"Mattheo, I'm autistic."
Mattheo looked at you, mouth agape. He raised an eyebrow, looking at you quizzically, obviously confused. "What's that?" he questioned, his head tilting slightly to the side.
You stared at him, unblinking. "You don't know what autism is?" You asked, slowly processing his lack of information. Was wizard society really that far behind? Damn. You sighed, chewing on your lower lip. How was one supposed to explain autism to someone who has probably no idea what disabilities even are?
"Well, Matty, to sum it up, I don't work like other people do," you tried to explain while sitting down next to him. "My mind works differently than yours and other people's."
He watched you curiously, taking in your words and trying to make sense of them in his mind. "Is that supposed to scare me away because, darling, it isn't working? You're not getting rid of me."
You laughed, shaking your head. "I mean, it might scare some people away, but no, that's not why I'm telling you this," you replied, your heart swelling with happiness at seeing his positive reaction. "I'm telling you this because I want you to know that being in a relationship with me will be different from other relationships you have been in before."
Mattheo nodded, his foot repeatedly tapping the ground. "Well, I'm willing to learn. So lay it all on me, baby," he chuckled, his lips curling up in a smile as he looked at you. He watched as you wrung your hands together, and he reached out, grabbing one of your hands and squeezing it. "Darling, I'm being serious when I say I want to learn."
Your shoulders went slack, and you let out a deep sigh. The nerves you felt slowly washed away with the assurance of his words. "Well," you began.
"I have a hard time with social cues and reading people. If someone is mad at me or annoyed, I won't be able to tell unless they specifically tell me that. While some people might be able to take hints, I can't really recognize them. I need you to be straightforward with me about your feelings." Your eyes darted to his, making sure he was listening before you continued.
"I can't handle loud and crowded places that well. They make me overwhelmed and overstimulated, and that can lead me to have a meltdown. Which is when my mind practically shuts down, or at least it feels like it, and I kind of regress during those. I can't speak or do anything, and I tend to hurt myself during those, like hitting myself. I also sometimes hurt others when they try to help me through my meltdowns. I don't mean to; I just can't really control what I do in those moments. Sometimes even the slightest of things can cause me to melt down or panic. If a change of plans happens, I can sometimes have extreme reactions to it that can derail my entire day. I'm not very good with change. I stim a lot, and sometimes it can look weird. Like, whenever I'm excited, you know how I jump up and down and flail my hands? That's me stimming. Repetitive motions, stuff like that. I also have a weird relationship with touch and intimacy. It depends on the person; for example, I feel comfortable touching you, but with Blaise, I don't. It changes a lot."
Mattheo listened intently to your words, nodding along and trying to make a mental checklist. All of this was important to you, and that meant it was important to him too. He didn't care how long this conversation would take, he was willing to hear everything you had about this.
"I go non-verbal sometimes, and I can't speak or talk for hours up to days. I literally can't talk, even if I want to. That usually happens after meltdowns or when I'm feeling really intense emotions. I have sensory issues and can't wear some clothes because of how they feel on my body. My relationship with food is basically non-existent. I can't eat some things because of how it feels, and sometimes I go selective eating, and it's really hard to eat anything else besides my safe foods. I also just sometimes forget to eat because I don't really process that I feel hungry unless I'm starving. I mask my autism a lot, hence why people sometimes think I'm lying when I tell them I'm autistic. I tend to copy other people unconsciously. That's why you see me and Pansy having a lot of the same little habits. "
You finished, your voice faltering as you looked at him nervously, trying to gauge his reaction. "There's a lot of other things, but that's like a pretty surface-level breakdown of it." You added, looking away from him and at the ground. "Oh, and also, if you see me not looking at you during conversations, it's not because I'm not listening; it's because I'm just not good with eye contact."
It was a lot of new information for Mattheo. He'd never considered the fact that people could, how did you say it, work differently? He'd have to ask you more about it during a later conversation. "I can work with that," he shrugged.
Your lips curled up into a smile, and your eyes slowly lit up. "Really?" you asked, genuinely worried that he was just playing with you.
"Well, I mean, obviously, I have a lot to learn still, and I'm probably going to make a lot of mistakes."
"Everyone makes mistakes," you interrupted him.
He shushed you, playfully pressing his finger to your lips to stop you from talking. "What I'm trying to say is that your being autistic changes nothing to me. It's who you are, and I love who you are. I promise you, I'm going to try my hardest."
You felt tears prick your eyes, and you nodded. "You have no idea how much that means to me, Matty," you sniffled, and you squeezed his hand.
"Like I said before, darling, you're not ever getting rid of me."

Anyways, 💞 sysian bullshit 💞 (<- said positively) that singlets probably wouldn't understand (<- said negatively).
Stuff where it is like. This is physically impossible in the outer world. Even if it was a feasible thing in the external world. We can't really imagine this working outside our system. So, sometimes, there's just the weirdest most batshit intersections we have ever seen because we are sysian.
Or like. WDK. We've just had some very VERY weird relationships to plural sexuality and probably should've known earlier than a few months ago we are sysian on a collective basis with some interesting plurillean plural4plural exceptions.

