playlist: a muggy summer evening

i'm very much picturing this as like. you're sitting on the back porch, still slightly sweltering but with the temperature starting to get bearable as the sun goes down. the air is still and you have no responsibilities you have to attend to right now; this music is drifting either over the neighbour's fence or out from the back door that's cracked half-open behind you to capture the slightest of breezes drifting through.

"It's absolutely mad," Stede said. "But it just might work."

Or, Stede Bonnet blows off his day job as a postie to flirt with famous hair model Edward Teach, and the people all get their mail eventually. Maybe.

2. when was the last time you cried? I hate that I teared up a little over Colin From Accounts. Help, I have lost my immunity to romantic comedies. Really cried, I don't remember. Last year maybe?
