This Buenos Aires quartet of psychedelic, stoner, space and progressive rock was formed in 2003 and three years later managed to release their debut album, "Tiempo de espitir y vomitar". Self-produced, the material included a cover of "There is a light that never goes out" (The Smiths) and 15 other songs of their own. It was recorded, mixed and mastered by Hernán Caratozzolo at Casa Frida Studios. With changes of members, they released a single in 2009, with artistic production by Tito Fargo. With the former Gran Martell and Redonditos de Ricota they produced other albums. The EP "Carnicera" (2010), recorded and mixed by Mario Altamirano at Estudios Santito and mastered by Andrés Mayo at Mr. Master, as well as "Sinapteína" (2012), recorded and mixed by Walter Chacón at Estudios Santito, mastered by Tom Baker at Precision Mastering (United States) and released by Oui Oui Records. In 2015, also through the Oui Oui label, "Cisma" (2015) arrived. This album was mixed and recorded by Pájaro Rainoldi at Romaphonic and also mastered by Baker....~

Metamorfica "Cisma"2015
Metamorphic has a clear message of the search for freedom, of the integral healing of the individual as a unique, unrepeatable being and as a being immersed in a society that from the very beginning puts him at risk of cutting or crushing his essence. However, it is through the culture of that, its society, and other cultures, that it can achieve a clear and gradual self-identification and recover and make its essence shine. The public, beyond being passionate about rock as a musical style, looks for that voice in it that tells them "do what you want to do, and be what you want to be". It is a style of protest, of expression, of searching for that something beyond what is served on a platter to be bought and accepted.....~ Credits

Colvero "Ciclo II" 2013
Colvero was formed in 2010 in the Argentine Federal Capital and last year they released their debut ̈Ciclo II ̈, theirs is the style that I like the least of the rock scene of recent times and it is not the fault of the bands but of the press: Stoner Hard Rock and Doom with influences from people like Kyuss, Black Sabbath, Lid, Queen Of The Stone Age, Trouble and Saint Vitus. Long songs with dust-covered riffs, sharp solos, slow and medium rhythms such as the initial "Perder", "Decir que No", the almost grungera Soundgarden-style "Bastardo", the Doom of "Sol", the very heavy and hard rocker "Sin Razón" and the pure Stoner ending of "Más" round off a well-balanced product. Beyond personal tastes, the group dominates the style and makes it count, with very careful production and presentation, Colvero joins the big leagues of Argentine Stoner and will not disappoint any follower of the style.....~ Credits Martín Garde: Guitarra Emi Garcia Narbaitz: Bajo Mat Craneo: Voz Justino Riobo: Batería Grabación: Jota Conde con colabración de Bebo Ametrano Edición y Mezcla: Colvero y Lukas Rossetto Mastering: Juan Eugenio San Martín Producción: Colvero con colaboración de Lukas Rossetto Asistente de batería: Luciano “Lulo” Esain Arte: Camila Pringles Granel & Victor Anelli Tracklist 1 Año Uno 2 Perder 3 Decir Que No 4 Bastardo 5 Sol 6 Año 5718 (Nueva Pugna) 7 Sin Razón 8 Más
Colvero "Entre las Sombras"EP 2015
"What little ball you gave to 'Ciclo II' by Colvero, Christian," our colleague Rob Jalford told me back in 2014. And he was right, that review of the debut of my fellow Argentines Colvero was rather mechanical and not so well detailed. In my defense I must say that, at that time, although I did not dislike the Stoner, I had my prejudices towards the style and my musical sights were set elsewhere. Today my conception has changed radically and I can enjoy much more this type of material (also from ̈Cycle III ̈) and I have a really good time with it. This time we have the advance EP of the band and that precisely serves as an appetizer for their second LP. ̈Entre las sombras ̈ released last year, although it closely follows what was exposed in their debut of 2013 in their heavy and rifferous Stoner, the variations come from the side of the approach, the songs have a more songbook format where they gave a lot of ball to the hook and some elements that little by little are rearing their heads. Proof of this is the beginning of psychedelic plucks of the powerful and animated The Crow. The choppy and distorted riff of the great and groove The Judge. The distorted bass and high up second to the riffs of Karma already bordering on Stoner Metal and the closing with Caer and its dragged rhythms and curious arrangements in a space/psychedelic style give a very good end to the scarce, but intense 17 minutes that the EP lasts. As with their debut, the album is very well produced and presented; He was one of the main people responsible for the overall result of the EP and judging by it, you can calmly wait for the second work of the group, and according to them it is soon to be released.....~

