If you’re really struggling with your weightloss and you feel like you want to give up, I’m just letting you know that once you start being able to buy new clothes in smaller sizes, that all the struggling will have been worth it.
I saved up money during my weightloss and once I reached my goal weight, I went on a huge shopping spree. I felt unstoppable and so confident it made all of the bad days worth it.
