do you think s1 Jon would have appreciated his assistants nearly as much if everything went as per usual? as in do you think he would have fell in love with Martin, befriended Tim and Sacha, etc? I understand this is essentially asking what if the Magnus archives never happened at all and everything was swimming all the time, but I am curious because I am remembering how uptight s1 Jon was. I would like some thoughts on the matter

You know, if a possible route for Martin was him being turned into a Spider Person/Avatar of the Web, then there’s a timeline out there where Jon lost every single person from Before. And the person he loved most to the first Power he encountered.

So really when you think about it Jonny and Alex were quite nice to us with the ending

A bit of Scottish safehouse soft angst. Martin will wash Jon's hair, and for a moment they can forget about all that awaits them. Martin blackwood is a large guy- like 6’4 to 6’5 and he seems standoffish and awkward- yeah he wears sweaters but he also wears darker clothes and henleys n’stuff with his painted nails plus his piercings- - he loves animals and he gives awkward advice and small poems to people he cares about so even if hes a little weird he got the spirit

Jonathan sims who is awkward and not good socially and wears funky victorian ass clothing and skirts but he could absolutely wreck someone’s shit mentally-
