I started reading Dogsred (Golden Kamuy's author's new manga) and it's crazy to me how despite the obvious rizz and artistic prowess they clearly have they straight up transplanted Golden Kamuy's characters into it. It's SO funny

Jade being murdered by Floyd would make semi sense in Homestuck since you know they were kinda heavily implied to have murdered their other siblings in twst
i have a LOT of their particular part in the SGRUB playthrough sort of jotted down actually. which in classic jade fashion is a whole lot of him manipulating the people around him. including azul and his brother. jadesprite was born because jade sort of made it the only real option floyd had for his sprite. one part of it was essentially a stim toy that produces bubbles. something i think floyd would of tossed in first. hence why jade bubbles whenever he speaks.
naturally, jade has more info on the game than he let on at first. not all of it, but he knew pretty early on that he could become a sprite. and in doing so, he would gain access to even more info. making himself the perfect guide for his brother's game.
just to stick with the general idea that the twins killed their sibs- i do have it that they terrorize the other cast present. the two of them are fairly loyal to azul, floyd more than jade. but when it comes to literally any of the others i have jotted down as trolls in my notes?? yeah no they get some of the worst the twins can offer. jade plays nice up until it doesn't service him anymore. and floyd just doesn't care, and follows his whims just like in twst, but to the extreme.
i have a LOT on the twins specifically.
wouldn't mind doing more on the others. but due to the fact homestuck contains a lot of darker content- it makes me a little anxious to pop off like i want to. or i guess to share a lot of my thoughts and ideas on the au / crossover.
