TRAGEDY IN DENVER
MAN STABBED IN 39 PLACES
A tenant going early to his work found the body. The man, who wishes her identify remain anonymous, was coming down stairs to go to work, when she discovered the body of the victim lying in a pool of blood on the first-floor landing.
Another tenant says the murder was not committed when he returned home about two o'clock in the morning.
No weapon was found near him, and his murderer has left no trace. He is of middle age and height, has black hair and a large, round face.
The man was not known to any of the occupants of the apartment building on the landing on which the deceased was found, and no disturbance of any kind was heard during the night.
The body was removed from the scene and taken to a local mortuary.
The coroner opened an inquest on the body on Thursday and released the man’s identity to the press and police just moments ago.
He was stated to be Randy Marsh, age 64, a married man visiting his son and daughter-in-law in Denver while his wife remained at their home in Park County.
Randy’s wife, Sharon, son, Stan, and daughter, Shelly, have all been notified of Randy’s passing.
Police Chief, Harrison Yates, deposed to being called by the last witness to view the body of the deceased. He was lying on his back, and before he was moved a doctor was sent for, and on arrival he pronounced life extinct.
The man’s hands were clenched, but did not contain anything.
Dr. Horatio Gauche of the Hell’s Pass Hospital stated that he was called to the deceased and found him dead. He examined the body and found 39 punctured wounds. There were no less than nine in the throat and 17 in the stomach.
He appeared to have been dead three hours.
The body was well a nourished. He had since made a post-mortem examination, and found the left lung penetrated in five places, and the right lung in two places. The heart had been penetrated, but only in one place, others wise it was quite healthy. The liver was healthy, but penetrated in five places, and the spleen was a penetrated in two places. The stomach was penetrated in six places and the corners of his mouth cut up into the joker smile, which has lead investigators to believe that this is the same person who killed Eric Cartman some weeks ago.
Upon a further investigation of the crime scene, a single crow fester was found near the body once laid which has further lead detectives to believe that Randy Marsh was killed by the murderer roaming the streets of Denver, Colorado.
No other evidence has been found.

The community is still reeling after a local Denver man was found stabbed to death in a back alley yesterday morning.
Eric Cartman, 25, was found yesterday morning by an anonymous source on his way home from work.
"I have never met anyone who didn't like Eric. Everybody loved my sweet little boy. Just a good, good young man,” said Liane Cartman, Eric’s mother.
Police have not named any suspects in connection with the murder investigation, the stabbing and mutilation of Eric Cartman, nor have they released any information detailing what has been discovered thus far but in light of recent events a Denver Police Officer, Craig Tucker, has issued a statement regarding the chain of murder cases that have been happening around the city when asked to comment on the case.
"We are aware of, and sensitive to, a number of concerns in our community following the recent incident on East Winterberry Street discovered yesterday morning. We ask for everyone's understanding, support and patience while this case is being actively and aggressively investigated. We cannot release much information on cases that are under investigation as we have to allow investigators an opportunity to do their work. Be assured that nothing is more important to us than the safety of the members of our community."
Memorial services are planned for Saturday at St. Ambrose Christian Church, beginning at 10 a.m., followed by his burial at the Denver Memorial Cemetery.

I figure this is as good a time as any to introduce myself.
My name is Tweek and I’m a journalist for the Denver Report, our local newspaper.
I’ve been following a serial killer investigation for several years now and yet I don’t feel any closer to discovering this person’s identity.
And while the police have been a big help in all of this they aren’t any closer than I am when it comes to discovering this person’s identity.
In due time I suppose.
Anyway, I’m currently finishing up a chapter of a novel I’m writing but I would love to interact with you all and answer whatever questions you may have.

Another Brutal Murder Of A
Man In Downtown Denver
On Saturday morning at a quarter past six the neighborhood of Denver was horrified to a degree bordering on panic by the discovery of another barbarous murder of a man in his early to mid twenties, the scene of the crime being XXX East Winterberry Street.
The circumstances of the murder are of such a revolting character as to point to the conclusion that it has been perpetrated by the hand which committed that on Rosewood Avenue and the two previous murders, all of which have occurred within a stone’s throw of each other.
The murdered man’s identity has been released to the press just moments ago. He appears to have been a connecting link to the two men murdered previously.
The man, known as Eric Cartman, was about 5ft. 9in. tall, with light brown hair, brown eyes and weighing in on the heavier side.
Eric leaves behind his mother with his passing.
When his body was discovered he was clad in a red jacket, blue and yellow hat, brown pants and black shoes.
He had several stab wounds to the stomach and shoulders, the corners of his mouth cut to form that of a ‘joker’s smile’.
A search was conducted of his person which lead the police to find nothing more than a single crow feather in one of his jacket pockets which also leads us to believe this is a string of serial murders from one individual.
The reason for the murders still remains a mystery but police and forensic agents are working hard to discover the killers identity to hopefully put these senseless murders to an end.
The discovery of the murder scene was made by a source who wishes to remain anonymous.
He told us he discovered the body in the back alley when he was on his way home from his shift at a nearby factory and called the police instantly, staying nearby to keep passersby at bay as to not draw any more attention to the scene of the crime.
With as little delay as possible the officers rushed to the scene and removed the body to the nearest mortuary. Several stayed behind to clean up the gruesome mess left in the killer’s wake.
Eric’s mother Liane, a resident of neighboring town South Park, has been notified. Details on funeral arrangements will be announced within the coming days.
