Spa day w/ Illumi ✨🐰
I started writing this a month ago so it still says “15th of Christmas” pls bear with me lol
This is part of a Illumi/Hisoka/reader poly relationship! But there won´t be any Hiso in this, sorry! I have another fic planned tho so pls anticipate it :)))
Now I can´t stop imagining Illumi with a bunny ears headband... uwu

„What is this?“
- „A jelly peeling.“

- „A brush used for applying skin masks, so you don´t have to use your hands.”
You beamed with anticipation. This year, you had decided that it was time to show the boys how to make a couple-advent-calendar. A collection of 24 enjoyable things you could do together. And here it was. The 15th, “spa day”.
Hisoka was out, so you´d grabbed Illumi and dragged him into your study in what had to be the most comfortable kidnapping in history. He actually behaved very well, and you had the slight suspicion that he already enjoyed this.
“First is a headband.”
After you´d both taken a steaming hot bath together and rose from it super relaxed, you slipped a bunny-ear headband onto your boyfriend. Illumi turned to view himself in the make-up mirror. The feeling of something restricting yet comfortable was new to the assassin. The headband wasn´t meant to hurt him or for training, just to hold his hair out of his face. It felt... good. And the light pink went beautifully with his crème bathrobe.
“Look! You look like a bunny now!”
“Is that good?”
“It means you´re very cute and I like it.”
“Ah.”
“My cute little bun bun~”
While Illumi was admiring himself in the mirror, you had to resist the urge to braid his luscious hair, simply gathering it in a ponytail and then taking a seat in front of him.
Illumi´s mind wandered to the rest of the bathroom. You really had taken the time to tidy and clean everything and even decorate. Everything smelled so good! The light-scented candles held a soothing glow and they smelled sweet, as if Illumi just had to stick out his tongue and receive candy. You had placed them on every available surface, creating a big palette of colours that put his mind at ease. The products sitting neat next to them had big beautiful names and colourful packaging. Together with the tasteful instrumental music they made Illumi feel something he didn´t before. A thrill of anticipation.
“We´re starting off with a cleanser.”
Illumi´s watchful unblinking eyes followed every step of the routine. He sat there a little stiffly in a tailor-fashion, yet it reminded you fondly of a watchful cat. Or bunny, in this case. The outfit was so cute on him! It was a pity he wouldn´t let you take a picture.
You started to apply the soap-like foam onto his face with gentle care. Your nails were cut short just for this occasion and the way you worked the product into his skin was light and even. Your touch made him want to flinch, with how light and gentle it was, yet Illumi willed himself to hold still.
When would it start to sting? Illumi anticipated the pain, yet he trusted you. Whatever would happen, whatever would come, he wouldn´t flinch away. Even if you hurt him, he would be able to take it.
“Is this okay?”
“It is.”
You watched Illumi for signs of discomfort, a little concerned since he still wasn´t able to relax. It looked like he was preparing for the worst, even though you had mobilized everything to arrange a relaxing spa day... Ye the longer you brushed over his face, the heavier his eyelids became.
“Do you like it?”
“...”
His eyes closed and he started to relax. His shoulders became heavy, his hands slipped from his thighs into his lap where they loosely intertwined.
“Lumi?”
“Mh.”
Illumi wondered, when was the last time someone had taken care of him that way?
There was a memory from when he was about 3. He had fallen face first into the mud while running. Branches and dirt and pebbles had hurt his skin, yet by this age he had already learned not to cry. Illumi tried to remember. Had he already been numb to pain then?
One of the pebbles had lightly pierced through his cheek, resulting in an ugly wound that started to bruise. His mother had started yelling, fussing over his face and ushering him inside. She´d been angry and Illumi had felt responsible, mentally preparing himself for punishment. But then she had sat him down in her room, in her high chair in front of her vanity and tended to the wound under his eye with maybe the tenderest care he had ever seen in her.
“Illumi? I said do you want to wash your face yourself or do you want me to do it for you?”
You giggled when Illumi´s dark eyes shot back to your face. He had been zoning out for a while, probably lulled in by the soothing patterns on his face. For a second he just stared at you.
