The uphill run was great before Bruce shifted and rolled down it. Dick became concerned quite quickly as his shifted back to look down as his Alpha before stepping down and next to Bruce as the man reached up for him.
"Ok." He replies, too really unsure of what else to say.
There was a hill coming up, A slope that lead to a canopied meadow, a safe place. Bruce slid down the hill, at first, before tumbling and eventually landing in a heap. He had changed, during the fall, and looked up at the white wolf, unafraid and vulnerable. He reached for him.

Dick let out a whine after Bruce pulled back. He nods before padding in the general direction of where they should leave before he stills. Bruce has to lead. He can't.

Bruce pushed his head up under Dick’s nuzzling against his throat, before moving away. Dick was coming home. And though Bruce was unaware of the true reasons why, he was grateful for it.
I won’t … We should go now, before the Kents decide to show their true colors …

Promise me you won't... you won't do that again. Without mentioning something to me first? I know we can't... can't have puppies but if you want to have them with someone else... I just want you to say something.
Dick leaned into the larger wolf, Bruce's scent leaving a tingle that he knew well. It smelled like home. Family. He just wanted to go back now. Roll around in his bed. Feel like himself again instead of this emptiness he felt.

Bruce nuzzled him, rubbed his body on him. He smelled of the wilderness, of cold, of Kent Territory. He needed to smell like Dick again.

I am. Was. I just... I get upset when I think about some things.
Mainly Bruce's need to find a woman instead of fixing themselves to have pups of their own. All he wanted was to have pups and to have Bruce leave to find someone who could? Crushed him. It caused him to get overly angry.

Bruce whined, near to debasing himself for the other wolf.
