It was actually a mistranslation by translation team for Hange's part.
The correct one:
Tumblr media
Eren, Tragic Hero
Tumblr media
Eren wasn’t as intimate with Hange as with his 104th comrades, but they still had a close working relationship. Sasha, Shadis, and now Hange…more and more people with whom Eren fought side by side are dying because of his efforts to protect them. Floch, too, was someone he drew into all this, though they weren’t themselves close.
This must have been what Hange meant when they said that Eren’s solution would save no-one.
Tumblr media
Live by the sword, lose by the sword, I suppose. Saving people against their will can only make things worse for them. To borrow a line from another anime, people can only save themselves.
Tumblr media
Eren’s fear of losing the people he loves makes him bring that outcome about himself. He fulfils that dreadful prophecy in his attempts to render it impossible. This is the very stuff of tragic irony, every inch as powerful now as it was over 2,000 years ago in the Ancient Greek amphitheatre.

Donation
As you all know, I have been getting English erehisu content out for all you fans. It does get overwhelming at times due too life getting in the way. I’m happy to continue but to produce faster content I may need help from you guys.
in order to get scans and upload new manga pages, I am hoping if you all could donate if you are able too. For now, I’m having it set up for my PayPal which can be sent with this email. [email protected]
Again only donate if you are able too and I will make sure to get out as much erehisu content as I possibly can. If you guys even have ideas on other things i should do let me know.

The ending of Snk
We now have the last Panel as well as the audio for the ending of snk.
Further Isayama states that the climax is imminent. This makes sense with the Anime coming out end of next year.
How long until snk is finished?
As Isayama stated, he collects his chapters into volumes of 4. Right now we are at chapter 119. Most major arcs of snk consist of 20 chapters. For the final battle arc to reach 20 chapters Isayama needs to complete 7 more chapters. This would mean that the Manga ends in February 2020 at 126 chapters.
Since this is the final arc, it might also be possible that there is an additional volume serving almost as an epilouge. That would allow the Manga to finish at 130 chapter, which would be a nice touch on the 13 year curse. It would be as if the reader themselves is cursed to wittness no more than 130 chapters before leaving for good. This would mean the Manga ends in June 2020. This would still allow the anime enough time to adapt if season 4 is another two cour season, with 4B airing in 2021. Overall this would mean the manga continues for another 11 chapters.
What is the ending?
The final panel of Snk shows someone holding a baby, saying “You are free.” There is wide speculation in who this person could be, and will not be adressed in this post.
The audio for the ending of the Manga has also been released in the Final exhibition. It includes the sound of battle, canon fire, strong winds, fire etc. (see snk news to listen to the audio) The audio ends with Armin screaming out for/to Eren. This assures us that Armin and Eren will make it to the end of the Manga.
However the audio file for the last chapter does not match up with the final panel. This seems to suggest that the actual audio is not of the ending of the last chapter, but rather the beginning of the last chapter. The sounds we hear are not the conclusion of snk, but rather the events that will lead up to the conclusion of snk. It may even be that the audio was not intended for the final chapter itself, but rather the climax of snk. Hence the audio could represent a chapter that is 1 or 2 chapters before the final chapter. This would allow a conclusion to the final battle, followed with the softer ending of “You are free”. After all, the baby cannot possibly be free while a war is waging on. This seems to confirm that the audio itself is not for the very ending of snk, but rather the climax of the battle.

FINAL Shingeki no Kyojin / Attack on Titan Manga Exhibition “Manga Ending” Atmospheric Audio & Map
A recording of the “Manga Ending” atmospheric audio (Said by Isayama Hajime as his personally-imagined sounds that depict the manga’s general conclusion) from the FINAL Exhibition can now be heard above! The last cry of “Eren!” is said to be voiced by Inoue Marina (Armin).
A Japanese fan has also created an approximate map of the audio room/hall (Photos of the outside area can be seen here).
Translation: @snknews
Note: the entire room is pitch black save for some lights (Descriptions below)
From the entrance, the first sounds appear to be cannon/artillery, as well as noises from possible overhead/airborne attacks. Explosions can be heard thereafter.
Throughout the area are audible sounds of strong winds.
At the second corner are sounds of materials on fire, as well as possible cries from humans.
The hall then reveals some “unidentifiable lights” that move along the second corner area. Other light sources include two lamps: one at the second corner and the other near the exit.
As you move through the second corner, there are noises indicating someone moving “above” you (ティンティン).
Close to the end are sounds of 3DMG/ODM gear being used.
The final part is Inoue Marina/Armin’s “Eren!!”
The FINAL Exhibition opened to the Japanese public today and will end its run on September 8th, 2019. A visual tour of the exhibition can be seen here.