At you or at his mother, who had been wearing her hair down, then. Her beautiful locks of hair were black as night, just as his. His mother´s fussing had made him feel important, cared for.
“You do it.”
There was no force between his words. They came out slowly, eyes trained on your face as you smiled. Wordlessly you took a fluffy white washcloth and dipped it into a bowl with warm water.
“Close your eyes.”
You gently took a hold of his chin, just so much so that it would stay in place, as you began cleaning off the product. Illumi´s skin felt different now. Smoother, but dry.
“Next up is exfoliating!”
With far more fun that you´d imagined, you started rubbing the gel peeling into his skin. You had seen an instruction in a youtube tutorial earlier that day. When your thumbs brushed over his cheekbones in a circular pattern, Illumi let his eyes slip shut. You kept working gently on his face, eradicating non-existent little bumps and imperfections on his perfect glass skin. It was probably owed to his perfect diet and frequent intake of water... sometimes you were so jealous of that wonderful bastard.
Meanwhile Illumi thought about the pattern you used for the massage. Half a circle...
´Illumi. Keep up!´
His father had drawn the same pattern on the mat with his bare foot when he drew it back. Illumi hadn´t known then, that he´d done it to gain force and use it to punch his son square in the jaw.
`If you can´t evade my fist, how will you defend yourself against an enemy who attacks from the front? Illumi, they won´t have mercy like me. That is your first lesson.´
It had been the first time his father had openly punched him. Illumi had trembled in pain, holding his cheek with his tiny hand while trying to swallow his sobs.
`I trusted you, papa. I never thought... I never thought you would hurt me.´
Illumi´s eyes shot back open. His hands were gripping both your wrists, thumbs pressing into your palms and tilting them back.
A little gasp escaped Illumi´s mouth. His ears still rang with the blow of his father´s fist. Only after the noise had subsided did he notice.
In the same second he released you immediately. His heart beat wildly in his chest, spurring him on to fight, even though there was no actual danger. Even though you had never done anything to hurt him.
Your hands, they were so gentle, so soothing. They had brought him nothing but joy. There was no doubt in his mind that you were harmless.
“I should leave.”
He didn´t want to see your face, he couldn´t. After all, he had brought you damage. A flaw in a perfect system. Even though Illumi couldn´t decide if the flaw was his self-control or letting you close in the first place.
You went after him, grabbing onto his sleeve in the doorway.
“Illumi, listen to me.”
He didn´t move a muscle. He should go back home. His father would fix him. That was if he could forget you.
“I know it wasn´t the best idea to sit in front of you and repeatedly touch your face while you´re feeling vulnerable. I know you. I know have those patterns.”
Why did you have to say these words? They cut right into his soul with how true you were. It was unbearable yet Illumi couldn´t bring himself to walk away. Why couldn´t he just leave?
“Illumi...I want to walk through them together with you and for us to create new ones. New patterns, new memories, new routines.”
Why had he let a civilian come into his life? The needle he´d grabbed on instinct in his other hand when he´d grabbed you had almost come in contact with your skin. But you hadn´t even noticed.
“Don´t be a fool. I hurt you. It´s like father said. He let me live my own life, knowing I´d make a mistake and realize that there is only one way.”
Slowly, you walked around until you faced him.
“Illumi. Look at me.”
Reluctantly, the black-haired man raised his gaze. His eyes looked wet with frustration.
“You aren´t flawed. You´ve been put in a system where being perfect is unachievable. But look.”
You outstretched your hands, palms up. Upon further inspection, there were no bruises. No marks. Not even a red tint from where he had grabbed your wrists.
“You never hurt me, Illumi. Your grip was so gentle, somehow you must´ve known it was me. You see? There is no flaw.”
You beamed up at him.
“For me, you´re perfect. I love you, Illumi. I wouldn´t want you any other way.”
There was no flaw... he hadn't actually hurt you. Illumi's initial frustration started dripping down his cheeks.
For a long time, he wouldn´t let go.
With the utmost care he wrapped you in a hug, burrowing his face against your hair.
"Thank you. For letting me stay."