Pez Globo started in 2013 with Miguel recording music at his home as a way to keep creating been his band Los Acidos in a pause at that moment. In 2014 he released his first EP using some of those compositions, and after that kept recording stuff but much less often. Then some years later the recordings in his home started again and a new EP came in 2018. Some time later Miguel started to try to find musicians to go out and play his latest material and now it is a band, conformed by Leandro Peirano on drums, Lex Percepeid on acustic guitar, Leandro Díaz Lasserre on sitar and synths, Esteban Evangelista on bass and Miguel on electric guitar and vocals. Also the idea is someone in the tambourine but at the moment inviting friends to make that role in the shows.....~

Al Bilali Soudan - an ancient name for the city of Timbuktu - present an improvisational tour de force of traditional rhythms and scales. Their style is Tehardent, the Tamasheq name for their traditional stringed instrument. A precursor of the modern banjo, the Tehardent has accompanied griots, bards, dancers and vocalists for centuries. They hails from a well-known Tuareg family which has performed this music for generations. Abellow Yattara, a master of the instrument, is the group leader. His uncle, Aboubacrine Yattara plays the bass tehardent. Other members of the group include Mohamed Ag Abellow, Tchiale Ag Aboubacrine, Mohamed Dicko and Abdoulaye Ag Mohamed. Their ease with one another is obvious in the verve of their relaxed performance. Their work represents cultural preservation renewed.....~

Al Bilali Soudan "Babi" 2023
From Timbuktu Mali AL BILALI SOUDAN are members of an extended family of craftsmen who for generations have been sought after musicians and griots. This band is the torch-bearer of a quintessentially Tamasheq music shaped by continuous interplay between tehardent, hand percussion and vocals. After their showcase at WOMEX 2022 and a 12 concert US tour, Al Bilali Soudan came into the studio to record this album. Sparked by the electricity of their passion, the album was recorded in one intense day. The group’s energy is palpable. Lightning fast, sometimes looping, this is intense mastery of a traditional repertoire, improvised and adapted into the 21st century. Released in 2023, this is Al Bilali Soudan’s third album. Banning Eyre of Afropop Worldwide described them “exquisite … mind-blowing”. Robert Christgau wrote “If you like desert music enough to suspect you've heard it before, you haven't.” Adriane Pontecorvo in popmatters.com said “The electronic buzz of plugged-in tehardent no longer sounds like the repetition of background music. Now, it starts a fire, fully energized, and with every member at full volume.” Al Bilali Soudan represent the cultural source of a style that has evolved into the modern desert blues. Abellow Yattara, the group leader, can be heard on early recordings by Ali Farka Toure, on 1970’s recordings by the Orchestre de Tombouctou, and on many Radio Mali broadcasts. He accompanied vocalist Khaira Arby on recordings and on tour. In 2010 he gave a master class at Berklee College of Music in Boston. As Dennis Rozanski said in Bluesrag/mogoworking.com, their music is rock music from “thousands of years before the concept of rock was ever hatched”....~ Tracklist

