Cats of the Sun

The SunClans are four clans making up the whole that is SunClan, each clan fulfilling a different role in serving SunClan.

DawnClan

DawnClan are the healers. While every clan has its medicine cat, they are trained and evaluated in DawnClan, with the DawnClan medicine cats being the most respected and skilled of all medicine cats.

DawnClan does have its warriors still, though they know more basic healing than the warriors of all other clans. They live by the sea, which provides them with an abundance of food, and the cats of DawnClan are known as laid-back and trustworthy. Though, less favorable cats of other clans think of DawnClan as lazy and unwilling to do the "hard work" of clan life.

DayClan

DayClan are the peacekeepers. They are opposed to fighting, and instead do everything in their power to end conflict bloodlessly. DayClan trains and holds the best mediators, and are the most welcoming to outsiders.

DayClan, like all clans, has its warriors, some very skilled, but they prefer to keep their claws sheathed whenever they can. They live in the plains, enjoying its warmth and peace, which is fitting for how many cats would choose to describe DayClan. This does have the downside of many cats thinking of DayClan as weak, and sometimes even a danger to SunClan's way of life due to their willingness to take in outsiders.

DuskClan

DuskClan are the protectors. They defend the clans from outside threats, enforce the warrior code, and punish those who have committed crimes against the clans.

Their warriors are incredibly skilled and disciplined, believing themselves to be the strength of SunClan. Their forest home gives them a mastery of climbing and stealth, you can never truly know when a DuskClan cat is watching you. DuskClan cats are known for being fiercely loyal and always reliable, but some think they take advantage of their reputation, and their "protection" can border on the cruel.

NightClan

NightClan are the guardians of StarClan. They live amongst the spirits of their ancestors and pass on the history and stories of times long since passed.

Their warriors are wise and calm, some thinking of their roles less as warriors and more as walking stories. NightClan lives in the caves deep within the mountains, among towering crystals, said to be windows into StarClan. NightClan's camp sits just outside what SunClan calls the Path, a long path of sharp crystals leading to one perfect, tall, smooth crystal. When a new leader is made, they must "Walk the Path" walk on the shards, and lay before the crystal at the end of the path without getting cut, for if they bleed, it is a sign of StarClan's rejection. NightClan warriors are valued for their knowledge and spirituality, but many think of them as strange, and would not choose their company out of the other clans.

With a 'Lion Light' the future's Bright A lioness named SPOTS, and her 10-month old cubs, struggle to find sufficient food through wildlife, inside of the Protected Area they have as their home. Since the rainfall, improved grazing and available water has encouraged the wildlife to disperse, leaving SPOTS and her family a home range with very little to feed on. Along the borders of this protected area, SPOTS has found a good source of 'easy-meat' on a communal livestock farm; when the farmers keep their cattle safe in 'bomas' or kraals, she finds it difficult to kill the domestic stock; however, when cattle and donkeys are left to roam unattended, she has more than enough to feed her hungry cubs . . . but this comes at a price . . . the certain death of the huntress and her cubs. AfriCat North supports such farming communities in 'lion-conflict' zones by erecting strong 'bomas' or kraals. Now, AfriCat North is planning to support a larger number of farmers to better protect their livestock: AfriCat needs to supply these community-kraals with 'lion-lights'. 'Lion-lights' have been successfully tried and tested in Kenya, reducing the loss of livestock as well as minimising the retaliatory killing of lions. SPOTS and her family are just one of the prides facing such challenges in Namibia’s north west. SPOTS, like ten other lions within the AfriCat North study area, has been GPS-Satellite collared. Two-hourly updated positions enable AfriCat’s team of Lion Guards to warn farmers of lion movement, encouraging the use of the kraals to protect their livestock and to mitigate conflict. Namibia boasts a small yet healthy lion population: thus, Every Lion is important in a dwindling wild species that is the ultimate African predator. How very odd this was. Only a handful of minutes or so ago she had sat alone on a step to watch the sun set. To eat her first and only meager meal she had all week - half a loaf of bread. At first she thought a random citizen or someone less...but she didn’t expect the king! He spoke to her as she really only nodded her head. Only speaking those words to him quietly. Not knowing what to say but what felt right? She didn’t want to upset him! Henrietta did not fancy a trip to the stockades. As the moments went on she started to shy away from him. Trying to hide what she did not wish to be seen.

He sounded so sad. But what could she do? After a moment she torn the unbitten half of her bread and offered it to the young king. Not really knowing what to say or how to confront him without making him angry. Would he get angry at her? She had heard he was a kind king but she was a nobody.

“Here, I d-don’t mind if y-you want to speak m-more of what troubles y-you” She felt guilty eating in front of the young man and felt terribly rude not offering any.

“Bottlin’ it up never d-did anyone good.”

Gaming loves giving Lingyang suprise kisses and hugs, he also loves to tease him for being shorter then him

Lingyang loves to play pranks on Gaming, often starting a prank war, they would also team up and prank their friends

Gaming loves to go out exploring the wilde with Lingyang, he also finds it cute when Lingyang starts chaisng a butterfly
