Even though Beast Machines isn't as great as its predecessor Beast Wars, honestly, "The Weak Component" is not only one of the best episodes in either series but also is one of the best episodes in any Transformers series.

Knowing that David Kaye (TFA Optimus) voiced Megatron in Beast War and the Unicron Trilogy, I sometime imagine TFA!OP with the same tone as said character.

Think about it: TFA!OP speaking with a deeper voice to disturb people — as in his team, the other Autobots and the Decepticons — because he enjoys seeing their faces when he does it (I want to believe that under the Autobot propaganda and his crippling guilt he’s a sarcastic little shit 😆).

If he had been a Decepticon, would he use the Megatron voice to keep the other Cons in line? Would TFA!Meg find it hot or disturbing?
