Happy Hearthswarming Eve! I made a Gingerbread Manhattan that is as delicious as it is seasonally thematic. I used orange and Angostura bitters before realizing I could have used molasses bitters, so that's an option if your bars are stocked with choices. Other than being out of cherries this is an ideal holiday nightcap.
3 parts Spicebox Gingerbread Whisky (0.75oz)
2 parts Amaro Abano (0.5oz)
4 parts Dark Rum [not spiced] (1oz)
2 parts Bourbon Whiskey (0.5oz)
2 dashes bitters of choice (Molasses recommended)
1 bourbon cherry or brandy cherry

After a lovely dinner my husband and I had some leftover slices of white peach so I marinated them in the fridge with some whiskey, honey and lemon juice. Later I mixed them into a variation of a Black Manhattan cocktail which is an absolute step up. I always found the Black Manhattan to be less fulfilling than a Perfect Manhattan (Sweet & Dry) but the peaches absolutely make this a mighty challenger to the traditional power horse.
I'm calling this a Peach Blanket Manehattan because it's a black and white (peach) Manhattan and Blanket coat Appaloosas are black and white.
2 parts (2oz) Horse Soldier Barrel Strength Bourbon Whiskey
1 part (1oz) Amaro Abano
1 generous dash of each Orange Bitters and Angostura Bitters
2 slices of marinated white peach. (+2 more for garnish)
Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a glass with the two additional slices of peach and a tsp of their syrup. I removed the sliced peaches from the shaker afterwards and added them to the glass for good measure. Ready to serve!

Watching a farm in KY and mixing up some relaxing evening cocktails. I made a truly fantastic Boulevardier using Lillet Rouge and Woodford Reserve Wheat Whiskey. I would have used a bourbon cherry but we finished the jar in the first four days so this version is sans stone fruit. I'm calling it a Boulevardniegh
1 part (1 oz) Campari
1 part (1 oz) Lillet Rouge
2 part (2 oz) Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey
3 dash Woodford Reserve Orange Bitters

I'm getting a "Dost Thou Even Shred" print, but I was wondering if you have any plans to make more prints like it? Nerdy, meme-y, but in that gorgeous medieval style? I would pay SO much money to have more knights-doing-anachronistic-stuff prints to put with the "Dost Thou Even Shred" print on my wall. You could even riff off D&D classes (bard, rogue, fighter, etc) or something to make a set. IDK. I'm just OBSESSED with that print and was so sad there weren't more like it in your society6 shop!
I do, actually! I worked on this all night; adapted an older skateknight illustration for a better quality print, and made custom illuminated text and decor for it.
