okay, im tired of pretending I'm *not* pushing the "prison duo should kiss about it" agenda, because I am in fact pushing that agenda - They absolutely had a kiss at the top of the Portal elevator; a little goodbye kiss before they had to part ways. It definitely made their goodbye a little more bittersweet - but when they reunite in the far far future they *absolutely* have a little welcome-home kiss. Goodbye kiss and a welcome home kiss; and they won't have to have a goodbye kiss *ever* again.