Pretty sure one system member is just flat out bisexual and technically falls under the plurillean umbrella instead of the sysian umbrella, but he's also around so little these days and that system isn't one we've talked to in awhile.
But like. Our Bungo Stray Dogs fictive literally gave someone a bisexual awakening by fucking around/kinda-shitposting on (unspecified social media) and not realizing they gave someone a bisexual awakening until they posted, literally, something along the lines of they had to pause. And stare at the post(s).
Said person was in a DIFFERENT system, and literally was like "so if I wanted to fight on another plane where we both had our actual fighting capabilities, not being restrained by this moral coil, is that bisexual????" and we just.
Goddamn Ryunosuke. 😭

Even then it's like. We have only fucked each other. External world fucking is a NOPE for us (excepting Ryunosuke???? the world may never know). It's not even connected to anything (as far as we can tell), we just...wdk.
The most connection we might be able to make for that one is like, MAYBE autism sensory stuff and headmates in your own brain inherently know those boundaries better. And we have excellent communication intra-system in ways that just make stuff more intimate (you can't really consensually overlay each others' perceptions, of any sort, on top of each other if each of you is in a different brainbody).
You could blame this or that or the other thing but we just...don't have much of a motivation regarding the external world, and every reason we throw at the wall like a wet noodle doesn't stick, even the reasons we could expect to stick.
Like, we'll consider if someone asks us (romantic interaction only) and we know them well, but we still don't consider that aroace because headmates are people...

The only other system we ever dated in the external world was a piece of shit (not sure if you were around following when we were grieving, or even regrieving, The Eras and the fact we had to initiate that breakup ourselves Mod Lepton? sorry using mobile hopefully that's the name) but the fact is, we dated somesys who we had known since middle school, and it turned out THEY were a system too, and we didn't know until we were dating them. I’m fairly motherly and quite sassy when I like to be. I tend to care too much for others to the point where I will end up destroying myself in the process out of worry. My best attributes are probably my loyalty to the people I love and my persistence. My worst attributes are probably my lack of confidence and my insecurity.
As for hobbies, I enjoy doing art as a way to express myself. I also enjoy walking outside during the nighttime. Puzzles are also incredibly fun for me since I enjoy theorizing and problem-solving.
I like the nighttime, warmth, physical touch, quality time, cats, playful banter, and cheese. It’s really important to me that friendships I make are built off of honesty and genuine likeness. I dislike loud noises, tomatoes, stereotypes, and people acting fake or lying.
When it comes to my sexuality, i’m pan and demisexual. I’m open to any gender, though I would much prefer a monogamous relationship.

Hi there! I submitted a previous BG3 ask but forgot some things! Sorry for forgetting some stuff, so here’s some additional info. And I do hope you’re having an amazing day/night! (Also, ahead of time, apologies if I repeated anything from my previous ask. I have some issues with memory.)
I am an INFJ with a 1w9 alignment. I tend to conflict with myself over the moralities of certain things, but I try to be a “peacemaker” of sorts, if that makes sense. Yet at the same time I do really enjoy the idea of adventure and freedom, and I tend to be open to different perspectives.
I also LOVE learning new things from different subjects. Some of my favorites being about international cultures and language. Its something i’m passionate about.
As for appearances, i’m 5”8 and have a lanky and curvy build. I also have shoulder length dark brown hair and amber eyes.
(Disclaimer: I’m unsure if whether or not I do have autism, and I definitely won’t self-diagnose myself with it until i’m sure that I have it.) I do struggle with sensory overload sometimes and get terrible social anxiety. I also have some PTSD. It would be nice if my partner would relate or be able to comfort in some sort of way (not that I wouldn’t return the same comfort). I also tend to struggle with properly communicating my emotions or ideas verbally, so someone who could be patient with me would be wonderful.

