Pegabug sounds like the controversial sequel to Whack-a-Mole

You know how Lila skipped months of school and all that. What if Marinette gets the offer to go to the temple to train she takes it up. Gets permission from her parents. Whom only think it is a school thing they signed. Not they signed their daughter up for a home school or zoom schooling or something. Lila tries to get her in trouble for missing classes. But it back fires and she is found out. All the while Marinette has no clue what happened. And when adren says he knew it would work out the class is like what you knew she was losing and let her lir and treat us how she did

Marinette was very excited when she received the offer to train at the temple to become an official miraculous guardian. Now that Hawkmoth had been defeated, Marinette hadn’t really been sure what to do with the miraculous and how to handle them. So, this training is exactly what she needs. Being able to go though, would be tricky. She would be able to use the horse miraculous to go to the temple and come home every day. The hard part would be school. She would have to find a way to keep the school from calling her parents to ask where she was. Soon, Marinette had a plan and set it in motion.

Because of all the akumas, the school had started offering distance learning for students during the Hawkmoth crisis. You just had to complete your assignments in a timely manner and watch pre-recorded lectures. Even though Hawkmoth had been defeated, the school was still offering distance learning for students who were still traumatized by what had happened and weren’t ready to return to the school yet. Since Marinette had always appeared anxious and ‘hid’ when akumas came, the school didn’t even question when she requested the distance learning forms. The real trick would be to get her parents to sign the forms without really reading it. She brought the forms to her parents during rush hour at the bakery and just said they were a permission slip for a field trip. Her parents didn’t even look at the papers, and just signed and quickly got back to work. The next day Marinette returned the forms to the school and started distance learning the day after that. She would go to the temple for lessons during the school day, and would come back home that night to complete her assignments. Things were going smoothly and Marinette was fascinated by her lessons.

The one thing that Marinette didn’t count on was Lila being nosy. Lila instantly noticed when the designer stopped coming to class. She was sure this would be the perfect way to remove Marinette from her life for good. She wasn’t sure why Marinette had started skipping class, but she knew that Marinette could get expelled for this. She went to Mrs. Bustier ‘concerned for her classmate’ “I just noticed she has been absent a lot and I am worried about her! How will she catch up with all the work she is missing!” Mrs. Bustier would have known about Marinette switching to distance learning, if she had checked her emails. But, Mrs. Bustier had been neglecting her emails and didn’t see the email about the switch. She had already been wondering if Marinette was skipping classes, but now with Lila’s concerns, Mrs. Bustier felt justified taking this information to Mr. Damocles.

Unfortunately for Mrs. Bustier and Lila, when Mrs. Bustier went to Mr. Damocles office, the superintendent was there for a meeting. When Mrs. Bustier brought up her concerns, the superintendent was initially concerned Marinette was skipping as well. But thankfully, he thought to check the distance learning students before he acted. When he saw her name listed there, that took care of the problem. At least at first. Until he realized that this teacher hadn’t known about her student switching to distance learning, and this meant she hadn’t been checking her emails lately. It made him wonder what else Mrs. Bustier may have missed.

The superintendent looked into all the other students in Mrs. Bustier’s class and didn’t find anything too alarming at first. He was planning on just have a discussion with Mrs. Bustier about checking her emails more frequently and making sure there was a legitimate concern before bringing it to Mr. Damocles. That was, until, he looked into Lila. When he did, he found scores of unexcused absences. Lila had been out of class for months at a time, and unlike Miss. Dupain-Cheng, Lila had never been signed up for distance learning. The more the superintendent looked into Lila, the more concerned he was. All these disabilities and accommodations for one student, without so much as one doctor’s note. All the unexcused absences. And most troubling was an incident where Lila had gotten Miss. Dupain-Cheng expelled for a time, but then took back all her accusations against her, citing some factitious lying disease. It was absurd! There was clearly a need for a long meeting.

By the end of the day, Lila’s mother had been called for a meeting with the superintendent, principal, and teacher at her daughter’s school. To say she was shocked by all the lies her daughter had told was a bit of an understatement. Lila was expelled once everything came to light and her mother shipped her off to Italy to be with her grandparents until a more permanent arrangement could be made.

Marinette completed her training quickly, and after only three months of distance learning, she had finished all the required training to be a guardian. When she started attending in person classes again, she was shocked to find that Lila had been revealed and expelled while she was gone. Marinette was definitely surprised, but she was also very happy, now that Lila’s reign of terror was over.

Sure I started watching with my kids...but now it’s a “me” show. And I’m turning 40 this year.