𝐚𝐧: if you think i won’t do all 36 barbie movies, you’re wrong. regardless of whether people want this or not. i have barbie brainrot 24/7. i’m just separating it into parts so it’s not too long *this isn’t meant to be that serious y’all my reasons vary from legit to just jokes

𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭: since this is based on barbie’s take on the nutcracker, changing up the cast from what tsuzuru had in plan:
clara/sugarplum fairy: sakuya. i want to see him go through a costume & hair transformation sequence, not gonna lie.
nutcracker/prince eric: juza. obviously he has to be the ruler of the land of sweets.
mouse king: sakyo or chikage. i want one of them to wave around a sceptre and say quotes like “i’ll reduce the Nutcracker to a pile of splinters"
pimm: taichi... pimm is a spy :O who has to do dirty work :O but the real reason is i just want taichi to follow around sakyo again or maybe even chikage this time lol
major mint & captain candy: tsuzuru and citron respectively. mint is pretty serious and awkward, candy is a lot friendlier- i just think it’ll be a good way to insert some humor in the play
𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐞: mixed troupe! summer x autumn.
𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭: rapunzel in this one actually is the “servant” of gothel. also, rapunzel has a magical paint brush and also there’s dragons. who are purple.
rapunzel: kazunari. obviously. actually, kazu has a lot of similarities with her: a good artist, patient, adventurous, quick thinking, hardly ever complains- also he’d look good with long hair i think ><
gothel: omi. there is an action fighto scene + also just the theme of omi playing villains lol... also THERE’S A SCENE WHERE GOTHEL PRETENDS TO BE RAPUNZEL BY WEARING A LONG WIG AND BOI- KAZU AND OMI’S BODY BUILDS ARE SO DIFFERENT BUT IT’D BE FUNNY IF THE PRINCE FALLS FOR THE TRAP ANYWAY
penelope: kumon. a PURPLE funny and clumsy dragon- fight me, the only answer is kumon especially once you see who’s next.
hugo: juza. a PURPLE dragon who’s penelope’s dad but he’s gonna be the older bro in this one (i wonder why...)

brietta: guy. brietta is annika’s older sister... who got transformed into a pegasus by the villain... i wonder how they’d change the pegasus thing lol
wenlock: tasuku. NOT GONNA LIE- i want tasuku to play the villain for all these wonderful one-liners: "Oh, smile! You didn't lose a daughter; you've gained a pet!", and "I thank my lucky stars I didn't marry you!"

prince louis: itaru, lol. he’s like the one significant non-action oriented character in the film. he has just enough moments where itaru still looks princely, but mostly? he just wants humans to fly y’all.