Obongjayar "Which Way Is Forward?" 2017 EP
By Will Pritchard.....pitchfork..... The Nigerian-born, London-based artist returns with his strongest work yet, celebrating black selfhood in expansive, richly textured songs rooted in Afrobeat and electronic soul. Obongjayar is a musician taking his time. After releasing a clutch of EPs in 2016 and 2017, and then a handful of singles and collaborations (with Danny Brown, Wiki, Jesse James Solomon, and Richard Russell) in the intervening years, he returns with his most accomplished work to date. Slightly longer than his previous records, it’s still relatively compact—running to just seven tracks and a shade over 20 minutes in total—but finds him exploring new, more fruitful ground that goes beyond the art-school spoken word and deconstructed, Frank Ocean-via-James Blake instrumentals of 2017’s Bassey EP. What’s most striking about this growth is that the Nigerian-born, London-based musician’s voice has become more instrument than deliverer of sermons. His vocals have a magnetic, elastic quality: Half coo, half gravelly, wizened intonation. The resulting juxtaposition simultaneously suggests both naivete and long-toothed wisdom as he navigates issues of identity, racial politics, and belonging. “Our fathers put us in the sand [...] we’ve been paying for it ever since,” Obongjayar hisses on “Soldier Ant,” interrogating what it is to be a black man in the modern world. He reflects on a society that serves constant reminders of his skin color—“I get it everywhere/From the bobbies on the beat/To the airport security”—and uses the shifting register of his voice to wrestle with conflicting portrayals of black masculinity. Ultimately his message is one of defiance. “Keep your head up, press your weight against the winds that try to throw you,” he murmurs on “God’s Own Children,” before launching into a full-throated refrain: “It’s your world now, can you feel it?” Just as his songs explore a sense of being, the music feels lived in. It’s sonorous, enveloping stuff. There’s a meditative quality to the interaction between his voice and the arrangements it inhabits. As a performer, Obongjayar offers an enormous sense of presence, too, channelling the traditions of Afrobeat bandleaders like Bola Johnson and Fela Kuti. Yes, Kuti is an obvious reference point—perhaps too obvious—but Obongjayar shares an undeniable sense of both gravity and drive with the activist Afrobeat pioneer. The songs’ textural depth belies the fact that they are the work, for the most part, of a solo artist. Writing and producing all the tracks himself, with assistance from multi-instrumentalist Barney Lister (and Oli Barton-Wood on “Soldier Ant”), Obongjayar pulls from a vast instrumental palette: slinky guitars rubbing against space-age synths; sharp, disembodied yelps; a railway rattle of hand drums. Sonically, Which Way Is Forward? sits somewhere between the mystic expansionism of Kamasi Washington and the colloquial, upbeat grooves of the Dur-Dur Band. He borrows the clipped, precise percussion of any drummer who’s tried to emulate Tony Allen and the tight songcraft of contemporaries like Moses Boyd or Sampa the Great. If there is any complaint, it’s that Obongjayar hasn’t allowed Which Way Is Forward? to spill out into a full-length album. With a little extra room to stretch out, the songs’ tempos and densities might not feel so uniform. But there’s reassurance for those left wanting to hear more, as he purrs on “Still Sun”: “I know who I am/This is not the end.”.....~

Obongjayar "Some Nights I Dream Of Doors"2022
Ever since an early Obongjayar demo first surfaced on SoundCloud in 2016, it’s been clear that Steven Umoh, the man behind the moniker, possesses a completely unique talent. Known to his friends simply as ‘OB’, the Nigerian-born, London-based musician pens stirring and spiritual lyrics, while commanding a distinctive voice that flits between rap, song and spoken word. With afrobeats, soul and hip-hop influences, he has created a bold, genre-defiant musicality. Despite rich successes over the last few years; OB has never felt ready to release an album, until now, and his debut full-length, Some Nights I Dream of Doors represents a real levelling up for Obongjayar. Across twelve tracks, he deftly moves through diverse sounds and subcultures while navigating a wealth of personal and political topics. OB recently featured on the latest Little Simz album and the most recent Pa Salieu project....~ Tracklist

Ballaké Sissoko "Djourou"2021 Mali Mande Music,World Music
full spotify
https://open.spotify.com/album/1wqZp9tG65T3FjKAPd5a5u
It says much for Malian music that two of its greatest players, kora masters Toumani Diabaté and Ballaké Sissoko, are among its most determined innovators. Not content with weighty family legacies (the two are cousins), they have won international recognition for their instrument, the 21-string west African harp, in part through cross-culture collaborations. Diabaté’s latest, with the London Symphony Orchestra, is imminent, while here Sissoko has sought out an assortment of guests. Among them is cellist Vincent Ségal, with whom he has already cut two sublime albums, and who joins clarinet player Patrick Messina for a sprightly take on Berlioz’s Symphonie Fantastique. Dreamy, hypnotic moods are default for kora, and Djourou provides several variations. The title track features Gambia’s Sona Jobarteh, who adds haunted vocal wails to their duet, while Parisian popster Camille whispers breathlessly in praise of Sissoko’s instrument on Kora. There’s a nostalgic cast to Kadidja, a slow meditation from Anglo-Italian singer and label mate Piers Faccini (who has a fine album of his own out in April), some grit from rapper Oxmo Puccino on Frotter Les Mains (Rub Hands) and nine meandering minutes with rock band Feu! Chatterton on Un Vêtement Pour La Lune (Moon Wear). Engaging and adventurous......~ With his new solo album Djourou, Malian composer Ballaké Sissoko connects with artists from distant horizons. “Djourou is the cord that connects me to other people,” says Ballaké Sissoko with characteristic simplicity. It is a magnificent distillation of that same art: the art of being yourself and being with others. It combines pieces in which Ballaké converses, all alone, with his kora, and others in which he takes palpable pleasure in dialoguing with musicians whose contributions come across like declarations of love. Ballaké links with the singer Camille, the band Feu!Chatterton, famous French MC Oxmo Puccino, the clarinetist Patrick Messina, the singer Piers Faccini, Salif Keïta’s sacred voice, the gifted kora-player Sona Jobarteh, alongside cellist and longtime musical partner, Vincent Segal. Ballaké is an improviser and prodigy who is still reinventing himself and who takes his art to explore other worlds. Djourou presents the Malian kora player’s music in all its multi-faceted forms: intimate and universal, singular and plural, solo or in conversation.....~ Tracklist