He’s genuine and kind and always striving to be greater than he was the day before. I think you and Gale would get along well together. He’s quite ambitious and has a tendency to lose sight of himself in that ambition. The nippy night air gives him an excuse to hold you close, plus he gets to infodump all he knows about the constellations to you.
I see Gale as an ENFP, which means he is very compatible with you as an INFJ. So if things ever become too much for you, he’d gladly call it a night, and usher you away to a quiet spot to calm down. And he tries very hard not to rush you when you talk. He may butt in unintentionally, unable to keep himself from starting a ramble or two of his own, but he does his best to reign it in, and not interrupt your train of thought until you’ve said everything you want to say.
Gale is a very genuine and open lover, although he has made it clear he believes in monogamy- the full devotion of oneself to one’s singular partner. OK OKOK!! I have a couple in hand not much but some :D (I went on a rant I’m so sorry)
Let’s start with my two obvious favourites
1. Buford x phineas, sure bully x nerd cliche but this is a different type of relationship I see.
Slowly but surely they become close friends and even buddies, I feel like Buford would be a the same just less defensive with phineas and his random unhinged moments. Usually listening phineas rant about what seems to be a bug (or other things) and what type of bugs he’s allowed and not allowed to eat (summer belongs to you episode), and Buford would talk about his fish they both could keep each other going if they didn’t have their best friend (baljeet and ferb) they can remind each other of the small things they forget say perhaps phineas waking up as early as Buford does. Or reminding Buford to take care of himself once in a while that type of thing. As much as Buford tried to be a bully he has a limit of being a bully and honestly he isn’t so bad of a guy and I can see phineas reading that pretty well.
Their dynamic would be like..not like baljeet and Buford’s it just as much as a symbiotic relationship but a lil differently. Clownfish and anemones!!! That’s their relationship! Buford’s the anemone and phineas is the clownfish! (Ironic because of his shirt) it’s healthy and they keep each other going and safe! (Also phineas would prolly help with biff alot)
2. Perry the platypus x Peter the panda
Yeah I know I doubt Perry likes Peter after doof ‘cheated’ on him with Peter but when they work together (when they saved doofenshmirtz) I feel like Perry’s bitterness would fade slowly. (Also the time they went on a date when they fixed the balloon) as it did happen. Perry would find a way to get Peter in the picture, long term relationship wise. Their dynamic is kinda like ‘I secretly love you but I have to much of a lone wolf ego to say it’ and Peter ‘I know.’ Peter understands Perry’s relationship with Heinz and respects what was probably said boundary wise. The two having to listen to their nemesis or not listen it would be nice to just be with someone you can open up to even if it means in your own agency. And different species. It’s like a..hero x hero typa thing! They can keep each other up and going if their nemesis gets abit..much..I also feel like he’s be texting Peter on how stupidly naive Heinz could be and Peter rant about mysterious (what’s his name) being too closed off to open abit more.
Ok this one is especially weird- like ‘wtf 🤨’ weird
3. Lawrence x Heinz; OK hear me out (pls)
They had one interaction (when Lawrence temporarily became evil..it didn’t last) I didn’t think of it, it’s the dynamic I thought of.
Lawrence watching as Heinz talks to himself about it some platypus and the explosion leaving marks behind he would probably tend to the dirt and messes. Listening to Heinz rant and rant and rant- and when Heinz is done he’d ask for Lawrence’s info about antiques and such and they’d just share each others special interest (ADHD + Autism) and he’d take care of norm every once and awhile so Heinz doesn’t flip out on him. It’s healthy and Heinz would be so affectionate (probably) AND ferb would get to meet Heinz which works out to help Heinz make some fun inator’s (not evil Heinz’s attention would be on ferb and Lawrence’s safety his own is irrelevant) Lawrence would be oblivious to the evil but not to oblivious to see the inator’s. He’d prolly go “what is this dear?” -L
“It’s my new inator that vines down to a traumatic period of my life!” -H
“That’s healthy to put it in scientific technology. Do you want to talk about it over some almond brittle and tea?”-L
“You know me so well” -H
IT WOULD BE ADORABLE. (In my eyes)
4. Buford x ferb.
Alright almost the same thing as BxP but ferb’s silent demeanour would probably have an affect with Buford’s bully behaviour. Like put them in a room together Buford would say a couple mean things then suddenly he’s quiet. Almost sleepy at this point. Then suddenly ferb says one fact and Buford adds on to that fact and suddenly they’re having a one sided conversation as Buford debates said fact and ferb debates silently.
One would be the voice of the other (Buford being ferbs voice) about what’s right or wrong.
(Not much on this ship tbh)
5. Baljeet x phineas the two’s dynamic is simple and easy!
Anddd baljeet would be there to fix little mistakes phineas would do (Audhd) and phineas would be sorta annoyed but literally happy he doesn’t think about that small mistake for the rest of his life.
Another symbiotic relationship. Unknown animals though I’d say Coyote and badger, both smart in their own ways.

Now. Given the profile picture for this blog. I feel the need to make a Strong Case for Hinata and Kageyama. So I will be doing just that!
I know Michaelangelo is some Strong ADHD Energy, but I am determined to sway the vote. Hinata doesn't just have ADHD habits and vibes. He Visibly Displays Nearly All The Symptoms. He funnels all his hyperactivity into his sport of choice, he goes into Such Hyperfocus mid-game like we constantly have moments where his entire body is struggling to keep up with his passion It's Fucking Amazing, he gets So Emotional and he physically flails and jumps or slumps or twists in on himself every single emotion is just too big for his tiny tiny body, he has difficulties studying and concentrating on anything that isn't of constant interest (read: anything that is not volleyball), He Uses!!!! Sound Effects!!!!!! Instead Of Words!!!!!!!!! That's not like. A specific symptom, but you look me in the fucking eye and tell me that's not an ADHD Trait. The ADHD is So Tangible with him, right down to the difficulty forming and maintaining interpersonal relationships; he had friends in middle school in the first episode/few chapters and then they went to different high schools and they Did Not Speak until the others went to one of his volleyball games and he went ':0!!!!! Friends!!!!! Friends Who I Have Not Seen!!!!!! :D!!!!!!!' And he essentially has no friends outside of his volleyball club, the people he spends nigh all of his free time training with. Also volume control issues.
(I have ADHD and not Autism, so this half is the part where I'm not quite as refined, BUT!) We all know. Donatello Hamato of AutismSwagSummit fame. However, have you considered: Kageyama who is introduced as a character who speaks with a level of bluntness and intensity that offputs people very easily. Part of his Entire Initial Character Arc is learning how to relate to and smoothly communicate with others and you can see how legitimately fucking difficult that shit is for him even though he wants to be good at it, he wants to understand the people around him and make himself properly understood because not understanding and not being understood is so hard and so lonely. I would like to add motor control issues to the list of Kageyama symptoms and you might think 'Wait, but he play sport, and part of his whole thing is Being Really Really Good At Sport, a thing you would need good motor control for' and to THAT I say: he is so square. All of the time he is a rekt dangle. During games he is so so precise and exact and efficient, and in all otger contexts, he walks like he has placed himself on rails. Volleyball Sepecial Interest? Volleyball Special Interest. Volume control issues but again.
Not only that, but Hinata and Kageyama put the vs in ADHD vs Autism. They are soulmates in the sense that they latch onto one another and are rendered incapable of extricating themselves from one another. They are soulmates in the sense of being sworn rivals. They are soulmates in the sense of needing one another deeply. Canonically Hinata is the reason Kageyama was ever able to crack out of his old lonely self, canonically Kageyama is the reason Hinata is well and truly empowered in the way he craves for the first time in his life. They feed off of and give to one another in that way only ADHD-to-Autism Brainmelding can truly accomplish. They Are The ADHD vs Autism Of All Time!!