How hard is it to choose colours for your (and my favourite) art style?
Eheh, well I canonly speak for myself, not for whoever you’re flattering by callingyour favorite, so I’ll stick to that! ;)
I suppose theliteral answer is “Usually not too hard?” but that’s boring solets see what I can ramble about color choice and such! Also I’ll put some links to James Gurney’s stuff because he is amazing and I cannot recommend his books enough!
(This’ll be in 3 sections - Color schemes, Contrast and leading the eye, and picking colors for shadows~ from longest to shortest too)
Part 1: COLOR SCHEMES
So I used to bereally bad at this until I got really into pixel art where I learneda few important lessons. First, the entire color palette workingtogether is what’s most important, not any single color, and second,colors work together in surprising ways COMPLETELY dependent on what’s around them!
For example, this isthe color palette for the Commedore 64 from back in the day. All whopping 16 colors the system could possibly display:
Individually thosecolors look pretty muddy, muted, and dull. But when you put them alltogether in an image they actually work pretty well together, because none of them completely break from the others. Usingmy own stuff as an example, I used the C64 palette to challengemyself with remaking a very colorful, very saturated screenshot from the Nintendo 64game Mischief Makers (because I love that game and both systems have“64” in the name so why not~)
So I turned this: (Nintendo 64 version, with waaay more colors available)
Into this:
Now, there’s clearly a BIG difference in the colors used, but I feel like everything still looks fine on its own. The muddy colors look a lot more harmonious when seen in an image than individually, with the brighter colors, such as the gems, even popping quite a bit.
For that second point I mentioned about colors working differently based on the colors around them, look at the character’s green hair, the green gem, and the green on the top of the blocks. They are all the exact same color. The green gem and hair, though, are shaded with a deeper, more saturated green and contrasted with a bright white, making it appear more saturated than the exact same green on the platforms, because the platforms’ green is surrounded by duller colors.
So it’s important to keep in mind that not only is each color important in the context of the whole, but also that what’s immediately around a color will massively impact how they appear, even when they are the exact same!
Important things to consider when picking colors is how close/far they are to each other in hue (the color itself, represented by the outer wheel in the image below), the saturation (how much gray is in the color, which effects how vibrant it is, which is the left->right in the box) and value (how much black is in the color, which is the top->bottom in the box).
Essentially the further away two colors are from the each other in any of these 3 directions the more they will stand out from each other. I’m not much of a teacher for color theory in general, so the best advice I can give is just to practice and to check out limited palettes other people have made and see how they handle it. In general, though, I try to keep most of the colors relatively close to each other in saturation and warm/cool colors, and then use one accent color that stands out in small amounts to make certain bits pop~

Part 2: Contrast, and leading the eye!
Okay, so these other two might be a bit shorter. Basically, when you’re picking colors you want some to stand out and some to fall back. If everything is competing for attention it can be really hard to look at and the eye doesn’t know what’s important! One of the main things to look out for with this is contrast, as the eye is easily drawn to areas that are different than their surroundings.
Let me use two designs I’d had for my character Caelia - the left is her old color scheme and outfit and the right the new one:
Now, aside from minor differences in saturation, they’re actually pretty similar, but the one on the right I think works a lot better. In both of them the yellow acts as a strong accent color that can pull the eye, but on the old design on the left it pulls your eye in two directions - towards the headband and the coat trim, neither of which are actually important. Almost the entire rest of the design lacks that yellow so your eyes are actually drawn -away- from the character’s face and body. Imagine the coat being blown behind her as she’s doing an action pose and, yeah, the accent color doesn’t actually help anything.
The new design, I think, fixes that. Even though it remains an accent color the yellow now appears throughout the design. Her hair is now a lighter shade of yellow which is distinguished from the yellow on the clothing while also framing her face. Her torso now has a yellow accent on it so it draws the eye and, combined with the hair, has a strong distinction between her upper half (which is more yellow) and her lower half (which is mostly red). And finally what was the coat now wraps around her with an additional little strip on a waist sash. Now the yellow trim can easily allow the eye to figure out how her legs are positioned by how they wrap around them, instead of just hanging behind them.
It’s also important to point out that the hair is less saturated along with being lighter than the rest of the yellow - it both looks a bit more natural, blends with her skin color more, and also doesn’t compete with the high saturation in the clothing.
None of this is to say the left one is necessarily a bad design or conveys information poorly, just that the right one is a more unified design that is easier to understand at a glance. It’s something to keep in mind, but not a hard rule or anything. But remember that if EVERYTHING tries to stand out you’ll just end up with a mess.

Part 3: SHADOWS!
Okay, so it’s nearing 1am as I write this and I’ll be honest I have the absolute least technical knowledge on this part, so I’ll tell you how I go about it but I STRONGLY suggest reading Gurney’s information on it (Again, seriously, I love his books, and “Color and Light” in particular is amazing and contains many of these posts and more)
When it comes to shading I have a pretty quick and dirty way to figure out what to do:
in case the text isn’t legible:
Choose a color for all shadows to move towards (usually a purple or blue)
Grab the base color for the thing I’m adding shadow to
Shift the color towards the direction of the shadow color I chose, and then make it darker and more saturated
And I do the exact opposite for highlights - I move away from the shadow color and then make it lighter and less saturated
Usually, anyway. And this method works best on the kind of color wheel I have there, but it can be adapted to most anything. And how far you move towards the shadow color and how dark/saturated you make the shadows will change the mood of the piece a lot. The colors in the screenshots are for a pretty light colored, low contrast piece.
I would go on more about it but I don’t actually have solid reasoning behind it other than it tends to look alright and I don’t want to spread incorrect thinking. Just… for the love of all that is colorful, DONT just shift the color towards black or white. It looks muddy and gross. Please. I beg you~