In the crowded scene of Tuareg guitarists, Mdou Moctar stands apart from his peers. Playing in the repertoire of desert guitar popularized by groups like Tinariwen and Bombino, Mdou is pushing the boundaries of the genre with a unique personal sound. With versatile compositions and genre defying albums, Mdou's music has been an underground success with an international following, set on redefining the sound of the desert. Mdou Moctar hails from a small village in the Azawagh desert of Niger, a remote region steeped in religious tradition. As a child, he taught himself to play the a homemade guitars, cobbled together out of planks of wood. It was years later before he found a “real” guitar, teaching himself in secret. In an area where guitar music was all but prohibited, he quickly rose to the status of local celebrity amongst the village youth. In 2008 he traveled to Nigeria to record his first album “Anar.” A psychedelic reworking of the Tuareg sound, the electronic tracks featured innovative pitch bending synths, drum machines, and autotune. In 2010, he teamed up with the label and collective Sahel Sounds, releasing his first international album, “Afelan.” In 2015, he co-wrote and starred in the first ever Tuareg language film, “Rain the Color Blue with a Little Red In It,” a Saharan remake of Prince's “Purple Rain.” In 2017, he again shifted gears to another sound with “Sousoume Tamachek,” a mellow blissed out recording evoking the calm desert soundscape, tackling religion, spirituality, and matters of the heart. In the past years, Tuareg rock music has gotten faster. There is a preference for this new style, both in the raucous weddings of Agadez and in Berlin rock clubs. The wavering guitar solos, rapid fire drums and heavy distortion has become characteristic of the contemporary sound. Mdou takes on this challenge, but with an ear towards tradition. Rooted in traditional, with borrowed polyrhythms of traditional « takamba » and lyrics sung in the style of old nomadic poets, his guitar playing is wild and unrelenting, equal parts nomadic bard and Eddie Van Halen. Mdou Moctar and his band have toured Europe and North America, playing sold out shows from small DIY rock clubs in Portland to New York City's Lincoln Center. His music has been featured in the BBC, The Guardian, Pitchfork, New Yorker, L.A. Weekly, NPR, Rolling Stone, Les Inrocks, and his film continues to be screened at film festivals around the world. From underground star of Niger to international film star, Mdou Moctar has undoubtedly one of the quickest rises to success....~