I love Haikyuu!! and I do have autism so I 100% know what you're saying about Kageyama. I would also like to add his difficulty with matching his face to his emotions, his most comfortable state is the 😑 it's an active effort for him to mirror other people's expressions. Which leads to his genuine smiles looking intense/creepy to other people.

01. first things first, i am aware that a lot of people haven't seen crazy fun town. i highly recommend it. it'll make you laugh, it'll make you cry, it'll make you feel nostalgic. i digress because this will have a lot of horror aspects. a lot of the park kids died in really horrific ways. mapplethorpe ended up going to the abandoned park alone, climbing up a rollercoaster to take a picture with his cell phone and fell off the coaster platform, falling onto one of the stalls below. a lot of depressing topics will be mentioned considering mapplethorpe had died suddenly and he's a rather fresh ghost ( the other's being from the 80s - early 00s ) so he's learning to cope with his own death.

What are some relationship (not just romantic, but any type of relationship) headcanons you have for the chain (plus people like Malon, the Zeldas, etc)?
So I'm generally not good at picking up subtle parts of platonic relationships for the Chain because Jojo is really good at subtle writing. I have autism. Enough said. Anyway, I'll just focus on romantic relationships for the Chain and kinda expand on the Zeldas because I feel some are headcanons that very few people have for the Links and Zels. (A lot of my ideas for the Zeldas come from my Hylia's Heroines AU where all the Zeldas meet)
I'm not usually the type to come up with romance related headcanons, but I adore the canon ones between Time and Malon, and Sky and Sun. There's something so tooth-rottingly sweet between each of their relationships, even if we only see Sky's through his perspective. Another one I like the idea of is Hyrule and Aurora, who's the Zelda from Link's Adventure. The idea I have for her is a kind of energetic girl with traits like of Legend. Very sarcastic and good with humour, quite sassy. I love her. Their love almost comes off as puppy love, it's very sweet and affectionate.
Not talking about Aurora and Hyrule, the different Zeldas are obviously my interpretations because we haven't seen a single Zelda in the actual comic (bar Flora in a flashback for a single panel). I'll split it into sections coz it's easier to read that way.
Basically co-workers;
Time and Lullaby, Twi and Dusk, and Wars and Athena(/Artemis) fall under this category, but in different ways. While Twi and Dusk spent very little time together and thus don't know each other on too friendly of a level, Time and Lullaby basically worked to saved Hyrule together, though by differing means based on the timeline. I imagine Time became a little connected to Lullaby in the Adult Timeline, which carried over to the Child Timeline and they became friendly as kids after Time reported Ganondorf as a traitor. After he left for Majora's Mask and returned to Hyrule, I think the two would have reconnected. They're riding the line between co-workers and basically siblings lol.
Warriors and Athena fought a war together, they bond based on trauma but due to the fact that their relationship was solely formed during the war and is between a soldier and a princess, they keep it professional. It's likely to furthest Wars got was possibly becoming a battle advisor/planner.
Siblings
Legend and Fable being siblings is one of my favourite relationship headcanons the fanon has. I have no idea where it came from but its very interesting, one of my current favourite LU fics follows this idea. In my eyes, they're very distant since Legend grew up outside of the castle. They're still civil but it's almost like Legend isn't a prince at all.
Another one is Dawn (Zelda 1) and Hyrule, though they're similarly a little bit distant towards each other, though they aren't actually siblings. Dawn takes a lot more after Fable than Aurora and there's a whole succession crisis thats happening now that there's a second princess in the mix. There's a lot of resentment and petty arguing, which includes playing homeworker and messing with each others love lives. Hyrule's aware of it but doesn't really know the extent because of his complete lack of knowledge about court politics. He stays away from Dawn mostly out of respect to Aurora but is civil when needing to interact with Dawn.
Tetra and Wind too! I see Tetra as an adult and grew up thinking that so I place them squarely in the sibling section. They're very close actually, they feel a bit like best friends lol.
Friendly (but in differing ways)
Four and Dot come to mind - I see them as second cousins because of their connections to Sky and Sun. They grew up together so their childhood besties basically, but it's like remixed because they're cousins so it makes it closer I guess? It's a bit chaotic post-Four Swords, but they manage lol.
Wild and Flora are here too, they reconnected after BotW and hang around each other. It's prob really hard to get a monarchy going again after Hyrule's governed by independant states so she likely just wanders around with him and does scscieny things. Technically Tetra and Wind fit in here too, on Legend and Fable on a good day. Oh, and Time and Lullaby. Yeah some ride the lines between categories and get honorary placements lol.
Honourable Mentions!
For the other love interests! Twilight has Midna and Ilia. It's a bit complicated for him, I think hes got a forbidden love kinda thing going on with Midna, but does eventually get with Ilia coz it's considered the right decision for him. There will always be that longing for Midna though.
Wild and Mipha are complex too, Mipha obviously loved the person who Wild used to be, but it's up in the air whether it was reciprocated due to things such as his position and his role and expectation etc. I personally think its an alliance thing - Rhoam's relations with the Zora is getting rocky, and there isn't a Zora Prince for his previous Zelda to marry, but there is a princess who seems to fawn over Zelda's bodyguard. Wild likely doesn't hold any such feelings for her in BotW due to the detattchment between him and his previous self, but still feels and understands what happened as most people remember their memories through the emotions they felt in the moment.
Legend and Ravio definitely have something going on, whether it be a once begrudging friendship turned close or a bromanceof some kind, no one really knows and they certainly don't either. All they know is that since they're living together in close proximity anyway, might a well just chill out within arms reach of each other.
And any relationship that came about amongst Skyloft's Knight Academy is solely Sky's doing. He's playing matchmaker and sussing out who's in who's mind. I imagine the thing with Patrice was genuine and they did like each other for a small amount of time before Sky discovered he loved Sun, but Patrice knew it wouldn't work out because he's searching for Sun and could almost sense the longing he had for his best friend. It didn't really matter if it was platonic or romantic longing, but Patrice knew it wouldn't work out so she split it off. It was nice for a while.
And my girl Linkle! She's is wholly underrepresented in this fandom which is a complete injustice. I imagine that she is Wars' older sister that donned her green clothes to protect both her country, her farm, and what was left of her family. I have a whole rewrite for Hyrule Warriors in a Google Doc that makes Linkle a part of the main story, wherein she creates a friendship with Lana and Midna, and I feel that for some reason I may have made Linkle and Midna connect a little too much for it to not come off as romantic. Who knows, maybe Midna just has a thing for farm-living heroes in green?

