How is it possible that the 1929 boat-shaped house in Morehouse, NY is only $129K? It's currently used as an Airbnb and comes with all the furnishings. 3bds, 2ba.

This is nice. I still can't believe the price and that it's fully furnished.

This 1928 home in National City, CA looks more like a castle than most castle-style homes. 5bds, 5ba, $3M.

Right? Look at the entrance halls.

The stairs look like Spanish tiles.

The great room. They left some shelving, it's not built-in.

I like the balcony.

Here's a sitting room that looks more like a very large living room. Beautiful brick fireplace and ceiling beams.

And, here's another sitting room.

The sitting room and dining area share this large space.

The huge kitchen is a professional chef's kitchen.

There's also an everyday dining room.

Very vintage guest powder room.

At the top of the stairs there's a very open, large, bedroom, but I don't think that it was meant to be a bedroom. Looks like someone cut the cord on the chandelier.

Two showers.

This bedroom has an en-suite. Not into the shower enclosure they chose.

The owners are in the middle of moving. It looks like this is a bedroom with a sitting room, so it's likely the primary suite.

All the baths are vintage, but look like they have revamped showers.

Love the turret.

For $3M, the yard is terrible, though. I hope that the garages aren't lacking doors.

Could probably fit a pool in the courtyard, but for $3M, I'd expect one to be here, already. The covered patio is very nice, but some of the columns need attention.
