NRU would be the ones paying to have percy there. why are the college app requirements that percy has to do not just standard for all students what was the point of saying 'haha percy just has bad luck' . and also i know its a university but i dont see why they should make the college admission process difficult to begin with like really how many demigods could they possibly have applying in an admissions cycle. theres no way seats would fill up just like that.