I do headcanon Ash as autistic! I don't necessarily go out of my way to write him that way, but I have noticed that I kind of always have, even before I actively started thinking about the headcanon.
Here's some stuff from canon that supports the theory!
Ash upon first meeting Max: “Yeah I read all your columns! I didn’t like them.” And then he doesn’t understand why that’s not a compliment.
Ash took years of etiquette classes, essentially learning how to mask, but still struggles when he’s not actively putting the effort in.
Special interests! His hyperfixation on learning, math, books.
He’s a picky eater.
We know Ash is brilliant, but he struggles with emotional intelligence. Clearly gets a little confused with interpersonal relationships, like his brain not working when it comes to Eiji.
Ash not understanding why his joke to Eiji about modeling (and it being more difficult than CP) falls flat. You can see the moment where he’s, like, “… Wait. That didn’t work.” And then he changes the subject.
“If he’s so smart, how did Ash not notice that anything was wrong with Shorter when he was working for Yue?” He trusted Shorter, and wasn’t able to pick up on the indicators that Shorter was behaving differently until it was too late. Another big reason Ash blames himself for everything that went down there.
Honestly a lot of the "if Ash is so smart, why did he [xyz]?" work well with this headcanon, esp if you consider IQ and EQ (emotional intelligence quota) as separate spectrums.
Black and white thinking patterns. The fandom often considers Blanca morally gray, but Ash? Ash thinks Blanca is 100% correct and trusts him when he says that Ash is bad for Eiji.
During Angel Eyes, Ash essentially has a meltdown when Shorter goes off script and acts socially unpredictable, as Shorter is prone to do. Later this is actually an asset for the two of them as friends, but they’re not there yet.
The way Ash seems to analyze others' behavior at times, like how he thinks of human behavior as almost a puzzle or challenge to solve, something that can be predicted and quantified.
I haven't thought of my fics' Ash's self soothe rocking or hugging himself as necessarily tied into the autism headcanon, but it definitely could be! I have kind of ... I guess a wholistic approach to writing a character? I don't think about "okay Ash is doing this because he's autistic, but he does this because of trauma, and then this because of an inherent personality trait, versus this is socialized and learned behavior, and--" but more like ... "taking Ash's entire character into account, this is how I think he would react in this situation." We might not see him exhibit all of these behaviors in canon, but my fics present a different situation than canon. In particular, fic often allows Ash to show more vulnerability than he usually did onscreen in canon, both post canon and during missing scenes.
I do the same thing for my original characters (both in fics and novels); I often don't have a character's whole backstory and personality planned out when I start writing them. Instead, I just have a person in mind who fits the story, and then allow their "character sheet" (so to speak) fall into place.

