Addie and Luc: (art by Avendell): Addie makes a deal with the shadows, Luc, to avoid being married. He makes her immortal, but also curses her to be forgotten by everyone she meets, all to drive her to despair and make her give up her soul to him. They were together for twenty years, but then he tried to change their deal and she broke things off entirely with him. In the present day, he sets her up with someone else he’s made a deal with who also doesn’t forget her but who will also die within a few months, all to break her heart.

*Bree has caught up to me outside as I am starting to walk away and head home*

Bree shouts to me “Megan, wait!!”

I turn around to face her with tears in my eyes “How could Addison do that to me?! She’s supposed to be my best friend!!

Bree comes up to me and wraps me up in the biggest hug ever “I know, I know, I’m so sorry”

*Back in the changing rooms*

Milo looks shocked and taken aback as Addison has never ignored his advances before “You know how I feel about you Adds, I thought you felt the same.

Addison suddenly gets angry and screams at him “YOU DON’T GET IT, DO YOU?! I’VE MOVED ON!!!! YOU NEED TO AS WELL!!”

Milo can’t believe what he is hearing “But Addy...

Addison ignores him and continues “And now to make things worse, you kissed me in front of my best friend!!”

Chandler counters to Addy “Who has a crush on him btw”

Milo is shocked to hear this “Wait, what? Megan has a crush on me?”

*With Megan and Bree*

Bree: Please don’t leave Megan

Megan: I can’t go back in there and watch Zed and Addison being all lovey with each other Bree, I can’t.

Bree: We don’t have to go back to them; we can go grab some food in the canteen.

Megan: *reluctantly* Ok then, I am hungry.

Bree: Yay!! Come on then!

*they both head back inside and head to the canteen*

Milo: I can’t believe Megan has a crush on me! Why didn’t anyone tell me?

Addison replies “We only found out tonight” *gets a text from Bree* “Great! Now they both hate me!! Thanks a lot Milo! *slaps him across the face and runs back into the gym hall and Chandler runs after her*

*Milo just stands there shocked, holding his cheek*
