RE: His age, I think Thistle being a child is narratively important to his story. Thistle was a child "adopted" (read: probably trafficked) by a race of people who live much shorter lives than him. None of the tallmen in his life know how old he is. Maybe even he doesn't know, since he's probably never met any other elves. Delgal grows up without him and treats him like an older brother who can protect him from anything, even though Thistle is still a kid. He's given adult responsibilities because of the inherent clash in cultures that comes from "acquiring" a child who might outlive you and still not grow up. It's like getting an exotic pet on a whim and having no idea how to take care of it. No wonder he's become so temperamental and immature! He's a child with the weight of an entire kingdom on his shoulders! He deserved to be a kid :(

Exactly, that's why I think hes younger than 80, it's what makes the most sense for the story thats being told

Heheh yeah I feel like a good amount of bi and pan ppl choose their label based on which flag they prefer 😂 I’ve seen a lotta bi ppl say they think the pan flag is ugly and call it the printer ink flag, but the bi color palette is too dark and moody for my personal tastes (plus like I said pan flag is my 3 favorite colors all together on one flag heheh) it really doesn’t matter anyways, labels have no bearing on who you are they’re just there so you’ll have the language to describe your identity as closely as possible!
