At the end of the movie Cassandra texts April a bunch of photo’s showing what she was doing during the events of the Krang invasion

Casey Junior: April, you just got a message from someone named ‘Cassandra’

The photo’s Cassandra texts April shows that Cassandra was fighting against the Krang invasion during the events of the movie while her Brownie Clan Girl Scouts cheered her on.

April: Whoa! Looks like our friend Cassandra here has been busy

But something I’m wondering about is why did it take Cassandra so long to text April those photos before the scene where the Hamato’s get Casey his first slice of pizza we’re shown New York being cleaned up & rebuilt so it must have been a few weeks at least since the invasion

So I’m wondering why Cassandra waited so long to text April the photo’s of what she was up to during the invasion. Was she waiting for the Hamato clan to recover from the events of the invasion before she told them about what she was doing during it?

If Cassandra really was waiting for the Hamato Clan to fully recover from the Krang before she texted a bunch of pictures of her fighting off an alien invasion then that’s kind of sweet of her but if that is the case then it’s also kind of funny because that means that Cassandra waited until they were recovered & the second the Hamato Clan decided they were okay enough to have a day out she was like ‘cool glad you’re all better check out these cool pictures of me’

Though that also means someone (probably April) was keeping Cassandra up to date on the status of the Hamato clan as well which is nice to think about.

It's very hard to not compare myself to others nearing their 27th birthday. But when I compare myself to myself, I can recognise that going out with friends for a nice evening of food, laughing and a film, is miles and miles away from the quivering mess of destroyed mental health I used to be. Someone who was trapped by a failed school system, multiple grooming incidents, a believe my neurodivergence was just personal failings and the totally unknown OCD.

I am the best 26, nearly 27 year old I could possibly be. And by 28, I will be better still, because I love every single version of myself I have ever been. Those girls deserve how I am, and how I will become.

So please, this disability awareness month. Look at yourself, and see the things you've grown in to. Look at how you've blossomed. It doesn't matter if you're still budding in a potted plant while others are huge rose bushes. Your roots are spreading, your petals are growing, and you are the best you can be right now. No matter where that is, THAT is a good thing. All your pain is valid and how you feel is real, but please don't give up. No matter how hopeless if feels, please stay alive another minute. An hour. A day. You really don't know when you'll suddenly stop wanting to die, because being alive got a bit better.
