ReiJeanPiku Headcanons
May 27th to June 2nd 2024 is JeanPiku Day ! Except that Reiner is also with them in my AU/Headcanons. So I decided to do a little fanart of the three of them cuddling in bed.
I'm sorry but they are too cute. That scene with the three of them in the Battle of Heaven and Earth had me dying ; they were so precious to each other ♥
Ever since the Battle of Heaven and Earth, they are easily worried about each other. They know they can trust each other but when something is wrong, they are kind of overreacting at some point.

They love to tease each other and tell all types of jokes, even the dirty ones. That's kind of a way to show your love I guess.

Out of the 3, Pieck is the "Polyamorous" one.

Sometimes Jean goes full drama and claimed stuff like "I'm so glad to have you idiots in my life ! If you still had your Titan powers you would have died and I would be shattered for life. Why would I be shattered for such dumbasses ?! Because I love you stupid jerks !" Yeah they REALLY like to say stuff like this, especially Jean who jokes about their past selves (with their Titans and all).

Thanks to this healthy relationship of theirs, Reiner finally got out of his depression and suicidal behaviour. He still has slight Split Personality Disorder, but it is getting way better than before, and Jean and Pieck are always there to help him with his mental illness and trauma.

When they will eventually have children, Reiner is the best dad ever. He is the type to be a "Daddy's girl", but he is really caring, as he already shows it towards his cousin Gabi, Falco, Udo and Zofia.

They will eventually have 4 children ; 2 boys and 2 girls (OMG how did they do this so perfectly ?! JK, JK !)

They will first have a girl, then 2 boys, and then another girl.

Even though she doesn't have the Cart Titan anymore, Pieck still very often walks on "four legs", which creeps Jean out. Reiner is used to it since they grew up together and Pieck was doing this more and more as time goes by.

Because of this, Pieck still needs crutches to walk on her two legs.

After realizing her mistakes as a mother, Karina is always there for her son, and she is also very tender and caring towards Reiner's lovers. She maked sure that her son is happy and healthy, but also her future children-in-law.

They often invite or go check on Livai ever since they fought together in the Battle of Heaven and Earth, and also since Gabi and Falco got closer to him. He is like the "cool uncle" of the family.

Very important question!! Let me answer with an excerpt from my favorite copypasta:
no lube, no protection, all night, all day, from the kitchen floor to the toilet seat, from the dining table to the bedroom, from the bathroom sink to the shower, from the front porch to the balcony, vertically, horizontally, quadratic, exponent al, logarithmic, while *they gasp for air, scream and see the light, missionary, cowgirl, reverse cow girl, doggy, backwards, forwards, sideways, upside down, on the floor, in the bed, on the couch, on a chair, being carried against the wall, outside (...)
Cutting a long story short: a lot. They have a lot of sex. Because they're young, healthy men who finally rediscovered the joy of living and found happiness in each other's company. Because they're no longer depressed and their libido is high. Aside from that, there's not much to do on that ship.
I think everyone is fed up with them by the end of the journey, but hey, maybe now Reijean can retire early and live out their cottagecore dream? :3

dropping a crazy hc here: the only reason why reiner doesnt bottom as much as jean in their rs is bc he either combust every time jean tops him (it's too much his heart cant take it!!!) or or or hes asking for for the weirdest kinkiest shit ever that it takes jean weeks to prep. ok bye.

I do think Reiner is a kinky guy. And Jean definitely tries to accommodate his needs. He almost never says no, but yeah, sometimes he just has to be mentally prepared for what’s about to happen. As for combusting – definitely. Reiner also cries in bed when he’s overcome with emotions.
I also like to think Reiner tops more often because of the sounds Jean makes (Kishow’s BL career speaks for itself). 😈

'everyone treating their fave like a saint is a red flag to me' so true 👏👏👏 in snk context. like i get it if its 1 dimensional characters like the mar trio or comic relief characters like conny and sasha. but how are people going to have faves like idk levi or jean who literal character arc is their internal battle on moral dilemmas and then just throw the "evil/bad" part away. that is so boring~ worse is people shipping them with goody goody characters only and then claiming other ships are toxic and bad for said character. i want to see my faves have spicy interactions, up and downs, good and bad like real human interactions!!
The only truly unforgivable thing a fictional character can do is be boring.
Everything else is for the plot. Everything else has (or at least is supposed to have) a point. Villains make stories happen. They literally do bad stuff, so that some “good” guys can react and go on their little adventure. They push the plot forward.
The point you raised really applies to all fandoms. There’s always that one or two characters that get canonized by some part of the fanbase to the point where everyone else becomes sick of them. Even the biggest fandom darling can become a nuisance once you overdo it – no matter if they’re a goody-two-shoes or a villain (usually, I find attempts at infantilizing bad guys to be the most annoying). People obsessed with turning their favorite character (or ship) into a saint are usually also the most aggressive in fandom spaces.
Both Levi and Jean are multidimensional and beautifully layered, and the very thought of someone trying to turn them into easy to digest goo makes me gag.
