i kind of have a thing for fictional characters who are objectively terrible people but are either so principled that you can't help but respect them a little or are so pathetic that you can't help but think they're objectively funny. i think measurehead falls into the latter category for me; he's a fascist, sure, but have you considered that he's fucking hilarious to laugh at!!! my man's literally a racist giant, he got radicalized thru the fucking radio, he has a horde of doting bimbos who adore him, the first time you talk to him you can spin kick him so hard he passes out, he has an amazing voice, what's not to love? if he were alive in the modern era he'd be the kind of person who calls people slurs for using tripcodes on 4chan. he'd be banned from 4chan for being off the rails even by their standards, and would be forced to move to 8kun. he'd have a twitter account that was banned within a few months of creation back in 2020, only to be unbanned by elon, only to be rebanned when he called elon a "sub-normal degenerate ape" or some shit. he'd be interviewed by this month's relevant right wing grifter as a way to make them seem less extreme, while also tacitly endorsing his worldview, i love him dearly and am rotating him in my mind rapidly, like one of those spinners they put astronauts in to prepare them for space
