I like to think the reason Carlos doesn't ask TK to come with him is because he knows there's nothing on earth that could stop TK from climbing into that ambulance with him and holding his hand all the way to the hospital, and probably all through the examinations and tests!
Oh yes Carlos knows he doesn’t need to ask. TK is gonna be beside him no matter what and VERY clingy for the foreseeable future.

Oh no why would you say that??? Now I'm thinking about poor Carlos still freaked out from the kidnapping and almost being murdered, trying to be strong but just wanting TK with him 😰. I hope the hospital let TK stay with him so they could snuggle up together and take comfort in each other's presence
Even if they didn’t want to let him stay you know Tyler Kennedy Strand gets his way whether people like it or not so he absolutely stayed snuggled up in a too-small hospital bed
