I feel like Dennis is Probably bisexual and may even be intentionally written as such, but does not and probably never will acknowledge it (both for character reasons and because they aren't going to do the same gay denial plotline again). He could have and enjoy sex with a man and attribute it entirely to his masterful powers of seduction. He'd be so proud that - as a straight man - he could masterfully suck and fuck a guy to completion. He's a sexual god. It's not gay because he's a god. sunny x house md crossover…
house wld initially try to diagnosis dennis with a brain problem until he discovers that Actually dennis is just Like That. Always. mac is constantly hovering around and explaining how totally not gay for dennis he is to house’s entourage. the entourage don’t believe him and start a betting pool on whether or not mac and dennis will kiss before den dies/is discharged. dee fakes being disabled again to try to get house to fuck her. it sort of works until house realizes that dee shamelessly flirting with him is somehow proof of a rare genetic disorder. he is wrong and dennis goes into cardiac arrest. they decide it’s cancer so wilson has to come in to consult. frank calls house and wilson “the queer and his boyfriend.” charlie is conspicuously absent from most of the episode because he’s been guarding the bar and biting anybody who tries to get inside
