@archantropy nah, only used notepad as a convenient place to paste the resulting pattern into for convenient screenshot purposes - I'm doing the actual coding with Visual Studio 2022 Community Ed. and making heavy use of C#'s String Interpolation feature to make things slightly more readable on my end.

afaik the .NET compiler basically treats all those const strings as compile-time constants even, so all of this will basically be packed into what you see in the notepad example by the time it's all wrapped snugly into a .dll.
still, regex. it is what it is.
ignore my mixing up latitude and longitude again lmao I fixed it later
