Summer/Hot Weather Things for Middle Regressors and Dreamers
Make some lemonade and freeze it in molds to make lemonade popsicles. These are super tasty and refreshing after a long hot day!
Water gun or nerf blaster battles with friends. If you’re using nerf or another toy that shoots foam darts, remember to protect your eyes with goggles.
Temporary glitter tattoos! You can get them done at some boardwalks or you can buy a kit online.
Body glitter, now that it’s tank top weather! I bought some at claire’s and it smells like strawberries :D
Just chilling outside in the evenings now that the days are longer. Bring a plushie with you and enjoy the nice weather.
Once it gets dark, you can play games like flashlight tag!
Thrifting summer clothes can be fun and affordable!
Dressing up dolls in summer clothes and swimsuits, or pinning flower hair clips to your plushies’ ears.
Summer playlists! I have to admit I always tell myself I’m going to make one and then forget, but remembering will be worth it.
If you have someone to drive you, take a summer day trip to somewhere you don’t usually go. Now’s a good time for that summer playlist.
Friendship bracelets! You can make kandi, rainbow loom, or traditional woven bracelets and give them to the people close to you.
On that note, miniature friendship bracelets or collars for your plushies.
Make a summer bucket list of all the fun things you want to do this summer, and check them off as you complete them!
Last but not least, remember to wear your sunscreen!
Make sure to keep cool and stay hydrated <3

Hi, I was wondering if you could maybe do a post for littles on their period? Like tips for the little and/or tips for their caregiver with taking care of them on their period. If you're not comfortable with that I totally understand ^^' I'm just trying to find some more information about this and particularly the caregiver aspect of it, my cg doesn't really know how to deal with my little that time of the month :(
ꔫTips & Tricks for Littles on Their Period
ꔫI'm just going to go ahead and make this one a bulleted list for ease! However, as per usual, not all of these things are going to work for everyone! Make sure to communicate your needs/wants with your cg!
ꔫUse heating pads if you have cramps! The warmth is very comforting and they make really cute ones! (I've seen ones in pretty colors, but I personally have a microwaveable bunny stuffie that I put on my stomach!)
ꔫUse different menstrual products! During your period, while you are regressed, it may feel uncomfortable to use certain products such as tampons or cups. Try using period underwear or pads for better comfort!
ꔫIndulge your cravings/get snacks! Stock up on those salty chips you're craving or those chocolates you've been eyeing in the store! You deserve them during this time!
ꔫMake it a game/checklist! For some people, it's really important that they keep track of when their period is, what their symptoms are, etc. so tracking those things and making it fun while you're small could also be fun!
ꔫCuddle up when you need to! It's okay to just lay down and watch a movie or snack while you're on your period.
ꔫFor CGs: be involved if your little has expressed needing extra help on their period, and if you're comfortable! This could take a lot of different forms!
ꔫMaybe it's keeping the snacks they're craving or the menstrual products on you! Maybe it's getting their medication for them! Maybe it's going to warm up their heating pad for them! Maybe it's comforting them, rubbing their shoulders/back, petting their hair. Remind them that this time is natural for them and it's okay to feel a bit icky!
ꔫHonestly, a lot of these things aren't even regressor exclusive! Plenty of people do these things transfer over from things adults do! No matter big or small, it's okay to need some extra help or comfort during your period.
