Steve going to mako island on a full moon🤭

Wip inbetween exams.

Ok so i wanted to make him a "freak" in the underwater world. So he's a mix inbetween a merman and octopus, therefore he has scales on his tentacles and also curly fins (the dark green-blue ones). Also i'm thinking at the tips of the tentacles i'll also add a flare of those curly fins to make it pop y'know
