How do you manage to eat so much? I’m a big guy but I struggle to eat much honestly and it makes it tough to gain.

I had to force myself at times if I am being honest. I have to remember that if I want to eventually be 450 lbs I gotta eat like those big guys. It took a while for my appetite to grow, but now 2 thousand calories isn’t enough for me in one sitting. I would recommend eating a little more after feeling stuffed. Your portions should eventually get bigger before you know it.