Umineko EP4. Replay Part 1
Certainly not her genes, Kryie, also Rudolf sees through Kyrie in that even when she's talking friendly about Asumu she's burning with jealousy. Certainly was never a healthy dynamic in any case.
The talk of miracles here is so interesting and I will probably talk about it in more detail later. Rika's belief in a miracle is what allowed her to break through her dead-end fate. Ange's belief in a miracle is what is slowly destroying her life. I don't think either framing is entirely right or wrong, and unlike others, I don't see Umineko as a sort of response/rebuttal to Higurashi as much as something that expands on its themes, but still... it's really interesting to think about.
You can tell that R07 has been in kind of damage control mode for Beatrice since the end of ep3 lol. He really needs to hammer it isn't as black and white as you might think and she isn't just an evil monster who tricked Battler for fun.
This is a really funny scene too, by the way.
Battler's is, as Beato says, in a lot better state than last time shit like this happened. I think he got the general gist that Beato wasn't acting 100% and that there is more to what is going on than meets the eye.
Ange's right. Battler is starting to try and seriously understand Beatrice's heart but that's opposed to Ange's purposes, which are for him to completely trample on her heart as soon as possible so she can get Battler back.
You can tell Ane's view of others is really warped by now, it's basically a less over-the-top version of Erika. Sure if you never trust anyone you will never get tricked but you will never build genuine relations either...
This is in complete opposition to how Satoko entered the school in GouSotsu, so I guess the schools work differently across... universes or whatever it is you would call this.
Well... considering the events of this chapter where she continuously gets attempted to get murdered by her family I can't really blame her for strongarming Ange's family....
The game is pretty clear the abuse didn't take long to start.... it's easy to take a more sympathetic reading of Eva later but it is clear she bears responsibility for attempting to take care of a child she was in no way emotionally capable of doing at the time.
Ha.... the way Maria got mocked at her school but she didn't get it and saw it as genuine praise really makes me think she has autism... I remember at school laughing along at jokes I didn't get until I finally got that the joke was disparaging me. The game doesn't show this as an entirely negative thing, though... after all she is able to create 1s from 0s.
Also, I am not disparaging Ange in any way but it shows the level of her isolation that the closest image to best friend she can conjure in her head is the girl she hung out with once a year on a family conference.
I have never heard of enchilada cheesecakes before and now I want to try them out.

It's no surprise Ange latched on to the diary.... she does the same magic Maria does towards Rosa to Rudolf. "He sometimes came home at my birthday so he loved me a lot" aka he couldn't be bothered to even be at my birthday usually.
Haha.... this scene is so sad to read.... Rosa is constantly embarrassed of Maria even in his idealized version of the scene.
Huh... I wonder if this kind of bullying is common for autistic children? This is exactly word for word what was done to me in school.
This is also a common thing for abused people to think, I used to think I had to stay in abusive relationships because if I didn't someone else would get abused. I am sometimes kind of in awe about how R07 can accurately represent many kinds of situations.
It's not really sustainable in the long term for Maria, though. She can pretend she isn't sad and that she's fine all she wants but in the end, she chose the Golden Land over living. You can't exactly blame Maria for her thinking like this, though, she's just a 9-year-old making the best of an awful situation.
In other words, "I am glad I can neglect my daughter now that she has a stuffed toy I bought at a supermarket to keep her company instead of me"
Rosa, you set way too many fucking rules for someone that can't even be bothered to get home.
Maria knows perfectly that her mom considers her an embarrassment, huh.....
Man, Ange is so fucking depressed.... almost every line she says has a hint of extreme sadness behind it....
He uh.... didn't ask that Maria.... you can really tell she's extremely lonely.
Okonogi shows up and immediately wants Ange to do something that would kill her, lmfao.
Okonogi hits the mark right on the head but mixes up "Yasu" and "Eva" which is pretty interesting!
Of course, the one who actually had that ring was Yasu and not Kinzo at the time, so Okonogi's theory came from false assumptions.
I had.... completely forgotten that Okonogi of all people was the one to introduce the concept that without love, it can't be seen... haha I was very shocked here. Okonogi is also pretty much 100% right here, esp wrt Ange being unequipped to find the truth as she is.
An impressive resume would be a shame if you would get beaten and tortured by a nine-year-old girl.
Ange's already making hints about the fact it's really a suicide plan more than anything, Beatrice and Ange parallels are bigger later on but the fact they both had elaborate suicide plans with Rokkenjima is interesting to me...

➥ An au where Dream an Nightmare have a good relationship wow-
➥Damien (Dream) always has the best hairstyles which everyone loves tho Nilan (Nightmare) does it for him because he has no patience whatsoever.
➥Nilan (Nightmare) doesn't understand why he's bullied but he isn't mad at the people either. He thinks people must have a valid reason for disliking him and it's the bullies choice to do what they do, he just doesn't understand why they do it.
➥ Nilan (Nightmare) goes by any pronounce while Damien (Dream) goes by he/they pronounce.
➥Nilan (Nightmare) is on the autism spectrum and doesn't really understand people's reactions to how he dresses & acts.
➥Nilan (Nightmare) is basically a walking Cottagecore aesthetic. He loves comfortable looking clothes and dresses rather feminine. He just thinks it looks more formal.
➥Damien (Dream) is dyslexic and has a hard time reading fluently out loud. Nilan (Nightmare) sometimes pokes fun of him to get a reaction out of him but most of the time he just helps out his brother with words he's struggling on.
➥The deal Damien (Dream) and Nilan (Nightmare) made started before middle school because of the bullying that both of them suffered under and because Damien (Dream) spend a lot of time with Nilan (Nightmare) he got bullied too. Nilan (Nightmare) was the one who suggested the deal.
➥ Sci (doesn't have a name yet) who is a teacher adopted them when they were just little kids. He usually has to take care of the mess they make.
➥Separately they are very well behaved but if they are together and beyond bored all hell will break loose. They usually get scolded by Sci later.
➥Nilan (Nightmare) often gets mistaken for a woman because of his clothing style and hair and when he speaks up, telling people that he was a guy (he has a rather deep voice) it shocks quite a few people. He gets a good chuckle out of it every time.
➥Nilan's (Nightmare's) special interests are cassettes/Walkman and reading. He likes a lot of old songs but he doesn't have the patience to make/edit cassettes himself. Damien (Dream) took hours out of his life to learn how to edit/make cassettes for his brother and he usually gets a list of songs to put on them. He also made cassettes with the same songs over and over again so Nilan doesn't have to rewind them.
➥Nilan's favorite song is dream on by aerosmith.
➥Damien (Dream)is one of the most popular people in his school every time because of his charm. Due to his popularity he can make everyone distance themselves from Nilan's (Nightmare's) bullies, making them outcasts. Nilan (Nightmare) doesn't know about what he's doing and he likes to keep it that way.
➥and the most important fact! April first is their favorite day because they can confuse the shit out of everyone. They both have long hair so they style it exactly the same and wear the same clothes except for one piece of clothing that they keep switching over the course of the day. (They use brown contacts for their eye color difference)