It’s the oldest one i have still posted anywhere. It didn’t say, but it was a drawing of luxa. Rest were deleted because i hated them lol. He used to be a weird combination of purple and an ugly bright orange. None of the colours fit honestly. Idek what i was thinking but thank god i changed him quickly.

second design, late 2015
Luxa had a nice lavender look going on and i kinda wish i kept it. Huge improvement colour wise. Fun fact: it was the last drawing i made before i became an international student in south america.

third design and last major change, 2016
He’s pretty similar to his current design except for a few things:
hair colour was turquoise like his main fur instead of black
front legs didn’t have extra white markings
didn’t have a stripe going down his back
inner ears were a red violet instead of dark violet

The first episode I saw at the anime club, so I’ve skipped straight to ep 2 for the coverage.

Why is it uniforms are so gendered anyway? Not just sports ones. (It might be because I’m so used to wearing other people’s hand me downs, regardless of their gender, but…yeah.)

That’s the 3rd Ishigami for this season, methinks. (The others hail from Dr Stone.)
Come to think of it, the most I’ve ever done in one shot is 10 laps of a court (and that was with lots of practice). 20 would be torture…

I like how Maki’s just splat on the ground without his hands to support him.

Apparently Bubble Girl was a winning design from a competition. Sorta like how Horikoshi appeared in One Piece one time and that, you could say, was the start of his career in print (so it’s a legacy in a sense).

Dang, it cut in the middle of that revelation! If this were a manga, I would’ve been chomping at the bit for the next chapter! However, it does get finished at the very end, so keep watching.

Tracey Madison - Avengers OC Uniform Design
I was going through tumblr about a week ago when I found a post written by my new friend @winter-is-ending/Singer of Water (she's also a fanfic author). She mentioned that she was thinking of making an Avengers uniform for her OC Tracey Madison from her Winter Series/Life At The Tower stories, but probably wouldn't find time to actually design it. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and actually draw it myself. Just for her.
It took me like, a lot of references and drawing tutorials since I've never done a character design before. But I have to say, it's a really fun challenge. Takes away a lot of boredom, too. ^^ I drew this as if it's out of a fashion designer's sketchbook; you know, those sketches you would see in a magazine. There's a front view, a side view, close-ups, and even a few head shots. I put in a lot of effort for this since I haven't drawn for a long while. I also took inspiration from MCU uniforms and Flare magazines since I'm a huge sucker for fashion, and I even used my own clothes as reference.
Something I have noticed these days regarding spy and tactical uniforms these days is that they look waaaay too monochromatic and plain for my tastes. I mean, don't get me wrong, I kind of understand why they're like that, it's just that I think there's should be more colour and individuality in a person's costume or uniform. You know, to make them more unique but still retaining cover. People can be fabulous and fashionable as long as they're still badass.

