i’m ngl it’s quite literally one of the hardest fields to get a degree in because it’s not for the faint hearted. in depth characterization and dynamic understanding of the pairing itself is required in such great detail that the library of alexandria had an entire section dedicated just to soukokuology. i would recommend mentally steeling yourself before pursuing this.

i’m ngl i’d just get horribly attached to one specific fictional character and draw them over and over again until your fingers break off

ok but in reality i’d look at photographs and try to mimic them in my style. simplifying realistic features and proportions and being able to stylize helps you identify key elements of your own personal style