That image on the cover is a fantastic visual representation of the sound of Onipa -- a group who draw on older cultures with roots in Ghana, but who are clearly poised to shoot out into the cosmos with lots of future energy in their music! Percussion is a mix of acoustic and electric, and the tunes are very dense -- peppered with keyboards, guitar bits, and a range of other sonic elements that are layered into the hard-burning blend of grooves -- growing with energy as the set moves on, and opening the door for even more guest talent towards the end! Prodigious guitar skills have always been at the core of Nigerien artist Mdou Moctar‘s outrageously dextrous rock music, a blazing take on the Saharan tishoumaren style associated with artists like Tinariwen and Bombino. On Funeral for Justice, Moctar and his band make music notable both for what it demonstrates of his creative palette and for its unyielding anti-colonial politics. These aspects are wholly inextricable as they drive Moctar and his group forward in making perhaps the most vital and certainly the most energetic work of their career so far. For an artist as brilliant as Moctar, that’s really saying something. At the head of the group, of course, is Moctar, taking lead vocals and guitar. While his nimble playing has always been a joy to experience, he reaches new heights with each explosive solo on Funeral for Justice. The record opens with its title track, and Moctar wastes no time in shredding and spiraling forward. Spirited drumming from Souleymane Ibrahim matches Moctar’s speed and power without any trouble, while Ahmoudou Madassane and Mikey Coltun anchor the piece on rhythm guitar and bass, respectively; Coltun also produces. This is no dirge, no elegy; this “Funeral for Justice” is a celebration of life and a vow not to let what is right and those who have stood for it be forgotten. In “Imouhar”, a plea for the survival of the Tamasheq languages against the dominance of French, Moctar’s voice rings out strong (occasionally through the prism of the electronic processing so common in his early works) as his guitar wails, truly wails, against hegemony. Feedback and squealing strings drive an electric current through brisk “Sousoume Tamacheq”. Later, “Oh France” brings in the sounds of gale-force winds and strategic electronics to scaffold climactic lines from the band, a sonic revolution in a single track. It’s volume not just for volume’s sake but to make Moctar’s messages impossible to ignore. There is nuance to it. Moctar works in softer registers on tracks like “Takoba”, “Imajighen”, and “Modern Slaves”, never sacrificing complexity or edge while extending Funeral for Justice’s dynamic range. In “Tchinta”, he calls out into open space in unison with cymbals and guitars, a melancholy start leading to high-octane rhythms. Mdou Moctar and band navigate all these different levels with equal finesse, each road serving the ensemble’s ultimate goal of making statement after statement about the urgent need for self-determination in the world, particularly amid the colonial legacies that still permeate social relations around the globe. Even by Mdou Moctar’s high standards, Funeral for Justice is extraordinary. It is searing in music and lyrics, with messages that are essential in a world on fire and whose sounds can carry those messages far and wide. More than any previous Mdou Moctar album, it feels alive: Moctar and his whole band are in the room with their listeners, fanning the flames of righteous resolve and reminding us that if justice is dead, there’s no more fitting tribute to it than raising our voices on its behalf....pop matters.....~ Personnel

Manu Dibango"Electric Africa"2007 Cameroon Afro Funk,Jazz,Disco,Soul,Electro Dub..classic..! ( with Herbie Hancock,Parliament Funkadelic,Nicky Scopelitis,Bill Laswell)
full spotify
https://open.spotify.com/album/1rITi1ZChevPcHvTTJ7ttl
A really sweet combination of talents -- as the legendary Afro Funk saxophonist Manu Dibango steps into the 80s -- working with some of the electro jazz talents who were transforming the music at the time, in a mode that certainly warrants the title of the album! Bill Laswell produced, and the set's got all the sharp street beat-inspired sound you'd expect from Celluloid records -- with work from Bernie Worrell, Wally Badarou, and Herbie Hancock on keyboards, Nicky Skopelitis on guitar, Aiyb Dieng on percussion, and Bill Laswell on a bit of drum machine rhythms! Manu's sax sounds great in the setting -- which also helps give him a fresh breath of air after a bit of misdirection during the disco years....~ In early 1985, legendary Cameroon musician Manu Dibango entered a Paris recording studio for a session with a group that included producer Bill Laswell, jazz pianist Herbie Hancock, Parliament-Funkadelic keyboard player Bernie Worrell, and Malian kora virtuoso Mory Kant. The result was Electric Africa, a hypnotic and upbeat Afro-Funk classic album that fused synths and kora, African drums and samples and ngoni and electric guitar. Originally released on French label Celluloid, the four tracks are now to be reissued for the first time though Tidal Waves. Listen to the track "Pata Piya", that features Worrell and Laswell, and make your day that bit funkier.....~ Manu Dibango Needs Little Introduction, Born In Cameroon In 1933, Manu Developed A Musical Style Fusing Jazz, Funk, And Traditional Cameroonian Music. He’s Definitely Among The Best Known African Artists Outside Of Africa. Collaborations Were Numerous And Include Top Acts Like Fela Kuti, Herbie Hancock, Bill Laswell, Sly & Robbie, Don Cherry And Bernie Worrell. In Addition To Selling Hundreds Of Thousands Of Copies Of The Albums He Recorded, He Played Such Huge Venues As Yankee Stadium And Madison Square Garden. In 1972, At 40 Years Of Age, Manu Dibango Did Something Almost Unheard Of For An African Artist – He Had A Pop Hit. His Song “Soul Makossa” Became An Enormous Hit Which Influenced Popular Music For Decades To Follow. First Picked Up By David Mancuso (The Loft), “Soul Makossa” Took New York Dancefloors By Storm & In July 1973 It Became The First Disco Record To Enter The Billboard Top 40—An Early Instance Of Western Pop Experiencing A Paradigm Shift Thanks To Africa. The Song’s Chant Of “Ma-Mako Ma-Ma-Sa Mako-Mako Sa” Echoes Through The Greatest-Selling Pop Album Of All-Time, Michael Jackson’s Thriller, And It’s In The DNA Of The Music Of Kanye West, Rihanna, A Tribe Called Quest, Akon And The Fugees. By 1985, Dibango Was Back In Paris, One Of The Most Successful African Artists In The World, To Start On The Recordings For The Electric Africa Album. This Album Hooked Manu And The Soul Makossa Gang Up With New York Avant Garde Producer Bill Laswell, Jazz Pianist Herbie Hancock, Parliament-Funkadelic Keyboard Player Bernie Worrell, Pan African Synthesist Wally Badarou, New York Guitarist Nicky Scopelitis, African Drummer Aiyb Dieng And Malian Kora Virtuoso Mory Kante. This Means Of Working Gave Manu And Laswell License To Fuse Synthesizers And Kora, Talking Drums And Samples, Ngoni And Electric Guitar. What It All Boils Down To Is World Beat In Its Truest Sense. Electric Africa Remains One Of Manu’s Strongest Albums. His Deep Growl Of A Honey And Sandpaper Voice And The Energetic Honk Of His Saxophone Merge With The Seamless Samples And The Myriad Hand Percussion And Overt Funkiness Of His Band. Herbie Hancock Plays On Three Tracks, Contributing An Amazing Electric Piano Solo On The Title Track And Interacting With Manu’s Sax While Weaving To The Warp Of Mory Kante’s Kora During “L’arbre A Palabres.” Similarly But More Subtly, Laswell, Badarou And Worrell Play Dueling Synthesizers In And Around The Band Throughout ”Pata Piya.” All Of This Makes The Album An Hypnotic & Upbeat Afro-Funk Classic That Will Rock Every Part Your Body (And Mind).....~ Credits