To all you people out there, you'd be like, "Wtf is this?!?!?", but if you're a computer expert, then you'd totally get this. These numbers are actually part of data, as well as binary coding. They're those tiny pixelated numbers you'd find in a computer or laptop. They actually represent Tracey's status as a hacker, and the numbers could either be hand-sewed or stenciled with fabric paint, but they have to be a little subtle in colour. I wasn't sure if teal green would be a good colour, so Tracey (and @winter-is-ending/Singer of Water) could also choose either light blue, raspberry red, or silver for the numbers. And on her feet are simple black ankle boots; I don't think heels are comfortable to run in, so the soles are flat yet easy to walk on.
Another detail you should know about are the cuffs of her uniform. Yeah, I know they don't look too significant, but take a closer look at its shape. They're curved in a unique shape so her hands will be warm and comfortable, but can still leave room for her fingers while typing. They look like fingerless gloves, which is the point; despite looking like cuffs, they ACT like fingerless gloves without taking off so much. Plus, Tracey could have space to roll up her sleeves. The teal green design on said cuffs are inspired by circuits, and have a slight Tron feel to it without being too flashy. I even added a bit of ruffles at the edges and raspberry red bows at the wrist for a cutesy touch. *^^* They COULD act like normal cuffs/fingerless gloves, BUT if she WANTS to (and if Tracey starts using hand-to-hand combat), they might also be weapons in their own right. She could shock or paralyze enemies by touching them, or generate enough electricity to create electric spheres, beams, or heated pulses to burn through any material with her hands. Think of Natasha's widow bites, Tony's repulsors, or She-Hulk's electrical gauntlets from Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. Of course, if that doesn't work out, then the circuit designs could also light up whenever something is downloaded from a computer or if she crashes data. Either way, however method they shall be used will depend on Tracey and the author.
And finally, I wasn't too sure if Tracey is the kind of girl who lets her hair loose or prefers to tie it up during missions, so just for kicks, I drew up some extra head shots (her hair's a lot more fun to draw than her body hahahaha). I wasn't even sure if she'll have to wear a mask, headgear, or make-up/face paint to conceal her identity, but maybe she'll just experiment with different hairstyles to stand out (that is, if she has time to prep). So for each pose and head shot, I did her hair five ways. 1. Loose and swept up from behind, 2. A high ponytail, 3. A braided crown, 4. Low, wavy pigtails, and 5. A low side ponytail with two small braids merging into a Y-shape and tied with a raspberry-coloured bow (if you pay attention to its shape, it's more like Rin Kagamine's white bow; the kind you'd see in Japanese fashion and anime). Personally, I think the high ponytail, the pigtails, and the braid-n-bow ponytail (that's what I'm calling the 5th style lol) are my favourites, but it should be up to Tracey and @winter-is-ending/Singer of Water to decide on which one fits best.
So why all this? It's simple: hackers are the hidden players in a world of spies and superheroes. Stereotypes feature them as weak and nerdy, BUT without warning, they can steal and manipulate data and information; the two most precious things in an electronically-driven era, but are often never thought of much. Whether those things are retrieved, created, deleted, or destroyed, hackers should NEVER be underestimated. Hackers are powerful in their own right and appearances aren't what they seem when it comes to them, so I made sure to portray that in Tracey.
Hopefully, everything is easy to understand and I even made a colour palette for the uniform just in case. The materials I used were pencil crayons, four different types of pens, a thin fineliner, and a faulty pen brush. This should be useful for writing/artwork and I'm really proud at how it turned out! I hope they'll like it, both @winter-is-ending/Singer of Water and her OC! I worked my butt off for it! XP But~ it's worth it. *^^*

No.

Nope. I’m just doing my own thing.
3. Have you done something recently that helped someone else, in any way?
My cousin texted me earlier asking for help with some school related. She’s coming over tomorrow so I can help her in person.

I’m in my usual blah mood.

No.

My friend, Arynthya. We had a class together a few years ago and we also both attended the after class study sessions with the TA. We just got to know each other and became friends.
7. If you knew that one of your friends was considering suicide, what would you say to them?
I have been in that situation with a friend. I was there for her, listened to her, and let her vent about anything and everything. I was just there for her and let her know that she wasn’t alone.

Mhm...

No. I just like to wear black mascara.

