strength to remove themselves from a situation should be celebrated? Yes, it wasn’t exactly fair to Blitz in context, but remember Stolas doesn’t know what the audience knows. He only knows what Blitz has shown him, which is:

1. Photographs where he appears disinterested at best.

2. One sided text conversations

3. A disastrous date where he tried to reach out for something other than sex and was rebuffed.

4. An assassination attempt where he desperately wanted Blitz to save him and he doesn’t. And then did not visit him in the hospital even after it was offered.

5. With an assassin who said the same things Blitz is screaming at him.

6. Months of offering Blitz a choice to see him and Blitz choosing not to.

I have a much larger post about Stolas, and the class disparity coming but on a base level, the creators went out of their way to show us he’s still healing, and that should be taken into account when considering his response.

Do y'all think Stolas teleported him out not because he didn't want to hear him but because he was afraid Blitzø was approaching him just to hit him as Stella always does when they fight?

can people stop demonising either blitzø or stolas in full moon a major point of that argument is that they both had points and they both did things wrong. a major thing about that argument was that they fundamentally, at the end of the day, do NOT understand each other yet. they were BOTH wrong here.
