Robot disabilities. Robot who charges slowly and loses power incredibly fast and is always tired. Robot with malfunctioning lenses and can’t process visual information properly. Robot that can’t process anything too large and at a fast rate or else they’ll shut down. Robot with limbs screwed on too loose/just can’t attach correctly, so if they’re not careful they fall out. Robot disabilities,,,

im a whole 4 months late by this point but may i hear about your tmvtm portal au!!!!
oh yeah! absolutely. i have it written down somewhere hehe
i'll just copy paste what i wrote in the text file =P
PORTAL & MVM FUSION AU
PAL - the giant ceiling-bound robot that monitors everything. misanthropic, rude but comes up with delightful, sarcastic banter. she can kill you, by the way.
‘Chell - KT, or however you prefer to call her. Test subject. Aims to take down PAL once and for all. Yeah the same motives as Chell basically.
Mark - owner of PAL Labs. deceased. focused too much on moving forward and making new, innovative shit to the point where it becomes wasteful. careless with the private information of others. had a strong bond with pal before he died somehow.
original idea was that this au started as a short dream after katie fell off of that building
if this is a dream, katie would like portal in her og universe
PAL and Mark’s relationship was like Caroline and Cave’s. except PAL has a lot more agency(?)
PAL respected Mark a lot until she figured out that his family thing was a facade and only treated her as a stepping stone like any other project of his. like he was kind of disrespectful to his past projects.
he kept up the facade because he felt bad and was scared of what PAL would do if she got mad.
mark dies and creates a replacement for himself. it’s a robot. this is the wheatley, btw. and pal does not like this impostor.
fake mark tries to befriend PAL but she hates him/her.
after mark died PAL felt alone and was left to do most of the work for the company. no one really treated her with the same care mark did.
this caused pal to dislike humans. so one day she killed them! =D
katie’s an orphan, like chell. this can change
max robots/stealth bots are gonna be like the turrets. i just gotta figure out their designs
it's pretty old, if i get back to it i'll change a few things
