i make it a point to not answer work related texts or calls (unless it's an emergency but i'm not in authority position so they shouldn't come to me for that lol) but i think you should do that too!! you have a prior commitment (which is to ur free time) and it's Super Important and requires your full attention. don't let these ppl waste your time, they don't pay u for it