5. vampire academy but only from a worldbuilding perspective. i really love the rich interweaving of vampire folklore and mythos that went into the series especially with the undertones of class dynamics which imo is pretty cool for a YA series to undertake. i do think they’re not great narratively and are probably actively harmful given the 17 year old protag’s love interest being um 24 and also her teacher

3. dracula specifically because it’s such a cornerstone to modern vampire literature. like obviously carmilla/the vampyre were the first pieces of anglophone vampire fiction but no one has really . read them, at least in my experience academically. my supervisor hadn’t read carmilla until like a year ago and he’s one of the most well read people i’ve met - but he had read dracula, and my thesis advisor knows the most about dracula, and hardly anyone knows anything about the others. and just personally it isn’t my fav but it holds such a special place in my heart

1. the vampire chronicles - stop help i can’t articulate this well. ummm. my favorite thing about tvc is that anne rice didn’t need to cut the vampirism with humanity except when it was through the eyes of the vampires themselves. like louis is the it girl because he’s soooo human and every vampire wants to hit that because they think it’s sexy and different and delicious the way a human would view vampirism. if that makes sense. and even with devil’s minion that’s supposed to be a character defining thing for ARMAND, not daniel really, because in tvc vampirism is the assumed base of morality/feeling/art/relationships etc. like. hi :)
i am extremely EXTREMELY picky about what vampire media i consume and i always have been - i’ve never seen the vampire diaries or true blood or whatever and i was only into twilight in elementary and middle school … the moment my mom passed the anne rice torch to me it was game over for everything else lol but i suppose an honorable mention should go to hemlock grove for largely the same reasons as vampire academy however i think vampire academy just cared a little more about history :P

My favourite hobbies include reading, playing video games, listening to classical and lofi hip-hop, and making art. I especially like to draw and paint things that radiate a sense of comfort, nostalgia and serenity. Someone also told me that my artworks also hold a sort of innocence in the composition of the shapes, colours and the overall vibe of what I draw/paint.

As much as Trey would like to say that he enjoys being Vice Housewarden and second in command to Riddle, there are still aspects of this time consuming role that he doesn’t think of as positively. As a more passive player in Night Raven College, he thinks that you’re a wonderful addition. He’s not one to burden others with his own personal problems, but with you, he finds himself opening up about his doubts, fears, and personal reservations concerning his place in Night Raven College—especially when the first part of the Heartslabyul Arc takes place.
Trey loves your hard working nature, but he’s also the first to make sure that you take a break. If he finds that you skipped meals or are having mental breakdowns due to your persevering nature, he’ll take you aside and proceed to make you rest. 01. first things first, i am aware that a lot of people haven’t seen crazy fun town. i highly recommend it. it’ll make you laugh, it’ll make you cry, it’ll make you feel nostalgic. i digress because this will have a lot of horror aspects. a lot of the park kids died in really horrific ways. gonzo was the dj at the park in the 90s who got electrocuted going down a water slide whilst some loose, broken cords got wrapped around his foot on his way down. a lot of depressing topics will be mentioned considering gonzo had died suddenly and he's almost decayed to nothing due to his memory nearly being forgotten.
02. drama is not my thing. i avoid it in real life and you best believe i’m going to avoid it online, being that this is my hobby. i wont reblog callouts, but will read them. i’ll only reblog if the person is incredibly dangerous to make my followers be aware. no gross behavior with minor muses, either, thanks. don’t be transphobic, genderbend, whitewash, don’t be a racist asshole, don’t support n*zi imagery, don’t be a fucking dickhead.

Also I do like the idea of 'I don't even know if the client is guilty or not, dont even know anything about the case, but everyone deserves a defense' too bad iirc that doesnt reach its logical conclusion of 'even people you know to be guilty are worth defending' given the whole combatative relationship between defense and prosecution these games have going on. And like obvi I get why its always the prosecution ceding the defense's arguments but it does get to feel a bit lopsided despite all the nattering abt working together to find the truth