I was suuuuper nervous. The school was bigger, and I’d be thrown into classes with new people and that’s scary. I went to a K-8th grade school with majority of the same people throughout, so yeah. I was worried about getting lost on the first day, and about my teachers. Also, movies about high school did not give a good impression, and that scared me as well.
11. Who was the last person to pay you a compliment?
This lady at Wal-Mart.
12. Tell me about the shirt you’re wearing. Is it one of your favourites?
I’m wearing a gray sweatshirt with Darth Vader on it. It is one of my favorites.
13. Is there anything that’s happened in the past month, that you wish you could go back in time and change?
Yes.
14. What colour is your purse / wallet?
My purse is gray and black, but it has an Alice in Wonderland design on it that’s super cute. I get a lot of compliments on it. My wallet is white and has colorful giraffes on it.
15. What’s the closest item to you that’s black?
My Ninja Coffee Bar.
16. Do you think guys see your mother as a ‘yummy mummy’?
Wtf. My mom is beautiful, but what an odd question to ask. I don’t want to think about guys thinking of my mom that way.
17. Is there a certain name that you think seems to have become really popular, and you know lots of people with that same name?
Not that I can think of at the moment. I’m sure there is. When I was in elementary school, my name was quite common. There were like four other Stephanie’s in my class.
18. What’s the most expensive item in your make-up bag?
I’m not sure. Probably the eye shadow palette I got for Christmas, but I don’t know how much it is.
19. Think about what you looked like 5 years ago. How did you look different, compared to the way you look now?
My red hair is the biggest difference. Other than that, I look the same.

My dad, and uh no absolutely not.

I used MySpace. Funny how that was like the thing back in the day, and then it just literally died.
22. Has anyone ever asked you out, and you turned them down? If so, did you feel guilty about it? Why do you think you said no?
Yes. I felt bad when it was someone I knew, but I’ve had a couple random guys I didn’t know at all come up and ask me and I didn’t feel bad about saying no to them.
23. Name the last three people of the opposite sex that you talked to. What did you talk about?
My dad, brother, and... it must have been my other brother. I haven’t talked to any other guys besides my dad and younger brother in awhile.
24. Who is your most recent text message from? Has that person ever told you that they love you?
My dad. Yes, he has.
25. Have you ever asked anyone “Do you love me?” If so, did you get the response you wanted? Do you think when someone says “I love you”, you feel obliged to say it back?
Not anyone in the romantic sense, no. I ask my mom that sometimes as a joke. I’ll be like, “You don’t love me, do you?” if she doesn’t want to get me fast food or coffee or something lol. Other than family, I haven’t said it to anyone else. I feel weird. It’s not something I just throw around. I’ve had my friend’s mom say that to me, and I was just like, “Awww, thank you.” Ahahaha.
26. I know it’s a depressing thought, but have you ever actually tried to imagine what the end of the world might be like?
I try to not think about that because it sounds terrifying.
27. Which Disney princess do you think is the most beautiful? Why?
Hmm. Ariel because she has long, flowing red hair and that’s goals for me.
28. Someone tells you that you’re wasting your time with the person you like. What do you say?
Well, maybe you’re right. However, I don’t consider spending time with someone and having someone in my life who brings me happiness and seems to genuinely care about me, whether it’s just as a friend or not, as time wasted. We’ve had a lot of good times together. I miss that a lot, and I hope we can get back to it soon.
29. Has anything happened in the last 7 days that you’d like to forget?
Not particularly.
30. Has someone of the opposite sex ever sang to you? If so, how did you respond to it?
Yes. It was sweet.

A couple weeks ago. That reminds me, in regards to the other question about the last three males I talked to, it was actually my cousin and not my older brother.

I have not.

After the Joseph situation, I was scared to fall for someone else again and open my heart to someone else with the chance of getting hurt again.

He’s my cousin.

I used to that now and again. I haven’t in a long time. I rarely post statuses anymore.

Zero.

I don’t drink anymore. It’s been like four years.

Actually, no I don’t.

I was obsessed with Barbies.

I keep to myself a lot in “real” life, but online I share a lot.

Hmm. I don’t know at the moment.

No.

I don’t like dark chocolate at all.

Oh man. I’d be such a nervous wreck I probably couldn’t come up with something coherent.

Yes. One I don’t think did and was just saying what he felt like he should say, and the other I do think he meant it. At the time.

Yes.

My phone. I spend all my time on my laptop.
