i love how watching "villain" povs in the life series usually makes their actions seem justified. like, DL!Pearls POV shows that everything she did was the product of loneliness. LL!Joel's POV shows how his dreams fell apart. Gem and Scar's Secret Life POVs show how they tried their best to live their lives, but were driven by the Secret Keeper to break the peace. LL!BDubs's betrayals are a natural consequence of his uneavering faith in Etho.
and then you watch LimLife!Martyn's POV expecting the same sympathy and actually he looks like even more of an unjustified son of a bitch. hes so fucked up. i love him