That was a fun case and rlly interesting.... it's taking a while to get the pieces together for the status quo but they're keeping things interesting while they set it up so I dont mind as much
I'll try for the fourth case tomorrow but according to the longplay I've been basing my guesstimates off of, it's long as shit and I have a 2 hour driving lesson in the middle of the day... might try wake super early or something and get done the first section and then marathon it noon til night. ok look. i can barely autism about anything relating my ocs because i made them. icannot psychically feel inlove about them like other peoples characters.
ok now im allowed to autism about them now. okokok hear me out i know that gentle skies is the most well loved and cared about story and thats for good reason! id love to make make a full blown comic about it one day :3 but i really want to write the story 1st to be able to get feed back on the story and make sure i dont portray mental illness + abuse in an insensitive way. specifically i need to not make any excuses for cloud since i know hes my favorite character :(( though i need to do a lot of research on schizophrenia and narcissism. the othe mental illness will be partly from my personal experiences (since i do have them) but ill still research other perspectives. ough i just love cameron too!! i love making silly brat characters with fucked up views on love (compliments of cloud of course!) literally every characters trauma circles back to cloud. i think i could autism about cloud because of how fucked up i made him. honestly i made him like this before i even read ghost eyes but of course now that I've read it and found out so much about it he very much reminds me of ben. ive been writing cloud pretty similarly to him and hes a good reference to a bad person that gets no redemption imo. as for raymond godddd i dont know hes like maybe one of the most trauma heavy character ive ever made and at first it was in poor taste and i feel like i wouldnt have portrayed it correctly. god i need to do so much research for him. like i love ray trust me hes just a little yoinky sploinky. OK PHANTOMS AWAKENING. ohhhmymmyy god donot get me started I LOVE THE PHANTOMS SO MUCHHHHH THEYRE THE SILLIES!! ok so like i specifically made luciel and veronica before the others!! luciel having the same story and veronica having something different!! veronicas 1st back story still had something to do with their lover killing them but instead of the poisoning. i think it was more like sirens current one. so like being murdered like. a stabbing, something more grotesque. i remember before i knew what to use them for back in 2018 it was canon that those two were dating in the afterlife. but nowadays they dont interact like that. something that i havent mentioned in the phantoms awakening is that the phantoms have markings that relate to their deaths. they have past designs but i obviously hate those a lot since i had no idea how to design characters back then, im not saying i can now but its atleast decent! after those two were made like in 2019 i made siren! she had the story that veronica currently has. i. dont.... know why i changed them but i think its because i love siren more that she got a better more dramatic death :3 after siren was made... SYNTHIA WAS MADEEEEE!!! my favorite phantom god shes just the best!!! she was made in the beginning of 2020 when fnf was popular i specifically remember that because they had a skid and pump shirt when i first made them (cringes and dies) synthia has had the same story her entire lifetime and i do not want to change it ever! i think the specific thing that curses them to being a phantom is the exact time and date they die. theyre all basically ghosts that arent happy with their deaths and are pissed with it in the end. none of them truly remember how they died but they all have unresolved issues, i think they all haunt junichi to make him find each of their deaths. i would talk about junichi but hes like. the worst character!! he has NO reason to be that pathetic!! i think he needs a redesign + a new story. this universe relates a little bit to gentle skies but like only like two characters from gentle skies appears in this
as for other fandoms i mostly have the death note ones (lavender, deshaun, eva, X, advil, blue and travis!!) but honestly! theres not much to say about them!! and then theres my one baldis basics oc (they were made in 2018 i will not take criticism) OHOH AND MY OLD UNDERTALE OCS (i have like 4 maybe? theyre all bad but i will keep them dear to my heart) andd that might be it!!

today was very weird for me. i mean i get manic often but not like this. my eyes have never been so dilated from being manic. but when im manic i always try to take advantage of it and do what ive been putting off. i was on my phone til around 2am, then i started manic cleaning my room til 9am. my room wasnt very messy to begin with, but with my autism, cleaning is SO overwhelming. it could be the easiest job for someone to do but just the site of my messy room and knowing i was going to try to clean it would put me on the verge of tears. ffs i paced around my room for a good 5 minutes with a shoe almost crying not knowing where to put it. i tried on almost every article of clothing i own while cleaning my room, and i had to just try everything i found in my room. such as perfume, makeup, video games i lost, whatever. it took me hours to clean because my brain is so stupid.
my mom called me and told me she had forgotten her vape at her house before leaving for work so she asked if i could bring it to her and she would give me some gas money. so i did that and my dad had also given me some money so i bought gas and a hair straightener, i cut my bangs yesterday so i need to straighten them to look good. on my way home from that i got that god complex and decided im over my ex.
my friend picked me up and i went out of town with her, her friend, and 2 of our guy friends. we went to the hotsprings and it was amazing. it was snowing but we were warm. i live in a v small town so theres no fast food so we also got some mcdonalds. her friend was very nice, she sat next to me the whole way i mean there was 5 of us in that tiny car so there wasnt much room but we were talking the whole way and shes rlly cool.
then i got home and ate dinner with my family and my sister and her boyfriend came over so that was nice.
my dad bought a fake christmas tree this year, its white and it has lights attached to it so i set that up on the table. its a small one. we have to have it up because we have 8 wiener dogs who r very annoying and they like to ruin everything. theyre so cute so its fine but jfc.
this time of year is sad for me, just like a lot of people. but its hard for me because i feel like nothing will ever be the same. im not wrong there, i mean last year i was probably wrapped up with my ex in his bed and feeling complete bliss. but now i am in my bed, writing about my day on tumblr. oh how the tables turn. nor will anyone read this im sure. this is mainly for me tbh, but it would be cool if someone gaf enough to read this shit. not like my lift is crazy, im just a alcoholic teenager going through a breakup. boohoo.
now i am on the phone with this boy. hes nice, i met him back in 2020 but we stopped talking for a while. last night while we were on call, i asked if we could play fortnite but i said it in some sort of pouty voice so he said “heh. youre cute”. does that mean he likes me? i mean i cant get in a relationship or anything. i need to work on myself or smth but i used to like him a lot and i like him now too. its just different now because of my trauma and im scared. but he is really nice.
