i have a shit ton of in-universe letters written for the dnd campaign im in, with the assumption they'll only be read after naielle dies. and yknow, i gotta commit, so im trying to have a letter per player character, and then other relevant npcs (some only relevant to naielle).

some i already have letters for, but these obviously also need to be updated every once and a while to account for events that affect these characters.

so one character whose had a letter for over a year (TWO YEARS??????) has a note for his next one, which i think is kinda cute

I cannot stand the parodies of modern major general, they're overdone and simply not as good as the original. They've done them about everything, whatever topic, big or small.

And when i notice one of them my eyes will always start to roll.

The diction's always slurry when they rush the complicated words, and adding many fricatives will turn it so cacophonous. The slanted rhymes are silly and they keep just making more and more, please someone stop the parodies of modern major general.

The scanning of the lyrics in the meter is unbearable, they emphazise the syllables in ways that are untenable, in short in matters musical, prosodic and ephemeral, i cannot stand the parodies of modern major general!

my torment is over (i had to record the video 3 times until he was satisfied). good lord. these group assignments might genuinely be the first times ive ever submitted something after the stated deadline (though theres a well known loophole that you dont get marks deducted until after midnight, even though the deadline is 8pm). blargh. my freedom is sweet.

yesterday the guy was like 'yeah is [third group member] doesnt respond ill do the script and finish it by 1' and then he calls me at 12 and goes 'he responded but said he wouldnt be able to finish until 6:30, so im gonna do it, and itll be done at 5' and im like ? hello??

i didnt get an actual finished script until 9pm btw
