✨Kiwi Pineapple Mojito✨ 🍍🥝
- 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
- 4-6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz lime juice, fresh
- 2 teaspoon maple syrup or simple syrup
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- Lime sparkling water (I used Topo Chico)
- Ice cubes
✨Tip:If you want to make this a cocktail add 1.5 oz of white rum or you can use non-alcoholic rum.
Method:
In a cocktail glass, muddle the diced kiwi, mint leaves, lime juice, and sweetener (maple syrup or simple syrup). Once muddled, add ice, then top with pineapple juice and sparkling water. Give it a gentle stir to mix. Garnish with a kiwi slice, a sprig of mint, or a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
