Protemnodon viator for Reconciliation Week
Protemnodon viator was a large quadrupedal kangaroo which inhabited Australia from the Pliocene to the late Pleistocene
this #ReconciliationWeek, I want everyone to remember something:
Australia has been inhabited by Aboriginal Australians for at the very least 65,000 years. When we remove their traditional knowledge we quite literally damage the land they once lived in freely, the bushfires over east are a testimate to that.
They've been taking care of country and passing on the oldest continuous knowledge for far longer than the colonisers who usurped them even existed, if anybody is the rightful owners of this country it's the people who have been coexisting with its flora and fauna for centuries.
For the Australians following me, I highly recommend you look at what mob's country you're on, try to learn some of the language if you have the time (I'm privileged to be on Noongar boodja where the Noongar language is still actively spoken).
Non-Australians following me, I suggest you take a look at whether or not you're situated on first nations land, learn the history of the first people of the land, not the history of the people who usurped it. Even learn some of the language if you have the time.
What's important to remember is that we still benefit from colonisation, the bare minimum of what we should be doing to atone for the sins of the past is reconciliation. Acknowledging country at the start of important events, knowing the land you're on, etc. it's all important.

Thaisaurus
Thaisaurus is a consistently misrepresented ichthyopterygian that was found in (surprise) Thailand. Most recons online reconstruct its hindlimbs as legs when in reality they (like other basal ichthyopterygians) not only had flippers but were already fully marine animals
this is the first time i've been so happy with a paleostream sketch that i think it deserves its own post, but yeah! for being half asleep i think i did pretty good with this (as always a main component involves water tee hee)

Maysozoic Day 7 - Hybodus
Hybodus looks so much cooler than how most people reconstruct it ngl, this is 100% the case where the more accurate reconstruction looks better than the non-accurate ones imo
