How to Grow Your Small Business 😮

Yup that’s me a very long time ago, I think I was about 17 years old and trying out a bit of creative photography with the mirror in my sisters bedroom, in London, where we grew up. . I can remember thinking; that it would be fun to capture me taking a photo of me taking a photo in the mirror, but I also remember being a little disappointed with the quality and graininess and pinky colouring of the result. But I was just using my Kodak extra pocket film camera! . This Ektra camera was a fun instamatic camera, but literally you just pointed and pressed the button - there was very little way of changing the amount of light coming in to the camera or anything else. . But it was about this time in my life that I realised I wanted to do more photography and with a camera that let me be more creative. . And that’s how it all stated! . How about you? Have you always loved photography? . . . . . #Womenwithvision #getinspired #businessconsultant #Onlinebusinesscoach #smallbiz #Businessstrategies #Businessstrategy #Entrepreneurher #femalefounders #Businesshelp #myownbusiness #smallbusinessuk (at Josephine Gray Photography) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cmz8VqVNZKz/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Progress over perfection. Perfection later. This is what I teach all of my students. Start with rough drafts. You don’t waste time perfecting everything until you know that’s the final draft. You revise like mad based on feedback, and eventually end up with something absolutely fantastic. Something you were proud of, and some thing you believe in. More importantly, the final product is something that brings results and makes a difference in peoples lives. learn how to start your online business: https://facebook.com/groups/jeniuslounge #progressoverperfection #onlinebusinesstips #makemoneyonlinefree #startyouronlinebusiness #onlinebusinesscoach #entrepreneurmindset #entrepreneurtips #7figureblogging #bloggingtips #onlinecoursecreators #createyouronlinecourse #laptoplifestyle (at Carlsbad, California) https://www.instagram.com/p/CmsXea4JKZq/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

With actually taking pleasure from interacting more and not less with your clients.
Do not limit your impact by locking yourself in an ivory tower of exclusivity.
Be there with your people.
Your presence will be rewarded in a tangible way.
You will feel the living pulse of your business.
You will know when to pivot and correct the course rather than be blinded by just figures on a spreadsheet.
Your genuine connection and essence will allow you to witness first hand your client transformation - as well as their challenges and struggles.
They will have a stronger experience, which will ultimately lead to better results, recommendations and an ever growing tribe of happy customers - rather than a growing disconnect and dissatisfaction.

If you are a cold lead to a salesperson, you may be able to convert them into a lead by demonstrating your expertise and offering valuable insights. Here are some specific steps you can take:
Critique their sales strategies: Identify areas where the salesperson could improve their technique and offer specific, actionable suggestions for how they can do so. Use concrete examples and case studies to illustrate your points and help the salesperson understand how to apply your recommendations.
Offer advice and resources: Provide the salesperson with additional resources or advice that can help them improve their sales strategies and grow their business.
Build a rapport: By engaging in a thoughtful, respectful conversation and demonstrating your expertise, you can build a rapport with the salesperson and establish yourself as a trusted resource.
Ask for their contact information: After you have provided the salesperson with valuable insights and established yourself as an authority figure, you can ask for their contact information and follow up with them to further develop the relationship. This can help you convert the salesperson into a lead.
Ask about the company: You can also ask the salesperson about their company's mission and values, as well as any unique features or benefits their product or service offers. This can help you get a better understanding of their offering and determine whether or not it aligns with your needs.
Show genuine interest: By demonstrating your interest in the product or service, you can build a relationship with the salesperson and potentially turn them into a lead. This can involve asking follow-up questions, expressing enthusiasm, and engaging in a thoughtful conversation.
Be respectful and polite: It's important to be respectful and polite when interacting with the salesperson, even if you are not interested in their product or service. By maintaining a professional demeanor, you can build a rapport with the salesperson and potentially turn them into a lead.

If you are a heart-centred entrepreneur, you can’t follow corporate pathways to scale. You can scale in a heart-led way.
we have been taught to scale by removing ourselves from our business.
Replacing our input by systems, processes and other people.
We’ve been told that giving less and receiving more is the key to success.
But somewhere in the middle of this scale-fest, our clients quietly suffer.
As there’s less support, care and personal input.
As our goals of 6, 7 or 8-figures outshine what we set out to deliver in the first place: an excellent experience. A transformation.
But you can scale differently.
With heart.
With presence instead of absence.
With actually taking pleasure from interacting more and not less with your clients.
