It’s important to have friends and situations where you can manufacture positive emotional feedback loops. Not ironically, not overly schmaltzy and fake, but just hyping each other up. You should be able to do something mundane, get gassed up by your friends, and respond in kind with that energy. It’s one of the best things in the world, I promise.