Nigerian, Dutch, and, at this moment, in absolute lockdown in Her Majesty’s Lands. A kind of Erasmus, Erasmus that brings us to the revelation of an artist that is a bet of the whole WtMM team. He is Jazz, Soul, Spoken Word, Classical, RnB, Indie, Rock, Funk, and Pop. You can include more styles, the ones you want to put on this musical living wheel. We put all these genres together in the same studio and we have a special option in our head: it’s called Loshh Aje, better known in the music industry as Loshh. Loshh is not just a musician. He’s an artist, the creator of a movement that won’t leave our minds for a long time to come. Loshh released his first EP, ÍFARADÁ five days ago (12th February). In the record are 7 themes, 7 genres, 7 flows that penetrate our body and soul. It starts with É Beré. Seven minutes where we feel like we’ve traveled to Loshh’s African roots. There’s a lot of music within one track – and this one is proof of that. So be careful and do get lost in it. Also influenced by the African continent, but in a more revolutionary style where the voice is the power and the power is in the voice, we have Revolution – and the proven proof that with music we can also get there – and claim the gates of heaven. With a more European mix – one of Loshh’s first singles – Feelam (scroll up and hit “play” again), is also included in the EP, and we are happy for that. This is a track where we feel the vocal touch is perfect, recalling in certain parts the French composer and musician Woodkid. We feel that’s a fair comparison, and by “fair” we mean the best compliment we could give....~ Tracklist

Loshh "Akole"EP 2022
The enigmatic Nigerian, Dublin-raised, London-based artist Loshh has announced his sophomore 6-track EP akole will be out September, 21 via Don’t Sleep. Loshh’s latest single ‘k’ ft. Obongjayar features an intricately plucked guitar melody, elements of jazz instrumentals, and sees Loshh and Obongjayar’s voices and intelligent lyrics blend seamlessly. Speaking on ‘k’, and the creative process that Loshh embarks on when creating new music, he explains: “Blocking the noise of the world, of society, almost like another way of being tunnel vision towards your dreams, goals and aspirations, knowing that where you’re headed is better than where you once was before.”  ......~ Track listing a 2:37 k 3:26 ọ 3:28 l 2:36 e 3:10
