I keep seeing the asks/convos between you and nicascurls about Breaking the Dollhouse AU but I still have no idea what's it about. What is the premise? Is there a fic?

Hi! So yes, it’s definitely an entire Chucky AU that we came up with, I like several months ago? If not almost a year? Eloise @nicascurls has been writing the fic and all the chapters that are written so far are on her pinned post.

As for the exact premise, it’s definitely a longgggggggg story. Basically, a Chucky season 2 AU where Junior survives and is taken in by Tiffany, only to realize just how crazy she is and how she treats Nica. Junior and Nica basically develop an alliance and later on, a mother and son relationship as they scheme on how to escape.

There’s definitely a lot more details that I’m missing out on but like I’ve said, it’s an incredibly long story. If you read Eloise’s fic, you could get a much better understanding of the AU and premise. But that’s overall what’s happening so far in the fic, our AU just extends much further out with multiple characters and far after season 3.

In a brief moment, he panicked because she looked exactly like how Tiffany described her doll self to look and when Jennifer spoke, pleading for help, she sounded similar to Tiffany. Junior freaks out for a moment because he thinks that he just got caught by the doll version of Tiffany but something in the way Jennifer begs for his help and not to leave her sounds too real to be an act.

Jennifer has to quickly explain who she is and what Tiffany has done to her. Junior’s still skeptical but asks her some questions on previous movies that Jennifer was in (since the only ones Tiffany talked about were Liar Liar and Bound), and Jennifer basically “passes” the test. In the moment, he was unable to pick the lock of her cage because his knife was too big, so he ends up taking the entire cage with Jennifer inside with him to go explain to Nica their new predicament.

Definitely, Junior is so freaked out at first because it could easily be Tiffany in that doll.

It's when he remembers how him and Nica had been trying to figure out the difference with Tiffany, since she has never switched like Chucky and Nica do.

Junior will take the whole cage, kind of for his and Nica’s peace of mind as well since he isn't entirely sure that it's Jennifer just yet

It takes Jennifer a moment before she touches their hands and just starts crying, because this was the first time in years that she was able to feel physical contact with someone else