WTF is “putting away childish things” anyway? Does that mean I should clean my house and get religion? Focus on the crappy state of politics in this country? Spend all my time worrying about the state of my finances and all the bad crap that could happen to my kids? FUCK THAT.

Is most of the ml fandom kids?? Because I saw all these posts saying it’s a little kid’s show or that only people 14 and under watch it and I’m 20 and now I’m embarrassed about it 😐 I mean I know the story can be pretty redundant and that it’s not the most in depth show ever, but I’m mainly in it for the fandom because the art and content is so amazing and cool.. so are there like mainly no actual people other than 13 year olds and under in the fandom? Because now I’m all self conscious lol

I freaking love animations and cartoons and everyone I meet knows it. I personally never get attached to live action movies/shows cause they’re just not for me. Animations/cartoons are sweet, wholesome, and heart warming. Only cartoons for this girl! Of course it can be embrassing but if you love it, embrace it!

Cartoons have caused me to be creative, positive, and have wanted me to be an overall better person, and it works! I wouldn’t be the person I am today! I probably wouldn’t even have the same friends (we’re known to hang out and watch barbie and disney movies together fyi).

Miraculous might have been made for tweens and kids but a lot of teenagers and young adults have picked up on it. I mean, have you seen all the amazing art and fanfics that have been uploaded for it? Those weren’t 5 year olds, buddy! Miraculous is cringey as hell, but who cares? It’s adorable and super interesting!

If anyone makes you feel bad for loving something that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside, you can tell them to ***** ** ** ***** ***! They’re the worst kind of person and they’re missing out on what life’s all about if they feel that way.

Love what you love, don’t let anyone make you feel bad about being happy! Happiness doesn’t have a time limit.

The thing I like about Miraculous Ladybug is that Marinette is the main character. In most anime and Tv shows, Adrien would most likely be the main protagonist, considering his family and their connection to the miraculous (albeit for alternative reasons)

Marinette starts out with Zero relevance to the magical jewels and was just Chosen by Fu because he saw potential. Then She becomes so integral to the story because she becomes the guardian. The Tales of the Miraculous were originally a force that wrapped her into the story by luck, and she was the one impacted by the miraculous, now she is the one that has control and is the one writing the story, and that’s pretty damn cool.

You know I used to get kinda annoyed with Marinette’s overly obsessive behaviour regarding Adrien Agreste until I realised that Adrien’s dream girl would be one who preplans his gifts for the next 35 years, remembers to celebrate his fifth-name’s day when he wouldn’t even think to, has memorised his busy schedule, decorates her room with pictures of him, etc. After being neglected by his father all the time, having someone care that much about him, actually remembering the stuff his father always forgets, and putting up pictures of him while his father didn’t, would mean the world to someone like Adrien.

Also don’t act like Adrien wouldn’t do the same thing if he was hopelessly in love with Marinette.

Adrien: *drops heavy binder in front of Marinette labelled ‘Weekly Date Nights’* “I’ve booked all the fancy restaurants, movies, and events we’re going to for the next five years.”

Marinette: “Aww~! I love you so much 💖Btw I know we’ve only been dating for two weeks but I’ve already drafted some wedding fashion designs for us. Wanna see?”

Adrien: *pulls up a chair* *scoots over to Marinette* “I’d love to!”

Watching the miraculous ladybug fandom as someone who isn’t part of it is wild because like…there are four different ships that all only involve the same two people, everyone is freaking out because the OTP has confessed their love except it’s already happened 1204 times now and they are either too oblivious or get their minds wiped or some crap, no one can make up their minds about whether chloe is a good person or not, you watch as as it hits the top spot on tumblr trending because it’s the season finale but then a week later it’s trending again because of another episode and you’re confused and then you find out that practically the entire. series. is being released out of order

Been binge watching ML this morning. We’re on Silencer, and I asked my daughter (6) who she liked better: Luka or Adrian. She said Luka. Then I asked who was better for Marinette. She said Adrian was better for Marinette and she would take Luka for herself. 😂😂😂

Marinette doesnt know why Chat got akumatized. She just knows that revealing her identity cause the world to end.

She doesnt know it's not her, but Gabriel's fault. She doesn't know the real reason Chat exploded wasnt her, but his own father.

And she also cant trust Adrien with her identity cause she believes he told it to someone and that's how it spread to Chat.

She cant love Chat cause she fears of the akuma she may cause.

She cant love Adrien cause she fears he will spread her identity.

And that was only as Ladybug

Now that she is the guardian...

It makes sense why she broke down. It makes sense why she trying to not love Chat romantically and why she is giving up on Adrien.

She believes she has the fate of the world on her shoulders, that she cant even give her crush a little present cause the universe can be destroyed.
