Hi! Do you or any of your followers have suggestions for literary fiction featuring polyamory? Or just any contemp/historical novel that is not a romance novel (there can be romance for sure, I'd just rather it not be the main genre)? Most of what I can find in terms of polyamory is either SFF, romance, or YA (or all three at the same time haha). Thanks for maintaining the blog & website! :)
How about a suspense novel? The Spare Room by Andrea Bartz could fit the bill. Anyone else have recs? Everything else I've got is, yep, SFF, Romance, and/or YA.

hey. i'm meeting my friend in person after a long time and i wanted to gift her a book and i wondering if i could get her something meaningful. me, my twin sister and her are best friends. do you have any suggestions?
Oh I love this! It would help to know your common tastes/interests, but without that, you could do something queer friend group-ish like Late to the Party by Kelly Quindlen, or if y'all love music, It Goes Like This by Miel Moreland, of if fandom, The One True Me and You by MK England or How to Repair a Mechanical Heart by JC Lillis. Any insight you can give would be helpful!

Any recs for w|w set in the restaurant/culinary world? I just finished "The Romance Recipe" and am looking for other books with a similar setting. Thank you!
Sure! Check out Fake It by Lily Seabrooke (she actually has a few, but this is the first in a series), Chef’s Kiss by Stephanie Shea, and Perfect Pairing by Rachel Spangler.
And though it’s not that world because it’s a reality baking show, I have to shout out Love at 350 by Lisa Peers, which is actually lighter on romance and heavier on baking than you’d think.
