hi im back from the dead (sorry about the delayed reply college was kicking my butt :"D)

anyways!! i wouldn't throw my own nui down a flight of stairs but do i wanna put him a petri dish and study him under a microscope or put him in a beaker full of glitter glue. he's just a guy. a quirky guy but still a small guy that i wanna lobotomize /lh

or yk i could put him on the high shelf :))

but rest assured my boy is pampered!

I think albedo would enjoy glitter glue. then it'd explode and get all over him and he'd just stand there. I DO want to lobotomize him. but also give him all the sweets he could ever want.

he's so interesting. not in a good or bad way. just ... So interesting ! my spider eating alchemist! whose complex science job is, according to him, 20x easier than dealing with people! and has had complicated thoughts about food portions. as you do. purveyor of desserts (but also extremely integral to Teyvat lore)

RLLY??? I didn't think anyone would be interested honestly, so this means a lot to me!!!

I don't list them, but i do them if requested! my artstyles for chibi are inconsistent, so it's usually limited to people who don't mind.

Thank youuu! I haven't rlly tried to record speed paints :0 but if there's demand, I can try!

I may not have speed paints, but I have process pictures. here are some of them!

When keying/painting base of an artwork I use a big brush/lasso to lay in the main light/shadows on layer modes before detailing it.

Then rendering is just merging the whole thing, and painting over using your base. I throw in more layer modes/adjustments as I see fit along the way :)

This post by celestialfang pretty much describes exactly how I lay both shadows and light. block first, then chip at it. you can get a lovely blend of hard and soft edges this way
